Today I experienced an encounter with Tyler that no one should have to endure. I was laughing and smiling about an order that was missed and wondering how it got missed. Tyler was obnoxious and had an interrogating demeanor. Questioned if I had a receipt and did I give them my name. I told him my order was before many others and I didn’t get a receipt. He didn’t really give a solution to the problem. I told him he needed to relax and treat people kind. He then got aggressive with his words and literally told me I don’t deserve to be respected. It’s sad because as a hijabi we experience this a lot and sadly I have to report this because I don’t want another woman to experience this. I will say a sweet gentleman (his coworker) made up for his actions and refunded me and still made my drinks. I forgive you Tyler but please take anger management classes and learn some customer service skills. Still, I hope all the best for you.
I went here on Tuesday and met a really nice barista you could tell he really liked his job even though they were busy he still laughed and talked to customers with a smile on his face it’s really awesome to see people loving there job his name tag said I am groot I think that’s the best thing I’ve ever seen being such a huge marvel fan I asked his real name because I wanted to leave a review about this place I believe it was ren He gave me a suggestion on a drink made it and it was really good 10 out of 10 would come back !
The two ladies working today on July 16th were very kind!! I wish I knew the names of the tall woman with dark hair in a low bun at the cash register and the short woman with a bun and glasses who made my drink so they can be recognized !! The encounter was very genuine and uplifting
I ordered a French vanilla Chai and a strawberry Frappuccino. Amazing and tasteful omggg

Average expensive Starbucks, long waits, expected service and quality
The coffee doesn’t taste like what a Starbucks coffee should taste like. Skip this and go somewhere else if you have an opportunity. How do I know this? I’m a coffee enthusiast. Just had my second coffee of the day. This is my second experience at this location of not getting a good coffee.
Its pedestrian and expensive. Any add-ons (i.e. food)will be pricey. They get away with it because their marketing and display is perfect.
12 Oaks Starbucks crew... you guys ROCK...Ian, Anna and the rest of the gang took really good care of me today after I dropped my freshly bought pumpkin spice with soy no whip!! My coffee was nicely made, hot and filled to the top! Thanks guys, you’re the BEST!!

Considering the current situation that is going on in the world right now, and basically everybody is looking for people to hire, they still do a great job for what they have to work with. Very good with fixing a drink order and making a moment right with a customer, lines can be long and just a bit slow. But if you dont want to wait, mobile order or go to a different starbucks. Simple. Overall keep up the great work guys!Also people should be actively listening for their orders its hard to hear when you have mall music, masks on and the kiosks has a sneeze guard as well...
Too crowded!! Staff are good and do as much as they can to keep up but its just too much for them
The ordering line was short to nonexistent but had to wait a half hour for my coffee. Turns out they accept orders online so coming in you have no idea of the wait. They did not warn us. My 7 year old was with me and dying of thirst. I asked for water for her and the checkout girl, who was doing nothing else, simply added it to the order instead of spending a second to fill her a cup. After a half hour wait, I asked others working there to help with water and they rudely said I have no choice but to wait for my order. So much for service or respect for customers. To top it off, another customer who had no idea what I was asking butted in and accused me of being ungenerous when the workers there were having a hard day. Yeah right. Other coffee places leave water outside for you to self serve. So I went today on this location to grab my usual favorite drink and breakfast! I had to order impossible sandwich and mistakenly ordered panini upon my request to cancel panini and add on the impossible this lady kinda freaked out! First of all it’s my choice to get whatever I want not hers secondly they just had to warm a sandwich which doesn’t take too long!Anyway I paid almost 22$ for my drinks and my sandwich and this guy at the window literally threw that sandwich out to me! Didn’t even hand it out! To be honest never had this kind of experience at any Starbucks before! I’m a big fan of Starbucks but what happened today was totally disrespectful! I’m never going to that specific location ever again! To the management I have a humble request to please educate your employees to respect your customers! Highly disappointed
Located inside target this Starbucks is always very busy but the staff is very nice and knowledgeable.

The drinks came out good but the lines are always packed out the door as if there is at any Starbucks and its in the middle of the mall so good luck getting your drink in a timely manner but at least the orders were correct

I wanted a cup of hot chocolate and it was a good choice to drive through. My hot chocolate was not super hot, it came warm. But warm enough to drink it. The drive through was not crowded so we were served quickly.

Besides the extremely high prices of Starbucks, I love the staff. They are extremely nice, and very friendly. I like to go mall walking early in the morning and occasionally, I will treat myself with a Starbucks. Very friendly staff.
No wait because it was close to 9:00 but had to remind the barista that I was waiting for my drink. She was talking to the 2 other people that were working. Asked for the drink to be extra hot and after it sat it wasnt.

There is always a long line, which is understandable as the mall is usually fairly busy. Most of the time the baristas are very pleasant, but there have been a few times that they were quite short. The drinks have always been great though, so that is the most important thing :)
For a mall Sbux they do the best they can. Order is accurate and fast but service rarely comes with a smile. Maybe due to volume

HORRIBLE SERVICE. They DID NOT even hand us our order.I ordered a vanilla frappe. Me and my cousins are sitting there and just waiting. 10 mins later we see a frappe on the counter. We thought that wouldnt be ours because if these were DECENT human beings they wouldve AT LEAST told us our order was ready. We were wrong.
This place is comfortable but can be a little overcrowded at times. Not your usual coffee house vibe but more internet cafe-ish.
Busy as usual. However, you can order online. The pick up for online is by the cashier which is an unusual location.

Service SUCKS. I placed my order and was waiting around the tables area (which is only 10 ft away from the counter) so others can order. The lady working there places my order on the counter and does NOT say A WORD. I notice the cup on the counter and see that others have taken their things and left so I had a hunch that that was my order. I walk up to the counter and STILL not a word. Then I ask excuse me, is this mine?. All they say is yes and look at me in a funny way, like I was SUPPOSED to know that thats mine and I should have grabbed it without asking. NEVER dealt with a similar situation in ANY other Starbucks, be it Dearborn, Troy, Canton, Detroit, etc.
You can find a better coffee in home style coffee shops for less money

I come here almost every day and order the same thing. Somehow, since this new girl was hired, every single time she rings me up, I get the wrong drink. Everyone else reads back my order to me, but this one girl just cant get it right. Ive never made a review before, but I want people to know what to expect.

Today, I stood in thee shortest line,yet the staff was moving sooo slow. When it was my turn, the cashier just stood there and looked at me🙄. No greeting, sorry for the wait, NOTHING! I tried to order a drink and was told they didnt have any of the syrup left. I tried to order 4 more drinks and was told that they were missing ingredients for those as well. The guy behind the counter apologized and said that because I had come late (7:30pm) that it was typical of them to be out of things. If you know that you run of so many ingredients by 7:30pm, it would make sense to order more to compensate for that!I got frustrated and asked what they COULD make me and they offered a vanilla bean frapp, which is essentially a vanilla milkshake. $5.00 for a vanilla milkshake?! No thanks, Ill go to McDonalds for a larger size at a cheaper price.

The manager here is very cold and always rude. I work in the mall and go there for my breaks . This last time it was 3pm and they werent super busy but they had 6 baristas behind the counter and only one fairly new barista was making everyones drinks . You could tell that he was nervous and overwhelmed . I waited 10 mins or more till I finally went and asked for a refund which then the manager Was rude and continued my refund with attitude. She didnt offer to get it done or do it herself even and I had a simple iced chai tea.At my store our managers go above and beyond to make clients happy. She did nothing . Nor did I feel she cared .
