Vanessa, the manager, is the BEST! She is so so kind, helpful and really cares about getting you what you need and helping you get in and out efficiently! She made my experience there so easy and stress-free! :)
The best experience I’ve had upgrading my phone service ever! Vanessa was one of the best Verizon employees I’ve come across to date. She was very knowledgeable and quick to get us in and out of the store!
My older aunt came to this store after customer care told her to so she can set up her autopay for her account. She was refused service and was told to go do it online herself. I’m assuming they refused service because it wasn’t a “sale” but now we know not to ever do any type of business with this location.

I actually switched carriers because of the treatment I received at this store. And, it didnt matter to them. So I went to T-mobile where I actually got some service, really good service!

It was busy and we just needed a new phone cord. We waited around for someone to walk away from a customer and the manager finally rang up our purchase. After leaving, we discovered that we had bought the wrong cord and he let us exchange it without any trouble.

Erin was Above & Beyond on her Customer service and created a very inviting experience; also was very patient and informative. Explained all of my Mothers questions. Amazing customer service and sales with Jason at the busiest time of the year. He cheerfully explained everything so fully and helped us make the best decisions for us with no pressure, which made us feel so secure in our purchases. I rarely write reviews but left the store and wrote this immediately because my husband’s first words were how nice our experience was. Truly impressed.
I had an ongoing difficult problem with the purchase of 5 new iphones in my family plan. I would not have had a positive conclusion without the exceptional help of Jillian from this particular Verizon location. I would highly recommend this place of business for any of your needs in relation to guidance, sales, technical difficulties and the like. Seek out Jillian - she was marvelous!
Excellent customer service by Jillian! My phone suddenly quit working which caused a havoc in my day. Jillian was quick and courteous, and explained the difference between using Verizon and Applecare to replace the phone still under warranty. I ended up choosing to use Applecare to replace. I very much appreciate her giving me a choice before placing the order and offering to assist if my call with Applecare did not go right.

Bought a new phone, was supposed to get a trade-in value. They would not give me the trade-in packet at the store, I was told I would have to wait for it to come in the mail. That was January 3, 2021, I still have not received the packet, after numerous calls to Verizon. Was told by customer service over the phone that the store should have given me the packet. They should have taken care of this at the beginning, or at the very least the second time I called for assistance. Terrible corporate customer service, and not standing by their promotions. Very unhappy.

Front check in person was extremely rude. He shut the door in my face as I asked him a very simple question. Would highly recommend using a different Verizon location if you want to be treated with any sort of respect.

Absolutely worst customer service ever!!! Took 2 weeks for them to set up my account. Had Tim Simmons sell me two IPhone 12 pro max set a time up to come pick them up after being told they had them in stock. I show up and was told sorry about my luck they don’t have them. “ he doesn’t know what happened to the phones and I’ll get them whenever in the future “ will never go there again!!!!!

Verizon as a whole is terrible at customer service. Im not saying the workers at this store is terrible. Im just saying Verizon the corporation is terrible at customer service.

I highly DO NOT recommend going to this store. Will the manager was so very rude and unhelpful. My mom and I had went into the store to get an upgrade for my dad because his phone isn’t working and he needed a new phone ASAP. From the start Will was very rude to us and seemed as if he didn’t want to do his job. He told me he couldn’t access my account, I asked why and he couldn’t give me a reason. I asked if he could call customer care so we could figure this out and he said no he doesn’t want to help me with my issue and couldn’t give me any straight answer. Horrible customer service, he does not deserve to be a manager what so ever.
GREAT EXPERIENCE. I got a new phone yesterday and when I was getting ready to activate it today the screen appeared to be flawed underneath the protective film. I went to the store to have them look at it before activating it. Chris, the manager removed the film & noticed it wasnt the screen just the film. Since the protective film was removed, he gave me a screen protector since I was going to keep the film on until I got my screen protector in the mail. Chris was great. He was patient with me & went above & beyond to help me.

Had an issue with my IPhone 11, which I purchased at this location a couple month’s ago. I stopped in today with my issue and was kindly greeted. Two women’s worked on my phone until they were able to fix the problem. I was very pleased.

Spacious store and friendly representatives..covid 19 protocol is religiously followed in the store. Due to covid 19 protocol, you may have to wait little longer outside the store based on your request, if you are visiting plan for buffer time. I would suggest to have a token system based on mobile number..so the customer can turn up based on the order.

The manager, Christina, is absolutely amazing! I was having a very hard time making an online purchase, for two days. She worked her magic, so I could get the online promotion, and pick my item up, same day! This store is the only Verizon store Ill shop at! Highly recommend them, and of course, the phone service itself, is fantastic! A bit pricey, but like they say, you get what you pay for!

Had some issues with my phone and the Verizon associate helped out with getting me a new one. I was greeted as soon as I entered the building and I had to wait less than ten minutes for assistance. Associate was very personal and made my experience enjoyable. Great Verizon Store!
Have two cardinal different experience:Came to return wrong device, than been confirmed to be accepted back without restocking fee, but need to be returned in corporate store:I have wait line for one hour after that they required me to pay restocking fee, despite promises on-line personal, which was not care by store personal at all....Another time service was appropriate: new phone that is not of the Verizone line, was added with SIM, configured to my account and returned completely workable

Second time I cannot get replacement items for the phone I purchased at this store. Dont buy a phone from this (or any Verizon Store) if you want support a year or two later. For Samsung Note phones better to use Amazon!

Its a shame Verizon Corporate stores are disappearing. The level of expertise, patience and kindness of the staff dont even compare to authorized stores. If you ever have to do business with Verizon in person do not go the the other stores. Dont waste your time. The corporate stores is where you go and get the job done right the first time. The checking in from the phone and the number in line progress updates are a nice feature.
Went in recently with my 94 year-old grandma to replace her iphone 6s and the staff was very helpful and didnt try to force a phone that she didnt need onto her. It was a very pleasant experience.

I have been with Verizon for many years. I have been dealing with an indirect store for those years. Since the person I was dealing with left the company, I needed a store to take care of my business needs. I went into the Novi location and was impressed with the displays of accessories and phone displays. With that being said, the sales staff was very friendly, helped me with the issue I came in there for. The big issue I have though. You get greeted at the door, tell them your name and cell number, then have to sit and wait. Why should I have to wait when sales staff is just hanging out at the little desks they have ? Luckily I only waited about 10 minutes. The products I purchased are what I needed and performed to my expectations. The sales consultant also looked at my plan and reduced my monthly bill. I have been in sales for many years, the one thing I have been told, never stand around and talk about your personal life. Look busy. Customers see that. Once again though. Thank you for the professional service you provided to me and my business.
After waiting for 45 min (every working associate had exactly one customer to process before me but they sure take time) i finally saw an associate. Make sure you know EVERYTHING you need to know before you go there. They will port your number (although they know that there may be issues) and then tell you that the rest is your problem. Goal is to sell a phone. If you don’t buy a phone, don’t go here. If you buy a phone, be careful as well. They will leave you on your own and pretend they did not know that you’ll run into problems.It took me 6 hours to fix their mess and have a functional phone again a whole day later because of omission. To what end... well if i would have gotten a new phone all my problems would have gone away.Stay away or be very well prepared.

Very busy popular store. I believe they should have MORE employees due to the extra long wait times. Even with it being so busy I love the fact that the atmosphere is so calming and peaceful which helps the customer wait longer.
This store is horrible. Waited for over an hour with out being seen. All I had was a few questions relating to my account. They are slower than molasses being poured out of a jar.While waiting I observed a sales lady being blunt, and unhelpful to an older customer.**Do Not buy accessories here.**You can almost always find a case, charger, headphones or other accessory cheaper on Amazon or at Best Buy. Verizon never has items like wireless head phones on sale. Even if they are on sale on Amazon or Best Buy. They charge MSRP and some times more.As for location. This store is located in one of the worst possible locations on Novi road. Traffic is terrible and parking is lousy.The old location by 12 Oaks mall, even though it was a bit inconveniently located, had better access to the main roads with out all the chaos that happens on Novi road.I wish Verizon had never closed the store located closer to me. It had better more helpful staff. Plus they were faster.

Ill give this store 5 stars even though I didnt get the solution that I wanted, the person that helped me was very professional and apologetic (even when I was a bit of a grump). You cant always get what you want, but I did appreciate how calm and understanding the worker was. I should probably go apologize for being grouchy :|

Went in with a phone issue and they werent any help at all. Also, when I walked in there was no one there. If a thief walked in, theyd have had a field day. I drove to another Verizon in Farmington Hills and they were able to help.

I have been a Verizon customer since 2004 and have always ranked them as a top customer service company during that time. The Verizon Store in Novi Michigan has unfortunately changed that for me. I turned in a phone and was supposed to get a credit and it never happened so I went in to follow up and was told they couldnt find the phone. After a couple of hours, I was told they would call me back in a few hours for an update. I never received a call back but I did experience a very cocky and condescending management team in the store that talked a big game to their customers as they also talked down to them.I stopped back in a few weeks after to follow up and once again, they said they would call me back after a few hours once they talked to their operation manager. I told them that I really needed them to call me back this time because its difficult for me to get to the store. Here I am a few weeks later again still waiting for a call back. Its an absolute joke that this is how they conduct their business, especially for a loyal and long term consumer.I called Verizon corporate and they are supposed to be helping me out with my bill and this credit that o have yet to see reflected but I would stay as far away as possible from this store and choose a different location.If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would.
I was denied my phone after paying for it and being told it was ready for in store pick up. I was told three different reason why I couldn’t have the device. When I called customer care I was told each store has their own fraud policies. I was told their was a fraud hold when I go to the store but was not told this information when I called the store on two different occasions. They wouldn’t accept my government issued passport as identification so the sales associate decided it was fraud. I use my passport everywhere because it is the highest form of photo iD. I am very disgusted at how they are allowed to pass judgement on their customers like that and will be taking my business else where

This store is right off the highway. Clean new store but the wait is usually quite long. They will work to get you what you want though.
I switched to T-Mobile because of how bad Verizon screwed me over! I had my google pixel 2 for a year with no problems. A few days back my charging port started acting up so I went in and the lady overnighted me a phone. The next day I plug in my charger and my port starts smoking...went to the store and the guy didnt want to do anything about it and said I had to wait till Monday to get the overnighted phone. Sent the overnighted phone back to Verizon and switched to T-Mobile. It seems the staff only care about you when it gets to add money to their paycheck
The layout of the store is awesome. Better than any other cell phone store I have been to. The staff is friendly and willing to help. I choose this store to go to whenever I need something.
Ive worked for them many years. What they do to their employees is disgusting and how you as the customer are manipulated into things you dont want should be illegal. Best phone service around but the past few years theyve gone really badly off the rails. I advise you to take your Buisness to t mobile.

The lone bright point of my visit was Malcolm, the gentleman that helped resolve my issue. The wait was roughly an hour, which was made longer by the absence of a greeter, and no clear signage directing me as to where to check in.
Received good advice from Vanessa as she answered many of my questions. I will ask for her when I return in a month or two.

My wife bought me a phone for Christmas at the Verizon store in 12 Oaks mall. She was told by the salesperson that there was a promotion for a Samsung Galaxy notepad for free. After a month I noticed there was a line charge for the device for $20 for each month. I contacted Verizon online and they told me to return the device to the store which I bought it and I should be credited for the amount. Note that this device was unopened and in the box still. When I got to the store, the manager told me that my wife was signed up for a contract and that it would cost me a couple of hundred dollars to cancel. She called here boss and told me there is nothing they were going to do for me at this time. I now am stuck with a device I dont want or need for the next couple of years. I have been a Verizon customer for 20 years with 4 phones on the account and as soon as this contract is up - I am done. What a ripoff!!
Always slow and fairly uninformed. Just call verizon at 611 instead of visiting this store and you will save time, gas and a hassle.

Had to wait 40 minutes to work with a salesperson (it was a Saturday afternoon) and stock on many items was limited, but was able to walk out with everything I needed.
Rude staff that acted like you were disrupting their day when you walked in the door. Wont be back given the many other locations we could have visited. After waiting for 20 minutes, we walked out after noticing that social hour was more important. Only 2 customers were in the store, but 4 associates were present, the 2 non-occupied staff members became available when we decided to walk out; only hearing a where ya goin being yelled from accross the store as the door shut behind us. Very disappointed.
