First and foremost, Tim is a great person, not only a great manager. The customer service experience today was like no other even at other locations. Gave the little purple beds to my three kids which is something even they were grateful for. I recommend looking for this man if the plan is to purchase the best fir your needs. This is my third mattress purchase from Mattress Firm and I will continue to be their customer and recommend them to family and friends. Each time I have chosen to return to the Oak Lawn location due to the quality of service.

I shopped at Mattress Firm at 95th and Cicero in Oak Lawn, Illinois. Tim showed me a number of mattresses to check out. I wanted to find one that was in the $1000 range that was best for mom. Tim was very friendly and helpful in answering my questions. I found the mattress that I was looking for. It was a pleasure to shop there. Delivery will be in 3 days and receive a call the day before on the delivery time

Manager Joe was very helpful in answering all our questions. He was informative without putting pressure on us to make a purchase. We truly appreciated the sale prices and discounts he offered which made it more affordable for us.

We bought two mattress and a bed frame not the one on the ground. The bed frame broke! Only few months old! It was for my 10 year old. Absolutely ridiculous trying to file a claim and get answers from warrenty department is unbelievable now my daughter cant sleep in her bed. The leg to it is no longer connected!

I bought a substandard mattress from this store in September 2020. When I discovered from my doctor that I have a spinal disorder and need a better mattress with more support, I contacted the store, and they turned me away. Basically, they said “too bad, you bought it; you buy a more expensive mattress from us now; no discount, no credit” for the substandard mattress you bought. I expected a little more from a reputable mattress firm. All they said was, “prices have gone up since the pandemic.” For a company like Mattress Firm, that’s not reputable. The next, “better” mattress I buy won’t be from them. Buyer beware. They’ll take your money, sell you a substandard mattress, and then leave you to deal with it.

Tim over at the 95th/Cicero location was nothing but helpful. Would recommend this location for your mattress needs. Not pushy and very knowledgeable.

We purchased the purple 3 king mattress. while it was a big purchase $$, I actually got a better deal purchasing the mattress in store than i did on purple.com. I wasnt going to purchase anything without testing it out, and i got to test it out without any pressure of making a purchase. My girlfriend and I actually tested the mattress out at this location about 3 months prior. I was NEVER harassed by phone or email to come back into the store. When I did make the purchase, Joe was able to save me money overall and get me a next day delivery. Sells refurbished mattresses and box springs. I bought a queen size temperpedic it had mold in the mattress and they said I caused plus I bought a twin bed and it was used plus the box spring had the old fabric on it from previous users. If u dont believe me check em for yourself. Never going to the. EVER!!

We decided to trade in a queen mattress for a king within the 120-day window for returns. Our salesperson, Justin, was very helpful and informative.

Bought a queen bed here, I was told we had 5 yr warranty and only needed my id if wanting to return the bed, that I was already in the system, Couple of yrs I came back I was not in the system they couldn’t find me they told I had to bring my receipt or otherwise couldn’t do anything for me . Don’t buy from this place it’s overpriced and they don’t stand for their word .

About a year ago i bought my second BED from the BEDDING Experts the first bed was a Queen Pillow Top back in 2005 fantastic bed so last year I went back to purchase a twin and the one the manager told me was one of the best they sell well after several months the mattress went crazy and it had no support left in it anymore.So today I went back to your store to see what the guy sold me what he would do for me the salesman told me that the guy I bought the bed from no longer worked at the store anymore. I told him what the old salesman told me and that it was one of the best they SOLD and the one I bought was one of the Cheapest they sold I was really Upset and was ready to walk out but we talked a few minutes and i told him how bad my back was and all the operations I had.Then he said please check this mattress out so I did and it was Great and he showed me the one that was PERFECT AND I WAS VERY HAPPY and bought it and cant wait till friday to get it.
