Andy and MJ at MKC were great to work with for our kitchen update/remodel. This was our first major remodel and MJ was awesome with design and recommendations. Andy and his team were communicative, skilled, and prompt. Andy was super helpful and responsive when I had any questions or concerns. We were made to feel comfortable and well cared for during the entire process. Our cabinets and countertops look great and we are extremely happy that we went with Michigan Kitchen Cabinets. I would absolutely recommend their services!

Andy and his team were a pleasure a work with. They are accomodating and do quaility work. We used MKC for an entire kitchen, bathroom and utility room redo. From flooring to cabinets they made excellent referrals and gave solid advice for materials. Andy keeps his focus on the project and gets the job done in a timely fashion.

WOW, we are so happy with Michigan Kitchen Cabinets, and our new kitchen. Andy had some great ideas, and it was nice to see the 3D project before work began. We had soffits removed, a pantry removed that stuck out into our kitchen space, and they put the pantry into a dead space in our closet. They did tile floor, drywall, new cabinets, countertops, and backsplash. The cabinets are very nice quality. They were on time, very respectful of our home, and completed the project in the time frame originally given. Andy and his team are great! We would recommend them for your kitchen and bathroom remodel. Great work Andy and Team!

Andy and his team did great work at our home. The work was completed just over 3 years ago and it still looks like the day it was installed. We get a lot of compliments on our kitchen. All of the workers who were in and out of our home were friendly and respectful of our house.What i truly appreciated was that I was able to do some of the work myself and Andy was more than accommodating.

My kitchen had a half wall that leads down to the stairs. We decided adding some additional cabinets would be a better use of the empty space. MKC helped us match our existing cabinets and countertops. The new cabinets and countertop look like an exact match to what we already have. The process from order to install was extremely fast, quality of cabinet are fantastic, and the end result is exactly what I envisioned!

Michigan Kitchen Cabinets did a fantastic job on remodeling my kitchen. Andy was very easy to work with and very professional. I had new cabinets, counters, floor, lighting and back splash done and everything is exactly as I imagined it would be. I have a beautiful and very functional new kitchen!Andy is very good at helping direct design and product decisions. He offered me different options along the way to enhance the design which I took, but there was never any pressure to spend over budget. We were so pleased with our kitchen remodel project that we just hired MKC to do our main bathroom. It was really great to see the visual design image Andy put together on our first consultation. From that point on, Andy and crew were professional and dedicated to making that image a reality. Our kitchen turned out amazing; exactly what I had hoped for! And Andy is exactly the kind of guy I was looking for to get the job done...honest, approachable, genuine. A pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend.

I dont leave negative reviews. But my in person experience with this company did not go well and I felt the need to leave one. I have been researching a lot of kitchen remodeling companies around us and was excited to be meeting with this company as I liked a lot of what they said they did on their website. I submitted a request for an appointment including what we were looking to do. My message was, Interested in kitchen countertops & a few other kitchen details. and then an appointment was made. I understand that the name of the company has cabinets in it, but nowhere on the website does it state that you have to purchase cabinets in order for countertops to be installed. Per the female we met with, unfortunately, I can not remember her name, stated that cabinets would need to be purchased for any other services to be rendered. She stated that all services revolve around the cabinets that are chosen and purchased. Why did you have me keep the appointment then when my message doesnt mention anything about cabinets? I wish I would have been contacted after reading my message to confirm if I was interested in cabinets or not and then I would not have wasted my time nor theirs. Secondly, she stated they dont typically service Madison Heights after asking where we lived. The website states they service the southeast area. Madison Heights is southeast. Also, Novi and Madison Heights are in the same county. That one is baffling. Again, if this information is important to know then please question potential clients on where the home is to be remodeled before allowing an appointment to be made. Third, she greeted us with no mask and asked if we wanted her to wear one. I responded with that I thought it was mandatory. She asked the question again to which I responded, I guess whatever youre comfortable with and she chose not to wear one, although my husband and I wore ours the entire time. Im not on this planet to argue on whether a mask should be worn or not. But I dont think its professional to have the customer make the decision for you. I walked out of that place feeling very disappointed by my verbal in person experience as I was really looking forward to working with them.*To the owners response. If you look at my review history, I do leave reviews with companies after I buy their products or services. I have never reviewed any company that I did not use. Youre the first. The point of my review to you was to point out how excited I was to use your service but was disappointed by the meeting experience. Your response also makes me feel disappointed. Perhaps Im incorrect in this, but I think any customer looking for services but was disappointed would much more appreciate a response stating something along the lines of Im sorry you were disappointed. We will take into consideration some of the things you mentioned and work on those things in hopes of improving as a company Doesnt have to be exactly like that or anything but considering how you did respond to my review without addressing any of the issues only again proves my experience above. I hope you take into consideration in the future that if a client is interested in your services, check what city they live in since you dont service the entire southeast area. And if they are requesting services that dont also include cabinets, let them know ahead of time that cabinets must be included in order for services to be rendered. I wish we could have been one of your happy customers as again, I was really looking forward to working with you.

I was looking for a company to remodel my kitchen including replacing cabinets, installing new appliances and putting up backsplash. After obtaining a couple other quotes, I contacted MKC to obtain a quote. As I was outside their normal work area, I was told that an in home measurement would be $200 instead of the normal $100 but if I went with the company this would be refunded. After the measurement, my husband and I went to the office in Novi to sit down with Andy to settle on a design and get a quote. I already had a pretty good idea what I wanted and was able to see it on the screen. To be honest, the quote was a little more than the other two places but the quality of the cabinets seemed higher. In the end, we went with MKC and did not regret it. The job was started on December 7th and, except for a couple small details and the backsplash, I had my kitchen back before Christmas. Because of vacations, the backsplash was installed this last week and the kitchen is beautiful. A couple of small issues came up and were handled quickly and professionally. Since we have a smaller house and therefore a smaller kitchen, we dealt with the same employee for most of the job and Don was a joy to work with, answering all our questions, no matter how silly. The only outside contractors were from the counter place and they said really good things about MKCs professionalism as well. Looking back and having heard the horror stories of dealing with contractors, I feel we were extremely lucky with our choice of companies.

We are very happy with the service we received from Andy and his team! They showed up everyday as promised, kept in constant communication to keep us up to date on what was going on and finished when they said they would! I would hire them again anytime!

Working with Andy was a breeze. Fast friendly and flexible. Very knowledge and no pressure with good kitchen design insights. Great pricing and turnaround times. We did not purchase yet but got great inspiration for some changes we need to make.

Andy redid my kitchen, ripped out walls, installed insulation, new drywall, lighting, cabinets, redid electrical. The job went quickly and pleasantly. Andy listened to what I wanted, was pleasant and flexible. I love my new kitchen. I really recommend him.

Andy was great to work with. On a Saturday his showroom may get busy. Be patient, it will be worth the wait.

Andy recently renovated my Novi kitchen. My friends are amazed at the transformation and I couldnt be happier. It involved complete tear down (even soffits), replacing peninsula with an island, electrical/plumbing updates because of being an older home and many other changes. He stayed on the tight schedule and within the budget we set. He hires only the best of the best! Everyone who entered my home was respectful and did excellent work. I highly recommend Andy for any renovation.

Good place overall for viewing RTA cabinets in person before buying. Prices seem a bit higher.

Excellent experience with Andy. No pressure to buy and after 4 years I am still in love with my cabinets.
