Nice little store. Purchased a garden cart/wagon at a good price. Not a huge selection of items as it is a small store, so you cant go in expecting a huge inventory. We always check the sales before we go in and know what we can get there.

Generous parking available. Roomy. Yes! Store is new and very clean. Customer service is great. Upon asking the cashier for help, she looked up the part and located the aisle it was in. Another associate arrived and spotted the tool blindingly glaring out in front of us. Now hopefully, I can fix wee dog Brees air conditioning compressor in her truck and keep her happy as a maniac again. Cool and and easy going. Thank you for your time.

Needed a soldering gun to finish a job. They had one for only $5.00! Job finished. Even if I never use it again, it was worth it. Great prices!

I had my receipt, and they wouldnt exchange a wrench without my driver licence. Home Depot only requires an ID when returning without a receipt (to prevent fraud). The Store Manager said if I had my name, phone number, and email in their system then they could make the exchange - with receipt! I dont want to give all my personal info without good reason. The item was purchased for under $10, and the attempted exchange was same day, only 2 hours after purchase, and the cashier remembered me. Harbor Freight has a reputation for selling poor quality, maybe thats why they make it so hard to return.Not going back.

I looked on line for the item I need see if they had what I was looking for. When I arrived I asked with one of the store associates for the item I was looking for and he asked if I had the Skew number. I pulled it up on my phone and the associate found would I was looking for right away. Their on line inventory matched what was in the store. The customer service was also very good. I will be shopping their again.

I was looking for the 30 inch 5 drawer red tool cart for a 1 month and the only store available was here. So i ask one of the employee for help. ( patrick ) help me with everything i needed. He was very professional, respectfull and very helpful for everything i ask him. I got everything i needed with Patricks help. More employees like him should be hired 👍👍👍👍

Place is set back from the highway and not very visible. Use Barns and Noble for a landmark. Staff was preoccupied and not concerned about my presence although I was one of 2 in the store. They are not familiar with the difference between soldering and welding but thought it would be sufficient to guide me to this aisle. I was able to locate only a cleaning sponge and sent off to find other items needed

Love this new location. Have made several visits to here, and have never been stuck in a check out line, unlike some of the other HFs.

Tools. Fun!I wanted to find eye-wateringly low deals there. The old Harbor Freight I remember they used to give away flashlights and other assorted tchotchkes. None of that today, although the prices were all right. Typically, I review local Mom and Pop establishments. Never large chains. This store, however, is brand new, and I want the new employees there to have a fighting chance.Not a bad place; fun for a gear-head.

Complete waste of time and run around. Went to harbor freight in lighthouse point due to the fact that the website said they had multiple pallet jacks I stock. Get there and they tell me they have absolutely none however that there was system is showing that Margate has a couple. They send me over to Margate to pick up a pallet jack. I get there and they tell me they have none as well they only had one for store use and one for inventory. Update your website. Complete waste of time. Will not be going back to harbor freight from now on Northern tool or Granger for me

I love going here with my husband they have everything we need for our business at a reasonable price.

Interesting and varied selection of stuff for a great price. For example, padded garage flooring (great for putting under your home gym equipment) at TS is $9 per package vs $20 online from the worlds biggest online store. They have their own branded line of tools which are available at great prices too. Its fun to browse through if youve never been before. The store is CLEAN and well organized and staffed by helpful employees. Definitely worth a visit.

All you can need for your DIY or for professional jobs, all in one roof, the customer service it is excellent, the Manager looks everyone have the best attention, he cares and this is important for a good place to purchase tools, hardware, equipment... enjoy your visit, I just need strong nitrile globes and I got the box with 50 units. Love Harbor Freight. 💘 its shoe shopping for men. Everything you ever needed or not needed is there and its cheap. Not the highest quality but $2 for a wrench, what do you expect. It is cheaper to buy it here than rent it.

Cool place to grab some minor home & garden supplies

I just went with a friend to browse and get ideas. Some junk tools can be found at the dollar stores for less money. However, we got great ideas for stocking staffers. No, we didnt look at coal but somebody needs to get a stocking stuffer big enough for a tool kit. Also, we realized that a tool cabinet would make dreamy kitchen island. FUN!!!

Prices are great but the customer service sucks. after being on hold for 5 minutes the guy asked me what were I inquiring about once I proceeded to ask he rudely interrupted me and told me hes busy and he didnt have time to look up what I was inquiring about. That was very disrespectful and alarming. I will take my business elsewhere. Id rather pay extra elsewhere than to deal with you guys.

The store has a good atmosphere with good workers. I really appreciate the store manager who seen me struggling with a floor jack trying to get it to the register. He stopped me, went to get a dolly and assisted me to the register. Thank you thats awesome customer service.

Ive been to a LOT of different Harbor Freight stores and this one was great. It is new so it is not fair to compare the cleanliness and organization vs other stores as this one has not yet been attacked by savage customers but I will say, the way they organized casters and wheels was pretty impressive and neat.Where the difference shows is the customer service. Every single employee was outgoing. I spoke to a supervisor for a while about the store and how things were going and the cashiers all went out of their way to engage the customers.This store was opened about 1.5 miles from my house and is by far the best and worst thing to happen since Covid. Best because the store is great.... worst because I will ultimately spend way too much time and money here.Keep up the great work guys!

Love this place ! Vast selection of hand and power tools, good selection of LED accent lighting, plus some fun things for the kids, yep, even the furry ones. All of this plus the fairest prices Ive seen for items like. Amother big plus is that there are specials and coupons which could save you up to %15 and more. You really need to check this place out !

Great big brand new store plenty of parking the employees there super nice and will return your money if you are not satisfied, if you cant find an item not to worry just ask any one on the floor for help and you will get it the isles are numbered and tell you what are in them you just have look up just a bit.
