These guys will change your oil quickly and not spill it all over your motor. They also allow you to bring your on oil and filter, then only charge you $20. Great deal!!

This is by far the best place to go for great service and knowledgeable, friendly, professional staff. My normal experience consists of techs trying to sell me a bunch of items I know I dont need, i was pleasantly surprised I didnt have to deal with that here. They were fair, honest and friendly, very refreshing. I definitely will never go anywhere else and either should you.

This is hands down the best place to get your oil changed in Oak Ridge. I had the best experience Ive ever had as far as customer service, how quick it was, and how straight-forward Cameron was in helping me. Super guys, great service, etc. We bought a new car in February and took it by to have Daniel check it out. He looked under the hood, checked the fluids, looked underneath and checked everything out for no charge! Seriously! Their oil changes are full service and reasonably priced and they believe in being honest with their clientele about what is and is not necessary. If you want to know that people who care and people who have character are servicing your vehicle, D&D is the place to go!

Midway through a marathon drive from Florida to Michigan, with a van full of kids, the oil light started blinking. Barely before they closed for the day, we pulled into the nearest oil-change place: Service Pro in Oak Ridge.The pleasant gentleman there stayed a half-hour past closing, in bitter cold, to get us all fixed up: the low oil was changed (he offered just to top it off, but it was due for a change anyway), engine checked, fluids and tires filled--even a clean, pleasant bathroom. He was kind enough to also give us a customer-loyalty discount, even though we were from out of town.Could not be happier--thank you!

I have been getting my oil changed at this location for a little over a year now. The guys at the shop do a great job, theyre efficient and they go over all the info with you when they finish. If you choose to sit inside the shop while they work, they have a shop cat to keep you company and they also have coffee and hot chocolate.

I wouldn’t want anyone but Adam to change my oil or to do the other services offered. Highly recommend!

I always get fantastic service here and they go above and beyond the typical oil change. The technicians that the have at Service Pro will look over your vehicle and point out any wear and tear on your vehicle despite them not offering any service on those components.

Moved to Clinton, TN last May and after unsuccessfully trying other lube centers I noticed D&D one day on my way into Oak Ridge and glad I did. Friendly, prompt and professional service is their forte. Daniel takes the time to answer any questions you might have concerning your vehicle including recommendations concerning sevices they do not cover.I have 4 vehicles and it is a no brainer, for me, in making them the only place to take my vehicles.Give them a try...you will not be be disappointed.
