Nice store with friendly staff. You can find pretty much everything youd find at other Tractor Supplies. Seems a little darker than other stores, but not sure if it is the lighting or color of floor or ceiling.

Handy place! Live chicks, affordability priced dog food, and everything to grow a garden. Bought a riding lawn mower and trailer to bring it home, as well as other uses. Totally happy 😊

The employees at Tractor Supply are most always friendly and helpful. Decent variety of goods available at average prices. Plenty of parking.

I had multiple interactions today over the phone with employees and all were unfortunately disappointing. The first time I called in the morning, I called and spoke with a lady and explained that I had seen a Kayak online and I wanted to pick it up in the store. The lady told me it was fine, but I explained to her that I was being charged a $130 shipping fee to ship to store. (She failed to explain that I cannot buy these items online and pick up in the store). I asked her if there was a way around the shipping charges if I was planning on picking up the item the same day. She replied with, just keep messing with it and see if you can get it to work. After I got off of work at 6, I called to see if the Kayak was still in stock, and the same lady picked up the phone and told me that she was busy but transfered me to someone named Antonio. I asked him about the specific kayak I was looking for and he told me he sold the last one a couple minutes ago. My brother called back a minute after me (he was told in the morning they had some on stock and received 3 more today), the same lady that picked up the phone searched for the item# and said they had one left! We asked her to put it on hold, and we drove 30 minutes to buy it. Antonio was the employee who was in charge of getting the Kayak. We saw him throwing the kayak on the floor and dragging it along the floor to where we were waiting for it. The way the entire situation was handled from the first conversation was completely out of hand. That purchase could have easily gone to another company if I wasnt in a desperate need for one today.

I love shopping here for random items . They have some cute house decor. The employees are always super friendly. The lines to pay are usually pretty long. If you have to be passing by through Oakdale would definitely stop here .

I went shopping to pick out 2 kennels that were on sale spent $325.00 for the 2 kennels. Got home and proceeded to put them together and my luck parts were missing. So I got my receipt and called to let them know I was coming back to the store to see if the parts were there. I was treated like it was my fault? Only have enough parts to put one kennel together. I said Ill be back tomorrow and return the other one. Was treated like I stole something. The cashier followed me out to my car with the parts I needed in her hands. I really didnt understand why she did that? I will never shop there again. Terrible customer service!!! And I still have to haul the other one back!!

I like coming here because of the odds and ends that they have other places dont have. I didnt give it five stars because I went to purchase something last week with a marked price, and they didnt honor it. But other than that they have good service and products.

Best spot in oakdale to get your local work gear farming gear. Feed and seed. The staff need a bit more experience in asking customers for help. Atmosphere is clean and well maintained

We went looking for a specific size lawn tractor tire and tube, not really expecting to be able to purchase it in store. Figured wed have to order and wait for delivery. Surprise, Tractor Supply had, in stock, exactly what we needed. Great customer service, too.

This store always has the pet supplies we need for our dog, guinea pig, and chickens. I do not like that they installed a self check out that is why I only gave 4 stars. The employees are always helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

I shop there for all of my ranch needs including animal feed stuff. They r friendly and helpful. I do wish that they kept better inventory on their small animal foods and flea meds.

Terrible visit. It was 8:00 I seen the clerk unlock the doors and seen stepped.out of my vehicle. As I proceeded forward I noticed the automatic front door didnt engage but seen the other inside slide open. I checked with my hand to.see if it was indeed unlocked and it was a slid the door open and went inside. The clerk looked at me and said I.guess were open. I looked at my clock. 8:01. Next another clerk in a green polo said partner we usual dont let no one through the doors. I looked at the time again. I didnt know this store opens from different times that are shown. I went to get dog food and seen the price was 18.99 . I went to pay for it and it rang up as 23.99 I shown the clerk. She walked over with me and noticed the same issue..... the other clerk that made the smart remark to me.earlier started to tell the cashier that walked over to me to the sale item that had a conflicting price and disagreed. She Said if you would have seen the other side it says it here. I let her know that future customers will.have the same issue since there is know specific label saying which dog food is advertised for that.. Terrible experience at this store. Colin supply.will have my business from this point forward.

Has had mostly everything that I went in to find. Only a few times I found them to only be temporarely out of stock. I shop here quite often, not bad for a retailer with such a divers product line.For my self, almost a one stop shop!4.4, yeh at least.

Every time I go in there they are alway out of something I need, or they have it on the very top shelf, were no customers can reach.I always have to hunt for someone down and 9 out of 10 time, they are not friendly and make me feel like Im bothering them.There are two young men that work their and are kind and go around asking if you need help. But havent seen them for a month or two. What a shame.

Dirty store. Dirty restrooms. Employees are not very friendly and if you look like you have questions they will run through their back red double doors and hide until you have given up. They rarely have products in stock that online says they have. When you finally get an employee to look up the item theyll shrug and say Well it says we have 11 on hand but guess we dont have it, sorry.

Dont buy anything with s extended warranty they fail to stand by it the new k mart in oakdale

Oakdale tractor supply has an employee named Sam who is in my opinion their best employee. He is always very helpful. Ne is always very friendly and knows where to find what youre looking for in the store.

Tractor Supply is one of those great gems you didnt know existed. Their pet supplies are far better priced than Petco and they have plenty of other items from yard care to clothing to tools. Ill be shopping here often.

They have the largest supply of pet products this side of Petco and better pricing. Bad thing I couldnt get my Gpay to work there..Big store some wide isles some very narrow. Good selection of products. Worth the time to go in and browse.

Horrible!!!!! I recently moved to town and went in to get my husband something they had a sign up from a old ad, only a day old one at that, they refused to change the price for me. There has never been a place i have shopped or even worked at that has never done so. Its customer satisfaction to keep them coming back. Customer comes first. They need to check signs the morning after a ad ends.

Holiday savings are not taken lightly! Veterans Day is definitely a day to go if you qualify as a vet!Decent trailer parts area and truck boxes. Tiedown and strapping equipment along with fasteners, paints, lube and oils... fence and gate supplies and baby chickens when in season.Sales are great here, get the email updates and you’ll not miss them and get extras...I go here when Ace hardware is closed and it’s not as crowded as Home Depot making it a 50/50 decision depending on what I need in evening hours.Their ‘job start’ brand seems decent and covers a wide variety. Again, there’s always big clearance sales sections that never disappoint!!

The guy that helped me with the baby chicks was pretty rude. He was an older guy, this isnt the first time this has happened with him. I had my 3 young grandchildren with me or I wouldve let him have it. It was about 3:30 today.
