Love this store! So many gift options here thatll be great for the holidays
Youll always find something you didnt know you needed, including local Oakland and California related gifts.Very convenient to pick up orders if you call the store directly too.
Amazing team of intense customer service folks! Beautiful products, dazzling cards and a truly magical experience every time I visit. Thank you for always being there for me!
Such a cute store, and the man who was working there so nice and friendly! I came to this area mainly to check out another store a couple doors down, but noticed how adorable this store looked and decided to give a quick look around. It has a lot of nice locally made goods, quirky gifts, and small bits and bobs. All of the items sold seemed great quality and for a great price too! I bought a purse here and couldn’t believe the amount I paid for it for the quality of the bag. The man working was friendly and talkative, a great vibe and we will definitely be back again!
I always have fun here and giggle while I shop ;-)
The store has really cute stuff. The asian man with glasses who has his hair in a ponytail/bun is so rude I wont go back there. I live in the neighborhood and hes been rude every time I have gone there. He should not be working with the public.
Great store! They have tons of gifts for all your gift giving needs. I especially love all the quality custom made furniture at affordable prices!
Therapy takes old home furnishings and re imagines or refinished them. They do an amazing job and youll pay top dollar for it. They also have new small gift type things and overall, this place is great!
Great place to find unexpected and exciting things..not what I expected and what a place to get the different gifts for someone..
I visit Therapy each time Im in the Oakland area, even if its just to look at things. I usually get some candles and cards for birthdays and the holidays. They have a wide range of baby, infant gifts and some clothes (think baby onsies), lots of local/semi local cards, stationary items, kitschy SF themed gifts, and their rustic/upcycled furniture is so neat even though I am too poor to get my hands on it. Every time I have stopped in, I have been greeted and talked to as though Im a part of the community and not just a number. Just got the birthday cake caramels and they are just not my thing. Favorite item is the apothecary candle that is like a citrus scent.
Good stuff. Fun gifts, furniture, house items. Big sale at end of year.
Well, this store lost about 2K dollars in furniture sales today. After visiting several other stores looking for a couch and chair for my apartment, I stopped by here on my way to an appointment. Found what I thought was the closest solution and style that I had seen to what I need and want. But, it was cold inside the store, and I needed to make a quick bathroom break while I was shopping. I was told that No, I could not use the stores restroom, but could go across the street. So, I did and did not look back. You cannot seriously expect customers to put up with the inconvenience of leaving your store and then expect them to come back to give you gobs of money. Ill either end up back at IKEA or just wait until after the holiday and watch for a sale somewhere with a parking lot and a restroom....Therapy indeed.
Eclectic mix of furniture, home decor, and unique gifts/greeting cards. Pretty expensive but the quality of their items has been very good in my experience.
Amazing vintage store with great tast
