I don’t review this place because it’s an absolute gem! The pieces I got today and the prices were incredible! I passed by that store many time, but I was in a mood and needed some retail therapy! The nice in the store was so nice to me and I took my time to explore everything. Great furniture for DIY projects and vintage pieces that are great for charm! Thank you and I cannot wait to go back for goodies!

This is THEE best thrift store around! I’ve been shopping here since they opened four years ago! I’ve purchased so many amazing gently used pieces, and even more brand new pieces! The best part about it all is that the new pieces are sometimes 20-50% off what I would’ve paid from the original retailer! You simply can’t beat that! The staff is always super friendly/helpful, and I had the items pictured below delivered and the delivery men were so careful with my items! I would’ve easily paid well over $1,400 for all these items, but I walked away with a $550 receipt for a brand new headboard, mattress, end tables, lamps, and ottoman ❤️❤️❤️

I really enjoyed being at this place. It has so many selections to choose from weather you like modern furniture or vintage. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The prices are really fair and the turnover rate on most of their stuff is pretty fast. I highly recommend checking this place out and supporting a welcomed local business

They have decent furniture with decent prices, but origination within the organization is not that good, they didn’t know what was going on with their own logistics. I bought a couch Sunday expected delivery Tuesday didn’t get in touch until Friday and they didn’t WANT to deliver because it was raining a little. Bad delivery service in my opinion.

So upset with this place. Yesterday I went in and was told by 3 different people that EVERYTHING in the store was 60% off, I ended up buying two different items and one was a futon. The futon was priced 150$ so I got 90$ off with the 60%. I paid for the futon and asked if I could come back today to pick it up. Today I came to pick up my futon and was told by someone new that they couldnt give me the futon I already paid for because whoever sold it to me should have only given me 25% off and not 60. I literally have a receipt that says I paid for the futon and it says ALL SALES ARE FINAL on the receipt, its not my problem someone sold it to me for 60% and not 25%. And Im still not sure why that one item was being sold for 25% when there are signs ALL OVER THE STORE that say everything is 60% off!!! They refused to give it to me unless I paid another 60$, but I could buy a brand new unused futon online for that price. Honestly I liked the store until this happened and would have come back and spent more money because there were other items I was interested in, but now I have no interest in ever going back. The guy working there today had no interest in making a deal because of their mistake and he kept acting like he was doing me a favor by just giving me a refund. I feel like I was robbed because I already paid for my futon and have a receipt saying the transaction was final.

Just went in on a whim and so happy that I made it on time before they closed. I’ve been looking for a coffee table for so long and I found the perfect one for my new home. A lot of their stuff is brand new never used for amazing prices!! The owners and workers are so nice and friendly. I’m definitely telling my friends to go to this store for great deals, and amazing service. My favorite thrift store around, I can’t wait to go back and see what else I can find. Thank you so much!!

A lot of good old sturdy furniture! They do have some modern items, but they go fast! I would highly recommend for dining sets

The store is nice, the people working there were pleasant. Definitely not your average thrift store. They offer plenty of furniture but for a thrift store it’s pricey. I understand certain vintage pieces, but all items are not vintage. I saw several chairs that I was interested in but the price was only off by a few dollars from brand new ones at the original store. So with that being said...I did not make the purchase.

The only reason this thriftstore does not get 5 stars from me is the woman who answered the phone (not the owner) very unprofessional. I called to get clarity on the pricing of items. I proceeded to explain I was just there on yesterday and pricing was one thing so does it change up. She proceeded to tell me what I did and didnt or who told me or didnt tell me what. Maybe someone else should be answering the phone. Ive always had a great experience there it could be because Ive never encountered her. So very disappointing 🤨👎💔

A great Black Owned store just packed with stuff we came on a day that they just unloaded a truck and some ailes were blocked that you couldnt get by to see all of what she had, The staff was very friendly and helpful I will be going back.

My family and I visited the 2nd is the New 1st a few weeks back. They have a very nice selection of furniture and their prices are so reasonable. The owners and staff were really nice. We will be back soon to purchase more. This is by far the best resell shop that I’ve visited!

If youre looking for used furniture, this is the place! They have tons of tables, chairs, etc. The clothing area could use better lighting & they need a changing room. The owners are super sweet & attentive. I was very impressed.

This place is simply awesome. They delivered for me the same day and gave me a great deal. I have never seen a resale store with such quality. Solid wood pieces not that cheap stuff, plenty of vintage items and the owners are so down to earth. I felt right at home with them. This place deserves 100% 5 STAR REVIEWS...from 100k + reviewers.Anything less than....distrust the reviewer...PERIOD. This place is an excellent gem of a find. The owners and support staff are extremely professional and they will accomodate your requests. They take GREAT pride in the quality of their furniture..and IF something has a ding...the value of the piece and the selling price ..is FAR MORE than fair. You will rare find items in supreme condition. The pride for owning a highest of quality establishments and the desire to deliver excellent customer service is evident. The only problem...its a little tricky getting to store off Cicero Ave versus 95th street where the adjacent street says do not enter..but DO NOT LET this deter you. It is WORTH the effort accessing the store. A+++++++++++++++++

I got a Diane von furstenburg dress in here for $15. And lots of active girls leggings a dollar each barely used. Its clean. A bit too much furniture but I can live with that.

The store is over crowded with stuff everywhere, not well organized, some of the things in there are over priced for a second hand store.

Nice stuff but they are very rude. They couldnt even check if they had a king bed frame in the back because “they didnt know if it was king or queen” label it then! The guy over the phone was rude .

I was there at posted open time 10:00am, I waited until 10:25 still no one there to open store. I went back later on that day. Most everything they had for sale was either broken or extremely scratched. Nothing of any quality.
