Amazing shop to get your car services! I got my oil change twice here now and both times Danny gave an excellent customer service. During this time of shelter in place, I don’t drive as often but a few months ago after I had my first oil change here, I notice my car just runs better and my oil life is longer (usually have to change it every 2 months due to how much I drive everyday) but this time I went 3 1/2 months before needing another one and I was driving the same amount of miles. He also offer customers the convenient of uber drop offs and pick ups for those who needs it, which is a plus! I’m so glad I found this place because this is where I’m going to get all my car services from now on. I appreciate a good customer service with excellent work!

Danny is the best mechanic! He is very honest, professional, and nice. He always fixes the issues on my car right away. He always walks me through and explains with details what happened to my car and what he can do to fix it. 10/10 recommend him!

I had a really great first time experience at Extra Care auto Service in Oakley. I was so stressed that my transmission on car broke down.Daniel calmed me down & was very thorough and explained the process for replacing my transmission on a 2012 Honda Accord. He told me it would take 4-5 business days and he called me back 3 days later ready to pick up the car. I love the way he under sells and Over Delivers. This will be the ONLY place I bring my car to and I highly recommend you guys check them out, and ask for Daniel.
