I really wish that I could rate this place worse. They’ve fixed my screen 4 times, the first two were broken because of me dropping it without a case. That’s certainly my fault. The last two times, I had tight pants on and.it somehow cracked while in my pocket. They use inferior screens and that was only 110 t he first time. Then it went up to 120 t he next week. This latest time I was charged 130 while being told I was getting a 20 dollar discount. This is a place full of shysters and cheap equipment. Ubreakifix, which is down the street,charges 145 for the same thing but the screens are comparable to the original in terms of color range, brightness, and toughness. If you go there, call for a quote or the price will be arbitrary and they will not tell you about the increase until it is pickup time, then they will hold your phone hostage until you pay. If it’s 110, what you get is fair, but for 150, just go somewhere with a better rep like ubreakifix in oak lawn about 4 minutes down the road. I am livid as I type this on a phone that has a destroyed screen that was just picked up today that I paid 130 for after a “discount” that was actually a ten dollar increase. I also saw the guy Who runs the place on his phone writing positive reviews. I’m nor saying they’re all fake, I’m just saying that I know at least one was typed by the owner and so the rest should be taken with a grain of salt. 0 out of five stars because they arbitrary Change the price based on how much they’ve made so far that week. Cheap screens, bad business, and all the accessories sold there are bought from Amazon and then marked up, you’d do better if you bought directly from Amazon.

I’m VERY clumsy and have had my iPhone screens replaced here on multiple occasions. Service is fast and professional, I usually get my phone back within an hour where most places need at least a day and double the price. The place is huge and is filled with high quality phone accessories. The staff always goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction, I definitely recommend!

DO NOT get your screen repaired here!!!! Their IPhone Replacement screens are not official & very cheap. My screen was unresponsive after 1 week of being repaired. After replacing it a 2nd time, my phone completely shuts down. WORST TECHNICIANS IN CHICAGO!!! Go elsewhere

Amazing people! Very pleased with their knowledge and help. Great service. I would highly recommend them. They went up above and beyond to help me out. My screen broke and they were able to fix it, no problem. It looks good and works perfectly. I had taken it to several stores and Cellular Depot are best priced for the services. Great customer service as well.

I brought my iPhone 10 in for a repair last Saturday... The technician at the store told me to come back today because the part wasnt available... When I came back he told me I should have called first... he had this Nonchalant attitude... And told me to come back in a few days... Hes giving me the run-around... If you cant fix my phone just say it... I wouldnt recommend doing business with these guys

This place is awesome its like Costco but for phones, accessories and repairs. I brought in my iPhone for a cracked lcd repair and was told they also fix the back glass as well. Phone was fixed front and back in a couple of hours and got a cool case for it too, definitely recommend them for iPhone and ipad screen repair. DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY!!!! I had a Groupon to here so I thought Id try it out, I was getting a cracked iPhone 6 screen replaced. I go in and they tell me 10 min itll be done. Most people would think wow 10 minutes is great but I thought to myself that seems oddly fast. So I get it back and 15 min after getting home I realize that there is light showing out the sides of the phone, it looks as if the screen isnt all the way on???? I bring it back in and he takes it to the back, he comes back out ONLY 5 MINUTES later and says he resealed it for me. It looks okay so I take it home. A few hours later I take my phone case off just to check and it is showing light all the way down the side of the phone. PLACE IS A RIP OFF AND DOES NOT REPAIR CORRECTLY!!!!

I was tempted to purchase the Groupon but when I realized the place was rather close, I decided to visit before buying the Groupon because I could get some questions answered. Well they offered me the Groupon rate along with excellent customer service. I was in and out! I later had an issue with my mic after getting my screen repaired and they offered to repair the mic at NO charge. Not only would I recommend this place but I will keep their information for myself in the future.

I got my phone fixed from here about a month ago. The day after I got it fixed, my screen was unresponsive. It wouldn’t let me tap anything but it did turn on. Eventually I went back and got the screen replaced for no charge. BUT... everytime I drop my phone, I get a new crack. These screens are so cheap and not worth it. I dropped my phone from about 3 feet high and it cracked. With the Apple screen I had, it took me to drop it on concrete and kick it for it to break so why does these screens crack so easily?

Dont waste your time or money! We ordered over $ 100.00 of products from them and they sent us the wrong stuff! Weve been trying to straighten out the problem since the 12th of December today is the 2nd of January with no response from the manager. Finally talked to someone today and they called us a Fu****g liar on the phone.(well you get the idea) Good way to do business! STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING RIPPED OFF AND THEN TALKED TO LIKE YOUR BUSINESS REALLY MEANS NOTHING TO THEM AND YOU WANT TO BE CALLED A FU**ING LIAR.
