They make you feel like youre at home. The customer services are beautiful. If you ask for help they do their very best. They are also curious and professional.

Amazing place the staff there was super nice and amazing. Ppl there can be rude cause of long lines when ppl are getting balloons. The art outside is amazing though.

They were well stocked. Had everything that I went there for and some good things that I didnt go there for. I was satisfied with everything that I bought. All of the staff were very nice, friendly and fast.

Cheap stuff and very good things

This store is great for cards, party goods, balloons, cleaning materials for your home, canned goods, toothpaste, soap choices, etc. Not a place to buy produce or meats; but this is not a grocery store. Quick fix frozen meals, yogurt; these types quickies meals are available to purchase. Prices for the items they carry are great!

Horrible avoid at all cost! The surrounding are around the store is completely filthy! Dangerous looking homeless people wandering around the parking lot. Definitely needs a uniformed police officer there

Considering its in Oakland this is one of the best dollar stores in oakland.

They had everything I was looking for and the cashier was very friendly and professional. Did not have to wait, she kept the line moving.

I love coming here ! I always say I’m coming for one thing and end up getting a bunch of stuff ! Very affordable and I think I became addicted to this place lol. I come to this store at least 4x a month. I love how they have a lot of arts and crafts for my toddler. Make sure you take enough money and grabbed a cart.

Its one of the cleanest and organized Dollar Trees Ive been too. I found the shelf stable milk I was looking for and the craft items I wanted.

Love this place and guess what? ..every item only cost a Dollar plus plenty of parking and take no nonsense security guard so go there or be square.

This is a nice big dollar tree. It is one of the biggest ones Ive been to with great options. As long as you can stomach the fact that its not in the best of areas. Clientele could be better.

In an area that is in as far as being full and clean it was outstanding it was full and it was very clean but there was one problem if they had this young man that tend to have been a worker hes insulting and embarrassing people walking around and hes so loud and the security guard did not remove him when we found out that he wasnt an employee and that brings the storm or a very low the young man is very rude very loud and quite talkative they need to do something about that

Truly unique shopping experience. Dollar Tree has more than i thought. The best time to go is 10am Fridays. No crowd, sufficient parking, and the parking lot isnt littered with filth.

The dollar tree has a large assortment of low priced items. Most of the stuff here is cheap, although some of the items sold here for $1 are sold for $2-3 elsewhere. Some of the best deals are on items like boxed candy, disposable batteries, cleaning supplies and housewares.Do not expect much help from staff. Make sure you lock the doors on your car.

I miss the 99 store because of the fruits and vegetable. But its exciting with grocery items with freezer dept. Its a blessing for low income and budgeting folks.

Love the Dollar Tree for the prices low stuff but sometimes they have stuff in there that sold that they have not taken off the shelves to try to be like the little mom-and-pop corner liquor stores where they trick your cuz once you buy it you cant bring it back and they always always crowded to go early in the morning so it dont be crowded and they never have enough registers open employees walking all over the place aint none of them ringing nobody up and nobody putting stuff back on the Shelf

I come here a lot because its close to home & they do have some good stuff here that I do need for a $1, but to be 100% honest...I perfer the 99 cent store. They seem to have A LOT more selections...but this is still a good store.

Gross parking lot, really busy store, lots of opened packages and things missing/stolen out of them. The entrance is behind the street side where the address is. You have to go down the side street and into parking lot to get to the door. Wouldnt feel safe there alone.

Definitely need more cashiers. However its a good $1 store.

If you want to get a taste of hell, come here in the evening around 7. Waiting to pay for two items? Only a 25 minute wait (dont worry, I timed it for accuracy). Have 15 people in your line and a guys card wont swipe, only to find out its over 45 CENTS?! Lets call a Supervisor and extend this.. Awful.

Lots of good buys. Ran in for searching for two things, came out with $30 worth of stuff I wouldve spent way more on elsewhere.

Prices are excellent: 1$, no line at the cashier so maybe they finally hired enough. Too many sold out categories: solar bobble toys, phone cords. Also messy, always feels dirty, maybe lighting is too dim.

Its pretty clean for a store in Oakland. Pleanty of parking, lines at the register do get long but the staff accommodates pretty quickly to try to reduce the wait time. The only negitive isnt even about the staff or store, people that shop there create a mess, if it wasnt for the staff being on top of their game the store would be a wreck.

Huge store, lots of product including refridgerated/frozen foods. Parking lot is in need of serious improvement! There is lighting but needs a bit more. I wouldnt get ANY water from the Glacier coin operated water vending machine in the parking lot on the side of the store. A BIG FAMILY OF RATS are living in the bottom of machine. Ewwwww

I was surprised how much parking was available. I got agreat spot, close to the entrance. I got my items & went to check out. There was 2 people in front of me. I barely had my things out of the basket before I was being rung up. I was in and out in 10 min (8 min spent shoping). Awesome!

This store is a chore to go to. Very intense parking situation. I saw fights break out over spots. The stock in the store lacks. Sometimes the store isnt clean. The lines are long. Not my first choice.

Birthday cards and other practical items are available. A 95year old senior loves the find a word puzzles.

This place can be a little better compared to the others but then again the size and location doesnt help. It seems to be not as organized in different sections. Doesnt offer a full variety of needed items also. It can be better but gets the job done. What is up with not taking baskets outside??? Anyways upgrade security and cameras please and have more bodies on floor. Or maybe expand....

It was an okay experience. I loved the way that when the line hot to long another cashier came along to open up another register.
