I called on Tuesday morning to make an appointment to get my air conditioner fixed. He told me to be there at 6am on Thursday and he would have it fixed that day. Today is Thursday so at 5:30am I woke up my 5 year old and 18 month old and loaded them in the car. When I got there all he did was complain that he had too much work, tell me that he doesnt remember making an appointment with me and then said I would be lucky if I got it back next week. I have a family to haul around I cant wait a week and a half, especially when he said it would be done same day. This man does not do what he says and that makes him untrustworthy. I wouldnt trust him to put gas in my car let alone operate tools to repair it.

GREAT SHOP FROM TOP TO BOTTOM!!!!!!!!! If I had to do a complete review I would be here for 3 or 4 hours and that mite not be enough time to list all the things they do that I like! Just give them a try! I know after that you’ll be there customer for as long they are in Business!!!! THANKS

Allen is super kind, and theyre very honest and reasonable with theyre rates. They are car people and know what they are doing! Anti-women. Al made sure I realized that women are the only ones that post on the internet and they always have great things to say about this shop. We have been trying to get our truck fixed for weeks. When dealing with my husband, Al says, Bring it back next week. (This has happened 3 times), then today, when I took it in, he said to take it elsewhere. He had very little good to say about women and young people.

We have been going to Alan for over 12years. He is fair with his prices. Keeps you in the loop of whats is going with your vehicle or if its an easy fix that you may be able to fix yourself hes willing to give advice. Alan enjoys what he does. Appts are necessary.

Everytime i have gone to oakley auto service, they have done a wonderful job on my vehicles. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other auto shops, they dont rip you off or tell you theres something else wrong with your vehicle when in reality there isnt. They dont jack up prices on replacement parts or overcharge on labor. I highly recommend these folks for auto repair or upholstery interior work.

Allan must have gotten alot better or more sympathetic friends,basicly hes a good guy and half smart too but they way he runs his business.......i didnt have a good experience with him,but he trys to be honest so thats a plus but he flaked on me ....hard! if you cant do all that, better go to a more professional shop!

Wont ever go anywhere else! I called my dealership to have my 2007 honda civic tuned up and they quoted me $950. I called allen at the oakley auto repair services shop and they got everything done for $300!!! Very professional and good service.

I find it hard to believe that 3 people have rated this place with a 5 star. I called in for a tune up quote on my 2005 f150 and I had the worst experience over the phone.I was placed on hold for several minutes. When the person came back on the phone I was spoken too with the worst additude and still didnt get a quote. The gentleman told me he would call back with a quote but I have now taken my truck elsewhere and still havent gotten a call back.

Allen is the bomb! I dont trust any other mechanic.. hands down he is the best! And very resonable prices.
