I had a great experience from the get go. Lenny went out of his way after hours to go take measurements for me and knew I was on a budget and a time contrstraint before my move in date. The installers were amazing, very polite and did their best to watch my freshly painted walls and did a great job!. I would definitely purchase from them again!

Key Carpets does great work and staff is very helpful and professional. Mike helped us pick out flooring and did measuring and Juan and Carlos installed it. Floor looks great! They all did a great job and were very friendly and personable. Would highly recommend them!

Staff here are pretty friendly and work with the customers on their selection on a more individual personal basis. Took a little longer than the big box places to get the carpet in but they are willing to correct any problems more quickly as well. When we ordered the wrong carpet came in and it would be another week to get the right one. They didnt try and pressure me to take the carpet anyway, which was nice.

Please consider purchasing from Key Carpet carefully. Sales was great at the start. 2yrs into whole house getting new carpet we still have issues with seems and wear of the carpet. We regularly have carpet professionally cleaned and take care to keep carpet in good condition. However getting support to fix problems from the start and respectful customer service is nowhere to be found. I typically don’t write reviews but when we are yelled at, hung up on and spoken to as if we are the ones who are I n the wrong I feel compelled to let others know so they don’t experience the same. It’s one thing to have differing opinions it’s another to be rude and disrespectful to your customers. All we are asking is they stand behind the product as the did when selling it and fix the areas where there is a problem. This has now had to go to arbitration. We’ll see how it goes from there.

First time homeowner and really had no idea about carpets, padding or flooring and most of all costs. A family member suggested Key, so I tried them. John helped me on the sales floor. He asked me all the right questions, educated me on the different types of flooring and what were the +/- of each type. He guided me through carpet selection and quality that was best for my needs and budget (at this point we never mentioned an actual dollar amount, just that i had to be mindful in my purchase). He set up a day to come out and measure. When I went back to him his price was much less than I was expecting. I also got a bix box store quote that was twice the cost without installation and a brand I never heard of. My contractor also recommend a carpet guy who did some work on the side for him. His side job price was the same as Key. To be honest I was going with Key carpets from the beginning because they were so easy to work with and they knew their business well. When I placed my order I upgraded the quality just because the price was so good i had enough room in my budget to go top of the line.The installers came a week later as scheduled and they were very nice and professional. They took plenty of time to install and cleaned up after the job was finished. The carpeting looks amazing! I couldnt be any happier!
