Great store. Service is always good. They seem short staffed (like everywhere) but handle everyone quickly and friendly.
I use Staples Print services at least once a month. Its great being able to have someone else taking care of my print tasks. Service is friendly and checkout is always smooth.
Everyone was really helpful. Checkout was backed up for being a weekday, but the line moved quickly and the cashiers were great. Ill definitely shop at this location again when I can.
Pointing me at the machine which I didnt know how to run, I say I dont know how to run it, he just ignores me. Dont have time for this. Can you print my documents or not?
Thank you for your help in the photo center. On my way out I dropped my ID on the ground. The employee from the photo center came all the way out to my car to get my ID back to me. I didnt realize I dropped it. Thank you again!!
Got excellent service and help this morning. Needed copies for a passport application. I was in and out in less than half an hour and very inexpensively. Thank you (again) to the gentleman who made that happen.
The gentleman in the printing department was so nice and helpful to me when my usb wouldn’t recognize. I’m so grateful for people like that and appreciate you sir!
While on the website claiming they have something in stock, they also have the “in stock” label in the store, they just don’t have the product I was looking for. Also, all the attendees I talked to were NOT friendly, all they could do was to tell me “we don’t have it” and left me standing there. Please try to avoid this place.
Staff was friendly, well organized, one gentlemen in particular was very helpful (I believe his name is Eric), and knowledgeable. This location is recommended. Will be visiting for future supplies.

I had nothing but excellent service at this store. The blonde woman who was working the photo/copy area was extremely helpful and courteous. I was allowed to use the card stock I brought in and the printing was super cheap! I was also pleasantly surprised they had a large paper cutter I could use for free since some places charge you things like that.. I will definitely be going back in the future.
I went in today to by a network switch and a wireless mouse. Wasnt real sure how best to accomplish this but Shawn was extremely helpful and I will most definitely come back. Thanks Shawn. My ACAD guy loves your recommended wireless mouse!Best regards,M83 Mark

They sold me a 90W HP power supply that didnt work, and had mis-matching serial numbers. Then when I tried returning it they treated me like a criminal. I will never shop at this location again.

This store is very tricky. I have been there several times, and my experience depends greatly on who is working there. I have had wonderful interactions with the woman working in the copy and print center with the glasses. She is very helpful with anything that I need. If i was judging the store on her it would be an easy five stars.The problem is with one of the managers who is very off putting. The manager was a heavier set gentleman. I heard him talk with other customers and he came off very rude to them, and when I interacted with him it was more of the same with him being rude. He honestly makes me sort of wants to find somewhere else to do my shopping.
Nobody at register, finally walked up to return counter for checkout. lady that helped me needs to tone down the annoying active sales pitch. No means NO. dont ask me if Im sure.

Spent five minutes of walking around looking for envelopes. Nothing worked. Lots of empty shelves. No employees offered to help. Even walked out past two check out clerks who didnt say hello, asked if I found everything, but were just joking out loud with one another. Ill find my stuff online. Cheaper. Cannot wait to see this building empty. The only thing brick-and-mortar stores have left is customer service. Avoid this staples.
Walked in today to make copies the girl behind the print counter did not know I was their then I told her I need to make copies first thing she told me was go to self serve she wanted nothing to do with me like she was doing me a faver fine I made my copies after a nice guy helped me and then I bought copie paper and wanted to use my $10 rewards car after spending $70 they said it was expired so they didnt take it I shop their all the time I will not go back again
I just came in to make an order or get help for wedding invitations and the girl working in the print center was so unbelievably rude. When walking up to the counter she said this is the print center do you need something. After asking a couple questions I turned around and walked out. I couldn’t believe how rude she was!!!!

Most unhelpful staff possible. Walk in 2 hours before they close to get copies made. Lazy kid behind the counter sitting on a stool doesnt even get up to greet me. Playing on his cell phone. Tells me its too late to have copies made. He rudely explains I must use the self-serve copiers. I use them while the entire time hes sitting on his stool doing absolutely nothing! Wish I could give less than a 1 star review.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. All the self service printers would not recognize USB or credit cards so I was unable to print. I asked the staff for an alternative option and they said they it would be at least an hour to print a simple 13 page power point I had on a USB. 2 staff members hid from me while I waited at the register. I had to literally say you are looking at me and I can see you will you please help me check out? The staff and management is unprofessional as if noone has a clue what customer service means. I went to the UPS store and was treated with respect. Worst experience I have had in a store in Years!!!!!!!!!
Date of Experience: Tuesday, February 3rd, 2015 (630p - 730p)I was a loyal Staples customer for many years. I never did think that things could get worse.I went to Staples the evening of 2/3/15 hoping to get copies done of my bills. the simplest of tasks. I asked the associate to help me make copies as I was oblivious to this. He told me that he was late for his lunch break and that I should pretty much figure it out on my own. He told me, There are many buttons and the printer will do what I want it to do. No help.I needed to do double sided copies and after trying on my own, I made one copy that cut the page. i requested assistance form the supervisor who was reluctant to help me. After I told her what I wanted to do she told me it was impossible. I smirked and wondered if she actually knew what she was talking about. after arguing with her for a short moment i showed her proof that it was not impossible because I just did it. She recanted her statement and told me that only the newer copier could do this. i wish she had told me this before we began.I wasted money on something that was not completed.Out of frustration I left Staples unsatisfied and went down the street to Fedex/Kinkos and worked with a wonderful lady named Madeline and she made my double sided copies for me in less than five minutes and made me feel important.Definitely will not be doing business with Staples any more.

Self-service printing cost me a days work. Had 1 hr. 30 minutes to meet deadline. Self-service printer wanted a $5 credit card authorization to begin. Done. But, then it could not recognize the USB drive, which is the very same one I use regularly @ FedEx. Customer service employees were busy doing everything else except customer service. By the time I got their attention, the problem was understood, and a refund issued, there was no hope of meeting the deadline. I ended up at FedEx down the street where the entire job was printed from the same USB key anyway, and I was in and out in less than 2 minutes.To their credit they did try two other machines, all with no luck. Told me the USB must be encrypted, which it is not.
Needed to stop and quickly to print something both of the printers were out of order. Waste of time to even stop here.

Hats off to the Print and Marketing services team. I ordered a 24x36 print that was more like 24x34 and instead of having big margins on the sides they printed it 26x36!

Horrible customer service needed help with printing some things fir my upcoming wedding, waited for help in the self serve printing for an hour only to be ignored while they help the other more wealthy looking customers I guess if you dont look rich your not good enough to shop in their store will never be back again.
