One guy wanted to be a smart Alec and pretended that I asked for 50 packs of picture paper, when I in fact asked for a 50 pack of picture paper. Then, I was rushed out of line by the clerk immediately after making my purchase, while I explained that I wanted to set up a tax exempt account for my business. This was very disappointing and disrespectful, as it would have only taken me a couple of minutes to have found my FEIN for my company.On top of this, I had an online order for a custom stamp and a 50 piece pack of photo paper, and they sent me an email and a text message saying there was a problem with the order. When I called the store to see what the problem was, I was put on hold several times, and it took over 20 minutes to figure out what was up. They had the paper that I ordered in stock, and they are the ones who sent me a text message saying that their manager would call me; a call, that never came. A women that I spoke to at the end claimed that shes never heard of anything like that in her over 3 years of working there, which I find incredibly difficult to believe.This was a horrible experience, and I likely wont be back.

Took my computer here for repair. Techs completed repair but also installed Tech Services program that cannot be uninstalled and re-enables itself upon deletion. Upon reaching out for how to remove this program that should not have been put on my computer in the first place, no response.

Copy Max has been well staffed, and the staff has been very helpful every time I visit. I am now willing to pass several other copy shops to go here because of the excellent service.

Almost all stationary and products office use products could be found here. The place has a range of variety and quality of the products in town.

The custom service was great but their prices are sky high! It cost $7 to send a six page fax. If you need to fax/print in a hurry, you may want to try another store.

All I wanted to do was print a 2 page document from my email. I was given a business card when I walked in and told to email my document to that address. It took 30 second but it took 5 minutes for them to get back to me. After an issue with the first email, I had to resend it. The worker left for another 5-7 minutes despite the fact that this took 10 seconds to resend to email. Would not recommend if you are in a hurry.

When first opened customer service was fantastic. It is now non existent. The store seems to large for such a small amount of inventory.I shop Office Depot for the selection and professional service.

I like this store and copy center. Ive been going to them for 10+ years. The store is always cleaned, well stocked and with ample sales people. Ive been very happy with the copy center too and their reasonable turn-around times.

Several staff asked if they could help us find what we were looking for, we didnt need the help, but its nice to have the staff attentive to shoppers.

Nice selection of everything they carry. This place also has a CopyMax with it which was cool. I dont think all of the locations have that option.

Prices too high compared to major retailers. And most of the clerks dont have a clue what they are selling. Thankfully Google was able to answer my questions.

Called ahead for the item I was looking for I was told they had two. When I got to the store...nope! They are only sold online!

I have shopped here a number of times and still find the selections for ink and toner spotty. I still can not find ink for my Canon printer. They also do not carry toner for my Xerox color laser printer. They do a good job of stocking computer accessories.

It was my first time to visit officemax at Haggerty . This gentleman called James just exceeded my expectations. I got the best offer and he genuinely and professionally guided me to make the best choice on my new Hp pavilion laptop... I wish I had extra more stars. What a terrible store... my girlfriemd bought a lap top new from this location an paid extra for them to set it up. After she brought it home adobe an flash would not work.... after some checking i find that there were preveous files from 3 weeks before we bought it an not a thing we paid extra for was done . Store pulled the paper work an realised their mistake an said 10% off total tommrow when u pick it up. I could not make it so she went alone an was told a tottally different story an that it was HER fault. An only 10 percent of the laptop cost. This store just takes advantage of people who know zero about computers. When i called back up to the store an asked to speak to a manger i explained the entire situatiom only to be told hold on man ill get the real manager for this! What a joke never buy anything from here....

Dont send any FedEx packages out of this store. If an item is damaged through FedEx shipping out of this store you will have to fight tooth and nail to get a refund. I have been waiting for a $300 refund for 2 months. Instead ship out of UPS or USPS not FedEx.
