The hookah served here is great but the UNPROFESSIONAL behaviour of the staff is surprising. COVID did impact closing hours for all business but they should inform their guests coming in at 11.30 PM that they close in an hour as opposed to show 3 AM on the site and 2 AM on the doors if their open hours are not updated(Friday evening). At 12.30 AM, the staff came and took away our hookah saying we close now. I would not go here anytime soon again. Also, half of the hookah filters do not fit the pipe and the server couldn’t care any less.

I absolutely love LUSH! The service was exceptional. I told her exactly what I needed and she helped me find it. She was very knowledgeable about the products. I particularly went in for a massage bar (I also bought the bubblegum lip scrub and the lip service balm) to carry me through my last month of pregnancy. I was also asking her about a bath bomb that would mimic a milk bath for photography and to my surprise she blessed me w/ the bath bomb. It absolutely made my day. I asked her if I could give her a hug and she agreed. I almost left out in tears!! It’s pretty easy for a pregnant woman tear up, but I was genuinely very grateful for the kind gesture. This will forever be my location of choice! Thank you for the great shopping experience.

This was my first time at this Lush location. Normally I just walk in and have to ask for help, but here right when I stepped in someone was nice enough to help me find what I was looking for. I didnt even have to ask - everyone was super friendly and willing to show me some of the neat products they sell!

Lush is great. Their products are very high quality and they have so many different things to meet all of your needs. Also, they have a lot of vegan products and dont do any animal testing. They are a bit pricier, but the quality makes it worth it. Try their bath bombs :)

Great place for unique smells. Vegan, eco friendly. The American Cream conditioner smells so good, and it leaves your hair soft and its light weight. The solid shampoos are really cool, last a long time, smell amazing, work great, and theres no plastic waste! The solid conditioners are a bit more difficult to use though, and I would recommend the liquid ones. There are too many products that Ive tried to list and review! Go check this place out.

I have sensitive skin. Lush sells all natural products. They have a lotion that calms sensitive skin. I cant live without it in the winter.

First off, I love the smell of this place when you walk in. It smells incredibly fresh and inviting.The staff here are all very nice and incredibly knowledgeable about the products they are selling. They encourage you to try out anything and everything they have around the store, and often do demos of the different products.I also love the idea of everything being handmade, fresh, and not tested on animals.Overall excellent experience.

The manager Matt at this location is completely unprofessional and a liar. I would never come back here again if it weren’t for the other manager Chelsea who is phenomenal and always makes my experience here pleasant. She goes above and beyond to help customers and is so kind and knowledgeable. Matt, on the other hand, is the complete opposite and needs to be trained.

Normally I love lush products however, the other day my family and I visited and asked if they had any sales going on. The sales person was INCREDIBLY rude and launched into a long speech about how lush views sales as a rip off and berates us for being sales shoppers. As soon as she finished her rant she walked away and made it very clear we werent welcome. We could understand telling us that Lush doesnt do sales but to treat us so horribly really killed the vibe of our family trip. If that is how this company treats people who ask a question, we wont be back.

I came here about a week ago with my friend and the girl working did a great job making us feel welcome and teaching us about their products. She helped us try out numerous products, so we came back towards the end of our mall trip to buy some items. Sage checked me out and gave me free samples of the items she had told me all about!

Lush is absolutely amazing. I was having a horrible breakouts on my face for three months and was just so frustrated, nothing was working. I went it to check out the new face care line and olive helped me. What an amazing improvement in just three days!! I love this lush! 😍 The workers here are all super kind and helpful, full of energy and knowledgable on all the products. Annie helped me select products for my little sister. It is her first time traveling by plane and she is very nervous. She is also autistic so lots of people and cramped spaces tend to stress her out. I came in to get those shampoo bars and conditioners that are great for travel so it is easier for her to get through the TSA. Annie had great recommendations for me and really listened to what I thought would work best for me and my sister. Annie was also very knowledgeable on the products and was able to explain to me what was in them with ease! My little sister Rose will have just a slightly easier time at the airport because of her! LoveLUSH! Everything is hand made. the ingredients are all safe for humans. Many are probably edible. Lol. The sales people are well informed and will spend a great deal of time with you. We always stop here when we are in Novi MI.

My daughter Mia visited the store yesterday with a group of her friends. It was busy and she was having trouble finding some products. A worker there named Karis was very sweet and knowledgeable, and helped her find the things she was looking for. My daughter told me it made her day, and that this was the only LUSH store she was ever going to again.

To be honest I was not a fan of this store. Dont get me wrong, the staff was friendly and helpful so that part was lovely. I just didnt care for the products. Everything I smelled, smelled very fake and strong. Nothing smelled appealing whatsoever. And the music in the store was so loud you had to try to yell over it just to talk to someone. Do overall I wasnt impressed, but thats just my opinion. Go try it out and it may be a place you love!

Okay, so this store may be a bit much for some people. The scent coming out of there may turn some off but I LOVE it! I didnt think I was a bath taking kind of person but wow, these bath bombs are so luxurious I cant stand it. They have sinks all over the store and will let you sample a bomb youre curious about. I smell so good and my skin is so soft after soaking in a lush bomb bath. Its insane. I currently have one in my car as a freshener and the smell makes me so happy.

I was not impressed with this location. I was not greeted when I walked in, and this has happened on many occasions. Some of the employees are kind, but some are downright unprofessional. Matt, one of the managers wasn’t very kind either. The item I wanted was out of stock. It was just overall an unpleasant experience. Perhaps, I should just stick to purchasing online. But then there’s a $6 flat fee shipping cost that LUSH charges that can’t be avoided.

I had a not so great experience when coming into Lush my first time I reached out to the manager, Jacki, to let her know of my experience. Jacki was very kind & professional. She answered all of my questions & was very knowledgable. She does an amazing job at directing you to the products that are beneficial to your personal needs. She demonstrated how to use the products in the sink. My dry & cracked (over-washed) skin was healed within a day or two of using Dream Cream & Percup, when even a prescription cream couldnt heal it. They have the good stuff. Thank you, Jacki for making my experience a pleasant one. I will be a Lushie for life!
