Went in today with my fiance. We desperately needed a larger bed between us 2 dogs and kids queen size isnt cutting it anymore. We were greeted by both sales people as soon as we walked and was assured we would be helped shortly. April helped us find a great new bed at an affordable price and was able to setup delivery tomorrow between the great customer service, the store being clean and no pressure to buy we will definitely be back in the future. I already had an idea of what I wanted to purchase. Edward was able to get me a better mattress for the same price I was willing to spend. The shopping experience was quick and efficient.

I was curious how they would handle the covid rules. You get a paper towel to put on top of the pillow your head lays on. Simple and effective. The salesperson was very helpful. I needed the mattress the same day so while I tested some of their items, he checked the warehouse (open till 7 )for availability. The warehouse was only 40 minutes from the store and I had my mattress on my bed in under three hours. Delivery is available and you can test drive your mattress for four months! Not sure how that exactly works but it makes it easier to bite the bullet. My mattress was half off and still cost $700! Worth every penny though, its so comfortable! I dont think many people return their mattresses!

Dennis was AMAZING super helpful and showed me a bunch of different pillows for headache/neck pain and support. Also discussed mattresses for future purchase. He was extremely helpful and loving my new pillow after years of looking for the right one!

I was assisted at this store by a very knowledgeable and patient young man named Edward. He took a significant amount of time explaining about the mattresses and having me take my time with each, by laying on them, turning on each side, trying out the controls for the adjustable beds, and more.I’m so glad I didn’t just buy a bed online which is what I was going to do. My bed will be delivered in a few days and set up for me. I can’t wait to sleep on it.

Worked with Annie in this store and she did not know her products inside her store nor did she know what sales to apply with certain mattresses. We had a purchase in place and after she swiped our credit card she then proceeded to explain fees that she didn’t explain before swiping the card. After discussing everything we felt like we got played and did not trust anything she said so got a full refund and went to another store.

LeVoria Thompson was such a pleasant person to do business with. As soon as we walked in the door she was pleasant and not pushy at all. Highly recommend this location if youre looking for honesty and genuine care about your mattress purchase.
