Had an awesome experience where the scout guy was my actual installer. He was on time was able to do two of my vehicles at once and did a phenomenal job. He made me feel like I was family. Talon answered each and every single one of my questions with clarity and concern for my issues. I wouldnt get my windshield replaced with anyone else. I had a Crack in my windshield and Talon come out to explain to me the process and he did so professionally and enthusiasticly! At first I was a skeptic and after listening to him explain the process I was very comfortable with it and the process it entailed. It is truly free and no cost to you. He installed my windshield and took very good care of my car in the process. He was friendly well spoken and truly a professional. I had al lot of deep chips in my windshield. Ben was my sales rep and was excellent. The two gentlemen that came out to fix my windshield were Talon and Kile. They were excellent and calked to let me know they were on the way. They were very nice and kind. This company is the way to go if you need your windshield fix right in your own yard in a fast and timely manner.

Had the windshield on my 2011 Ford Explorer replaced today. The technician (Taylon) that came out did a great job. Very professional and went through the entire process with me before starting. He did a great job keeping my vehicle clean while he was working and made sure I was happy with the results when finished. I would highly recommend Pristine Auto Glass to anyone with windshield issues.

Sales rep came out md assured me that as long as I have full coverage on my vehicle that it was all free and the insurance company would cover it. They had me sign a peice of paper that had NO estimates on it. A few weeks later the insurance company is calling and letting me know that they re contesting the estimate they received from this company. I drive 2006 model car. How they came up with the number they charged is beyond me. I got a copy of the paperwork that I signed. Somehow I had signed a contract that magically had the estimated of the balance, work, time, and cost of equipment. Which I had not seen before, mind you. THEY SPLICED THE DOCUMENT I SIGNED GIVING THEM PERMISSION TO WORK ON MY CAR WITH ANOTHER DOCUMENT MAKING IT LOOK LIKE I HAD AGREED TO THE COST!!! Do not use this company.

Kyle and Talon were great fast and very prefessional they did great work. I recommend them over any other glass company.

The guys they have working for them go door to door checking out the windshields of your cars and sell you with the element of fear, “this small crack or bubbles all around your windshield can break the full windshield at anytime.” So you go with it after they tell you insurance will pay for everything and you pay a dime.Fast forward weeks later my insurance company sends me a letter saying the are contesting the claim but they were taking it up with company. They billed my insurance $1500.00!! I do not drive a luxury sports car or even a 2020 vehicle. It’s outrageous and even though I’m not paying this out of pocket it seems like a scheme they are running to over charge insurance companies.

If you could please stop sending your representatives to Brownstone Commons Apartments in Belleview, that would be great...
