This is a really good coffee place with ample seating, nice seasonal decorations and a variety of coffee options. I would recommend their pumpkin lattes for amazing taste and flavors. They also offer different breakfast and snack options to go along with the coffee.

New cafe chain. I like it better than Starbucks because they have better food and tea selection. And do sort of make the sandwiches in front of you instead of just putting it in the microwave like Starbucks.Cons: Asia tea is meh, and sandwich is kind of small and expensive

I travel for work, and love to stop at local coffee shops to taste what they have to offer. This place sells absolutely delicious coffee. Please skip the long line at Starbucks and come here and enjoy REAL coffee. The creamy vanilla cold brew is fantastic. The cream sits on top of the cold brew, and the combination is fantastic. The triple MOCHA iced latte is delicious as well. Please come to support this coffee shop, because I want this place to be around the next time I stay in Detroit!

This place is always great. The people working are always wonderful. Whatever blend of coffee beans they use has a nice flavor as well, no burnt or acidic taste, and it’s very smooth. Not much else to say beyond that. Give this place a try if you’re curious.

Coffee is great and staff is very friendly. Unfortunately, my last couple visits have both ended up with wrong orders. Ordered their Straight Up and Dreamy cold brews, both times ended up with the syrup in the Straight Up while the Dreamy included cream but no syrup.EDIT: Wow, this is the best customer service I have experienced at any coffee shop. Owner responded immediately to my original review and refunded the mistaken order. Will return for more coffee! Thanks again!

It is opened recently. I really like this place. Those drinks and pastries are pretty interesting and little high sugar. Such as nice staffs.

These people are fantastic! The coffee is FANTASTIC!!The wonderful people of this establishment have been hosting me 2 mornings in a row since the power has been out. I am thankful for them and their wonderful atmosphere during this outage! Theyve absolutely made a customer for life with me! :)

Went to drive thru and they took forever, despite no line and hardly any customers inside. Latte was okay,but breakfast sandwich was disappointing. As soon as I got it, it seemed hot and fresh until I took a bite. The egg was super cold...not sure what happened, but not sure if Ill come back soon.

Great new place that we just discovered. The owner was there and greeted us. The employees there were extremely friendly and the selection looks fantastic (my iced coffee was delicious too). I definitely recommend Sweetwaters!

Sweetwaters Coffee has amazing staff, the owners are super friendly! The ambience of the shop is calming, love all the natural lighting. There are many delicious drink options. I got the raspberry cupcake, chocolate cupcake, and a slice of apple pie - all amazing!! Will definitely be back!

Thai Iced Tea with oat milk is my favorite! Colorful and not too sweet!

*Rude employee* - I came in on 7/3/21 - I’m very understanding when mistakes happen, I understand we all make mistakes. What isn’t okay is when I’m understanding and nice about it and an employee turns around and makes a rude remark. The barista accidentally made a mistake and made my drink hot vs cold, no problem. The ISSUE is that the other employee (a guy with blonde hair) said to her “you have to remake that? That’s ridiculous” and gave me a nasty glare. That experience has made it to where I don’t want to come back. Please treat customers with respect

I stop by here usually at least twice a week for some coffee. Its a great location with a consistently high quality of food and service.

New favorite coffee spot in Novi. Went with the family and got a number of hot/cold drink options, plus a couple of free samples. Everything was wonderful-yummy, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They made some great recommendations, and even though we didnt grab any snacks, I was drooling at the selection of sweets and food options! Overall it was a great experience and we will definitely be back, so happy to have a great spot for Coffee & Tea in the heart of the shopping area of Novi. Make it a point to stop in if you are in the area, you will not be disappointed!

This coffee shop is nice and cozy; the perfect place to either do quiet work or just relax. Their coffee is okay. Their tea is sweet and delicious. There was only one worker there when I visited, and they were nice and helpful. They also have a drive thru if you dont want to go inside.

Ordered dragon eye. It is like water down one day old coffee from those cheap hotels with super high content of sugar with such fancy name!! This will be first and last time visiting here.

I like it here. The drive thru which means I can pick it up with little contact. They are still not busy yet because they just opened, so its a much better experience than Panera. They have really good tea, and their specialty drinks are good. Staff has always been really nice and efficient. I also love a good lemon bar and they have a great one.

Came here yesterday and asked for a pomegranate green tea with light ice. What I received was more than half of ice. My drink ended up being watered down and full of ice circular cubes.They did give out 10% off your order or free donut for voting. I got the donuts and they were stale....Cashier was so/so. Should be 2 stars but gave 3 star for the lady who sat near the door (I think she was the manager) was very friendly.

Very sad and disappointed with the service and product. We spent more than 30 USD in 3 drinks 1 cupcake and 1 sandwich. They told us they were out of whipped cream and my daughters had to drink their frappes without it, they didnt offer any compensation for not serving the drink complete. Right after us a white woman with her kid asked for a frappe and they not only gave them whipped cream but also 2 free cookies. We are Mexican and I expected the same treatment for my money. Cupcake was frozen not a good thing to buy. The name of the lady in charge is Karen. Sunday November 7th. At 5.15pm
