Outstanding ice cream, Ive been visiting here about 15 years. It is family owned!! They are very hard working and Im always greeted warmly. Nice assortment of cakes and variety of ice creams. I read a comment about the appearance...I go specifically for their ice cream, not concerned about anything else. This is a wonderful business and Ill continue to patronize for as long as I can 🧁🍨

Went there to buy a birthday 🎂 ice cream cake. Found a good size, and they wrote Happy birthday on it. The people were nice and helpful. Can only take out, no eating in yet.

Comfort food needs comfort dessert!

This place, like all the other Carvels has great ice cream since the recipe is shared, but the service here is awful. They have so many restrictions and regulations that other Carvels dont have. I am extremely annoyed and upset that I have to drive across town for a good scoop of ice cream and decent service.

I think its funny this place has been here for so many years, but has never seen one renovation lol.My girlfriends mother used to work here, and she said that looks the same. Other than that the staff is really nice, but the manager seems a little on edge a lot. Other than that I really like the ice cream here and the cakes they have are bar none on some of the best. I really do have to knock off two stars for the manager, and the dingy inside of the restaurant. I usually Im just standing out because of this.

This place is cheap with the toppings when buying Carvalanches. The Carvels in Bloomfield and Clifton are more generous.

Very clean. Staff not friendly but they were quick. Right next to high school. Not busy just before school lets out. Soft serve just as good as I expected. Will definitely go again. Wednesday is buy a sundae get a sundae free.

I have had multiple experiences at this Carvel. The workers are friendly. The place needs a little renovation. Most importantly is the quality of the product. A few months ago I came for a chocolate milkshake, they used to be delightful, but this time it was terrible. It took a few sips to figure out what the problem was.... it was spoiled milk. So I had this terrible taste in my mouth forever. I decided today, its been a while, so I went for a chocolate milkshake, wondering if it was a good idea..... but again, big mistake. Im done with this place. The milk was spoiled again. To be sure my daughter tasted it and spit it out. So its not me. These people need to check their expiration dates.

Its really dirty in there. The floor has ice cream spilled all over. Its disgusting. Then the employees were disrespecting us. Like just because we are Hispanic and they are white doesnt mean you have to be racist. This place is a disgrace. Im never going here again. This place is a pig pen.

I took the kids here for ice cream and specified that I wanted to get the Buy one get one free Sundae on Wednesdays. The girl helping me asked what size and I said Jr. When I go to pay I was charged for 2 JR sundaes because the girl did not specify that only Sm, M, Lg qualified for the free. Adding to my frustration, when I got the sundaes they were soupy mess since the soft serve was not quite ready. When I raised my concern I was given a Umm sorry. Needless to say I will not be returning to this establishment with thier unhelpful and unfriendly workers.

The ice cream was good but one of the staff members was rude and gave me an attitude for asking questions even though I explained that due to my disability I couldnt eat certain foods
