5 stars arent enough to describe the amazing experience we had here. Id like to start by saying I LOVE family owned businesses and this one is top notch! Great and helpful customer service. They made us feel like family. This place has wonderful quality tile and flooring! Will definitely be using them for the next house project. Please come here of youre looking for quality!! Very poor customer service at this store. There was no effort to assist my husband and I as we shopped for flooring and backsplash. Other customers came in and were assisted immediately. Needless to say, we didnt spend our money here.

First time going to the town store I love this store they have some great towel I wont be shopping with them again they products is good take your time and shop at that store

This place its just ok if you need something and they have it in stock otherwise stay away from them nothing but problems .All my customers had problems with them!!!!!

This place should be sued. A little over a year after I got my tile from there, every tile that was near an outside wall split and cracked into pieces. I went back to the store and showed them the pieces of one tile. I was told by Frank the owner that “that was common for tile because it wasn’t made to handle the cold or the weight of a refrigerator. Really? Oh I forgot that first of all he blamed it on the installer. I told him that same installer had installed tile in 3 other places in our house and none of the other tiles had any problem. I also replaced the one piece of tile under the refrigerator with a random piece of tile and just put it on top of the grout and it hasn’t cracked in the 3 years since then.Finally after listening to him the second time, he told me that I could order the same lot from the place he got it. He called and frank said they had 2 cartons in stock and I said order them. I even offered to pay for them right then even though I told him I thought it should be free because he sold me defective tile. He said no, to wait until it came in. When I hadn’t heard from him in about a month, I went back there and he told me was waiting to hear From me because I wasn’t sure if I had wanted it. I reminded him I was willing to pay for it on the spot. He called the dealer while I was in the store and once again he said they had 2 cartons left. I told him to order it and I would pay for it. I didn’t hear from him so I went into the store again after calling several times and having him not return my call. He said I never ordered it and now suddenly had no record of the order. Each time I had gone in there I had my copy of the receipt and I am sure he kept it one time because all of a sudden I didn’t have it. I told him I could give him the date of the sale but he told me that he wouldn’t be able to get any info from that. In this day of technology I am supposed to believe you don’t have electronic records of every sale. Plus every time I went in there prior to this you knew just who to call. After 2 years of trying to get him to follow up on this, I just gave up and figured I would take it to Channel 5 or an attorney, which I told him the last time I left the store. I now have porcelain tile cracking all over the room. It is under the Kitchen table, under cabinets, along every wall Shop local. That’s where the criminals are. I am a senior citizen and I can’t afford to have all the title pulled up and new tile purchased and and installed. This is a terrible senior citizen scam as far as I am concerned.I am convinced these other reviews are there own reViews with different names because when this was happening I check their website and there were several others just like mine. I wish I had taken a picture of the website because falsifying reviews is also criminal behavior.

Helpful and found what I was looking for.

Tile store. Looking for a referral to lay tile. Guy called three days later. Made appointment for an estimate. He cancelled. Rescheduled, had to call him after waiting all day for him. Said hed come over the weekend. Never heard from him again. Doing it ourselves now.

There was an extremely rude man who ran up to me yelling and cursing me out about not driving over his grass, which I told him I wasnt going to do. Then he proceeded to dare me to & Ill get fined chill out guy- its only grass!
