Short brunette accused my wife of stealing to find out she wasnt stealing the banned her from the store anyway because my wife gave her attitude for being accused.Place needs to put their employees in check and teach them how to speak to customers and learn how to apologize when wrong..the employee named al always has a smile on his face and knows how to speak to customers. Also he is very respectful and helps if he can..

This Family Dollar is out of my way, but it is always clean and usually has everything.

The customer service at this location was unbelievable. The young lady at the register had an attitude the entire transaction, then had the nerve to huff and puff after I corrected her for giving me incorrect change.

Terrible customer service. Lady with black hair and bangs is an absolute racist who does not know how to treat her customers in a respectful manner.

It was good but there isnt equality. They told me I need masks but other people didnt need masks

The best Family Dollar in the area. The store manager is extremely nice and respectful to all customers. He makes it a point to talk and get to know everyone he checks out. The place is well kept up, clean, and most things are fairly cheap. Great place

The cashier girl was the nicest ever, she had the biggest smile.

Great store.... I hate that the store manager Lemont is no longer there. Everyone checking out was greeted with a smile and made to feel welcomed and part of the family. If you needed help locating an item he and his staff were always availble to assist. My grandson and I miss interacting with him upon checkout.

This is one of the few Family Dollar that I like because a lot of them have too much stuff and are very cluttered. I hate clutter. This one is nice and pretty neat. You can easily navigate thru the isles

I love this place because the staff is so friendly and when I walked in the door I was greeted and welcomed to the store...store dont do that...plus the music sounds so good ...I really like shopping to good sounds...This place feels like a neighborhood store...like home...love it and will always go back again and again.

Went to this family Dollar store to use a $3 coupon that I clipped out of the paper and the guy told me that the coupon was invalid I went to the next family Dollar store and did not have a problem using the coupon
