I would recommend Isabel Leyritana to everyone. She is patient and kind and takes time to answer every question. She says she welcomes feedback. And she does. With my feedback, she tweaked my hearing aids so I was able to hear people over the phone as clear as a bell. Shes also very gently encouraging. I wanted to give up. I felt bombarded by sound when I first started using hearing aids. It was exhausting and made me grumpy. But Isabel listened to all my complaints. She helped me persevere, and after almost 5 months, little by little, I increased the number of hours I could tolerate wearing my aids. I also learned to mute the sound with the use of the remote control feature on my smart phone. I finally love my hearing aids. Im glad I no longer have to say to people over the phone, We seem to have a bad connection. Could you say that again? Could you say that louder? They had no appointments but went above and beyond to fit me in during their lunch hour. They cleaned and fixed my device within 30 minutes and also gave me an extra piece that I didnt know existed. Really impressed with their service.
