We redid our hardwood floors and the carpeting on our stairs. Massoud was super professional at coordinating everything, the appointments were always on time, and the work is gorgeous. When we did have one small issue with the floor install, David, the owner, came out and we figured out how to solve the problem. Great company!

We stopped by to get some quotes on carpets and the owner she gave us an appointment to stop by and get the measures, she never showed up, we called her back and gave us another appointment and she never showed up again, LOSERSRESPONSE.The store manager the African american lady she was the one who gave us many appointments and she never showed up or called to apologize., we are from a condo association, we gave the work for eight building to another carpet store, the total is $90.000
