Love this store. They are efficient and very helpful always polite and friendly.

Very unprofessional employee that does not know anything about customer service, customer care or customer retention. Have been a customer for many years until today. He didnt know the COVID LAWS and now I am considering suing due to violation of the HIPPA Law. There were no other customers in the store. I told him I cant wear a mask because I cant breathe(cant medically tolerate) which is very obvious as I can hardly talk and told him I have a Handicap parking permit for it. He just continued to give me a hard time about it. I should have called the Police right then and filed a compliant. I still may do that. I wrote a text to the owner many hours ago with no response so I assume he doesnt care how his customers are treated by his workers. Drove to this location from 20 miles away to buy a phone Left empty handed and now want to buy from the competition.

Went in yesterday because my daughters iPhone stopped working and it was no longer under warranty. Najeh fixed it in the matter of minutes. My daughter was full of excitement very nice man and the prices beat everywhere else around! I highly recommend going to visit, we will definitely be back for all our phone needs!

Went in to acquire about a phone as I walked in Nick I believe was eating food wiped his mouth and proceeded to shake my hand which I didnt return handshake while me asking questions a bit of whatever sauce was still on his face while back talking other dealers also I would not recommend this place theres a much nicer boost around the corner

Sends text messages saying thanks for being loyal customer with phone deals. When you get there they say the deal dont exsist and try to charge you more stay away from this store
