Recently got new shoes from here and they are AMAZING. Perfect customer service, we had a girl run back and forth from the back and never did she complain.

Very helpful they just didnt have a variety of size 1 boys shoes for my grandson. 3 choices was it.

If There Was A Option To Give This Store A 0 I Would. I Came To This Location To Purchase A Pair Of Jordan And It Was Hard Getting Someone To Check To See If They Had My Size. A Male Employee Was Exchanging Phone Numbers With A Customer In The Store And The Line To Check Out Was Too Long

Staff is very knowledgeable about the shoes. Kinda pricey but what do you expect out of authentic nba players shows/equipment. Overall very clean, and you will be greeted with help as soon as you walk in. Definitely recommend this store, just come in with a full wallet.

If I could give 0 stars I would have. I waited to n line 3 hours this morning for the Jordan 3s to release as the shoes are first come first serve. The employees wait until 9:45(shoes dont go on sale until 10am PERIOD) to walk over to the gate to inform the people waiting in line that they are SOLD OUT of all the shoes. (SHOES THAT ARENT EVEN FOR SALE YET!!) Footlocker and their affiliate Champs are crooks the employees buy all the available shoes and resell them online to drive the prices up. What a scam. I will NEVER enter their stores again. Atleast Finish line were noble enough to sell a limited amount of their stock to the public even though they were sold out by the time I walked across the hallway from Champs

I went to Footlocker to return a pair of boots that did not fit via an online order. The associate, Taunya, was courteous, accommodating, without being overbearing. as I painstakingly went around the store trying to pick out items to use the store credit for. She was also very pleasant to the other customers that came in the store. If I go back, it will be when shes there specifically.

Footlocker sells the top of the line basketball shoes and attire. With the occasional sale on them. Also they have all the newest shoes from nike and adidas. Not as much from Under armour though. The reason i am not rating a 10 is because there are other companies that have better sales most of the time.

The actual worst customer service around. Store Manager is one of the most unprofessional, rude people Ive ever had to deal with. Go to Footaction or Champs in the mall instead!

Worst customer service hands down lived in the novi area for a little over 15 years,wasn’t until recently I stopped buying my shoes from here due to the lack of customer service and being greeted when entering their establishment who ever is overseeing this store needs a better hiring managerWill never spend another dollar at this location as long as it’s in twelve oaks the level of rudeness is unimaginable

Walked in with the intention of spending ~$500 on a couple pairs of shoes, too bad not a single employee even said as little as hi the whole time I wandered around the store. Walked past 2 female employees in the back part of the store talking about personal stuff, and again 2 more at the front on my way out also just chatting away a few minutes later.Too bad, lost out on some money as I even had 2 pair in there that I wouldve bought. No wonder this is the worst rated Foot Locker on Google out of the ones nearest to me. At least I know now not to bother checking what they have in stock anymore since Ill never step foot in there again.
