Awesome place to do business. I took my truck in for repairs and met with service advisor Derrick. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with all my questions and getting my truck taken care of. The repair quotes were very reasonable as well. Christina was also very helpful with my car rental while my truck is being taken care of and she was able to answer several questions I had as well. Everyone there was very polite and helpful that I dealt with. Unfortunately I didnt buy this truck from them but I will be back and they will be getting all my business going forward.

Brian Baker was great to us once again. We wanted to trade our Wrangler Rubicon in and get another one. He has been watching for what we wanted to come in for some time. He called us Saturday on the way to the Beach, told us he found what we wanted, we did the deal and picked up the new Rubicon on the way home Saturday evening.We have always had good Service from the Service Department and Brian is as good as it gets!!!!! The service and communication was great we had some issues but they swiftly worked thru them. After this experience I would definitely recommend them for service. Went in to test drive a Jeep Wrangler, ended up buying it. At first couldn’t find but then we walked into the showroom. The salesman Thomas, was awesome to work with. I had the best experience purchasing my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Mark Helfer was the best in assisting me with my purchase. I have never had such a pleasant experience or someone that had so much knowledge about the vehicle I was buying.He showed me all of the features of the new Jeep and taught me how to use them. I had several of the features on my previous Jeep and never knew what the did. He called to follow up on how the car was and if I liked it. Ive purchased many new cars and have never had a salesperson that was so helpful and pleasant.I will absolutely recommend Mark to everyone that is interested in purchasing a car. You do not feel like you are getting burdened with a car purchase but helped making a choice in something you want to drive.
If I could leave no stars I would. This was by far the worst experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. After two long months of paperwork and approval all documents we signed everything was completely done. We were refused our vehicle because they had to wait to get paid by the bank. Kevin Roberts, Don Wulff, and JD Davis all stood by there “policy” on lying to the bank that approved us by telling them we had left the lot with the car when in fact we did not. The bank specifically told us we won’t fund them until you take possession of the car. Even with the bank saying that they still refused to give us the vehicle. They stated and I quote “if you leave with the car right now and you die the bank won’t pay us and we aren’t taking that risk” we even put a $5000 down payment and still NOTHING! After we were frustrated we decided lying to the bank was not the way to go. We decided to cancel and get our money back. But as if that wasn’t enough disappointment as a customer JD Davis came back to us and said “all that hard work for nothing, oh well we already sold the vehicle again to someone else” all after begging us to give him a good review because that effects his Christmas bonus and that’s the only way he can get his kids good gifts.it was all in all a horrible experience and I don’t recommend anyone to go there.

Extremely disappointing. First time dealing with Phillips and definitely the last.Was not told the truth on trade in value(which we had in an email) and then the salesman made rude comments.Not a pleasant experience at all.In all my years of buying new and used vehicles, this was definitely the worst dealership experience my wife and I have ever encountered.They tried saying the driver seat was worn on a four-year-old car and my wife who only weighs 120 lb soaking wet did the damage. Went to Crystal in homosassa today and ended up buying one for a much better deal and a limited Grand Cherokee.

Service manager refuses to waive diagnostic fees at a rate of $140. I asked him, you aregoing to charge me $140 to plug in a device in my car for your playground? Sorry but when it comes to my kids, I got my own plugin. This place doesnt even deserve a second look its a scam big time. And its coming from the dealer. Remember the owner already has all the money. Managerial positions are not caring about the people in Ocala. What are the incentives of buying a new car? Then afterwards say to yourself you have to take the car in for service.... Its disgusting!!!! Plain and simple....its a pig pit!!! For $140 its not worth putting 30 40 50 60,000 cars on the line for 140 dollars. I dont know how the owner, about this..... Doesnt have a cow! Period. Im Done!!

We recently moved to the Ocala area and unfortunately, we got a screw in our tire. We purchased our 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from a Jeep dealer in Tampa, and also purchased the additional coverage they offered (road hazard, scheduled maintenance, and extended warranty) through Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc., which is very reputable and used across the US. We stopped in our local Jeep dealer (Phillips) so they could fix the tire and were quite dismayed to find out that they do not take ANY “third-party” coupons (even though we bought them through Jeep). The service advisor we spoke to (Jeffery Smith) explained to us that it just takes too long to receive reimbursement and they have to provide too much documentation and then have to wait months before getting reimbursed. After several minutes of going back and forth with him, he said “listen, we will patch it for free this time but in the future they won’t”. We thanked him and started the paperwork. He said he had a few oil changes in front of us but he would get to us as soon as he could. Just as we got to the service lounge and sat down Jeffery came to us and asked, “Are you going to pay for this?”. We said that he told us he would do it for free and he said “[He] would have go through the service manager and it would take a long time and that he would probably get in trouble.” We were at their mercy at this point and agreed to pay to plug the tire ($28). Additionally, 4 other vehicles that came in after ours were completed and out before us! We waited almost 2 hours for a simple tire patch. After this experience we called our original Jeep dealer financial advisor and explained the issue. He spoke with his general manager and neither of them had ever heard of a dealer not accepting Fidelity’s coverage. Likewise, we have used our prepaid maintenance coupons near our previous home in south Florida. They suggested we email Fidelity our receipt for reimbursement—we did and it took less than a week to receive our reimbursement check for the full amount!After our experience with Phillips of Ocala, we will NEVER go back to Phillips for service, nor would we even consider buying a vehicle from them—and we live just minutes from them! We have since called the Gainesville and Inverness Jeep dealers (both about 40 minutes away) to see if they would take our additional coverage and were told by both it would be no problem. We decided to go to Inverness for other warranty work and they were friendly, courteous, and timely!

Our recent truck buying experience was an extremely pleasant one, thanks to the sales professional who helped us with our purchase, DeAngelo Gonzalez. He met us on the lot and patiently allowed us to look at every truck that we thought might fit our needs. We appreciated his no-pressure style. We came back the next day to make our purchase and he again spent several hours with us, making sure we had the information we needed to finalize the sale. He has since followed up by telephone and spent about fifteen minutes answering the questions my husband had after going through the owners manual.
We have an RV and the time was right to get a Jeep as a tow vehicle. We focused on a Gladiator right away. We met Tom Bivins, discussed our needs, and the three of us built the vehicle together. Tom was very helpful, and he kept in touch with us as the vehicle was being built. We picked it up last week and are extremely happy with it and the service provided by Tom and the entire Phillips staff. Highly recommend!

Buying a new car is always an adventure...not always a good one. But I can honestly say John, our salesman, was not pushy, took his time explaining things, did everything he said he would do and made sure, with several phone calls, that everything was good and we were happy. Nice, pleasant change. Will go back!
Purchasing the extended warranty was a HUGE mistake .I have an extended warranty through Mopar, for some reason our check engine light has been on since shortly after we bought the Jeep. Every time we go in they say is the gas cap or a vacuum problem but they never fix it . They just reset the check engine light to turn it off, other shops are telling me its a timing chain, there are actually two on my Jeep but they wont even solicit the thought that could be possible theres even leaking around the timing cover they cannot see it, The $100 deductible for the warranty items are itemized so a repair could end up costing hundreds just in deductibles. So two years later the Extended Warranty is about to expire and I havent even been able to use it. Save your money.
Purchased my Vehicle from them in 2019. Got my first oil change done the same day I called them. Now I was at 10K miles with my new car, I called them up and they squeezed me in again for the same day. Also, my bill was supposed to be 155$ and they gave me half off of the oil change so i only paid 82 after doing other things as well to the car! Not taking my car anywhere else but HERE!!!!!! These guys are truly amazing and treat you well!

I have bought many many vehicles and JD( Joe Davis) was super awesome. He was kind, not pushing at all. The Jeep I came to look at was being purchased at the time I was looking at it and Joe took his time to see what they had and I found something else I liked. Joe was not the average sales person he talked to you like we were friends forever, treated ups with so much respect and worked out the paperwork so we all were happy. If more car sales people were more like Joe I think people wouldn’t dread buying vehicles

Ask for Will Pardee! I went in looking at a new Jeep Grand Cherokee, we worked on the deal all day Sunday. There were incentives with Jeep that I didn’t know I qualified for, but Will made sure I got the best deal possible. I decided to sleep on it and come back the next day. At 8 am the following day, I sent him another car they had on the lot. By the time I arrived at the dealership, I was in love with the car. Next thing I know, I’m talking to Dan in finance and I was in and out in my new car in about an hour. I had brought both my kids (2 year old and 10 week old). Will and Dan were super considerate of them and helped me finalize everything I wanted in a timely manner, knowing that I’m a busy woman with her hands full. These guys are awesome and surprisingly family oriented for having such a big name in our community. Would highly recommend for customer service. The dealership itself is clean and all of the cars (even their used cars) are some of the nicest I’ve seen. Their inventory is worth the test drive. Thank you guys!

Always an issue with rhe service at this branchWent for an appointment today because the called me about a recall and it was a complete waste of timeYou guys call me to set an appointment for the oil consumption test because there is a recall.I get there and wait an hour so that just when i think my vehicle is done a tech tries to sell me on an oil change which i dont need for another 2 monthsBecause i refuse to pay for an oil change that i dont need you guys refuse to do the oil consumption testIf that is the case, this is something that needs to be notified to the customer up front and not waste our time
I just baught a charger iv been there twice worst service a customer shouldnt have to call corporate to have there warranty validated hence your a dodge establishment when all the paperwork is in order if yall know of these issues with the vehicle why does the customer have to take it to this level very disappointed in the customer care i understand the apointments need to be scheduled like most places these days but qhen a person is being pushed away due to lack of care because your phones are ringing isnt a valid excuse why are ppl paying for these features when at the end of it there told to deal with a higher level of your companyIn responce to ypur reply it was your service department that these issues accrued with

Car buying made easy, and i’m not easily satisfied: From my first Internet contact with Staci, to my Sales Consultant Mark Helfer, to the Sales Manager Lou Deleo, and on to the Top; my experience was totally satisfactory, nothing unexpected occurred, yet all my expectations were met or exceeded. The folks mentioned who worked with my transaction were clearly sincere in a desire to help me get into the vehicle of my choice. I think overall they sold the truck we bought at the right price. The sales rep was friendly and really worked hard to build a relationship to get to know what we needed. He was not present when we went into financing office and did promise us a gift for our truck we did not receive. Intentions were good, however. I will say, the extended warrantee increased our monthly cost $40/mo more than we wanted. Warrantee guy was offended that I got a 2nd opinion. Oh WELL business is business :-) Found a better price. Thats why I rate it 4 stars.

Jessica Stevenson, made the purchase of a new vehicle a breeze. I have not considered the Ram bran in the past. Manufacture discounts and a test drive had me sold over the Ford I was considering. A dealer fee was to be expected. Removing a trade in made the purchase, negotiation, and finance simple.
Had the The best experience with buying my new Dodge Durango. John Keefe- is absolutely amazing!!! The negotiation process was smooth and professional, Ronik our salesman provided a smooth interface with management, and kept us informed about the status of our order. The F&I experience was the best ever, and Ive experienced this process at over 30 dealerships. The products were offered in a clear and through manner with no pressure to buy, but with adequate clarity for someone that feels a need, would understand the offering. I really appreciated this low key F&I experience. The car was delivered perfectly detailed, again the best Ive ever experienced.
