I live in fountain city. I chose to come here because I found that this to be more efficient then going to the dealership. Your website said open at both places. I go to one, paper on the door says closed on Weds. I go to the second one same thing. I will not be returning to this business. Update your website.

There was only one technician working and there was already a line. Its an oil change service center...definitely needs more than one employee working at a time. We left and drove 1.5 miles to the Valvoline service center where we were immediately taken care of by expert and very professional technicians!!

I was highly pleased with Service Pro Lube center at Oak Ridge. The mechanic at the place was able to service my car quickly, efficiently and the customer service was stellar. The mechanics advice was genuine and wasnt aimed at being a sales pitch. Overall Id say I was very satisfied, would recommend this place to everyone and will be returning there myself for my vehicle needs.

Awesome staff

My first time at this place and the gentlemen there were so helpful and so nice. Im pregnant was stressing about my car tremendously. Unfortunately they dont do major repairs there but he helped me save a ton of money on a transmission repair i needed done by giving me some awesome advice. The day before, my check engine came on and i took it to Advance Auto. The guy just gave the code and their service was just bad. I felt ignored. But this guy here helped me understand and even printed out papers for me in case i needed someone to reference later. I WILL be coming back to this location for future oil changes when I can afford it lol. It was about😆 $60 but it was totally worth the experience!

Ive gone several times, and Ill only go there for as long as I live in Oak Ridge. The guys there are very helpful, and they do an amazing and thorough job.
