After always ordering parts on line, I decided to take a drive to their warehouse in Ocala. It was 60 miles away and was worth the trip.Salesperson Justin Beachem was very helpful. He got several speedometer cables out and match the one I needed for my 1954 Ford F100. I recommend taking a trip to their warehouse. Their customer service was very professional an helpful. The best company to get your parts from, knowledgeable staff. Ive been getting stuff for my 66 Mustang through them and never had a single issue they will let you know before you place your order if anything is on back order. Just an amazing company.

Huge warehouse. Good service.

Checked website and it said NPD was open for in store shopping. Drove 90 min and found doors locked. Sign on door said open but for call in orders for curbside pick up. Called 1-800 # was put on hold but no one came back on. Saw someone inside store but they did not answer phone. Over 2 hours drive time wasted along with the gas.

Wont know till tomorrow. After i left someone ran my card for 185.55. I paid cash for my purchase 351.35. The guys that ran my card already went home and no one could figure out what was bought.

They always have the parts I need. Many times, no other autoparts store in town will have parts for my 1969 Mustang. An absolute blessing to be able to buy from them at the counter. Great, knowledgeable, and prompt service and an INCREDIBLE collection of classics. I recommend National Parts Depot to all my friends who own classic cars.

In warehouse pickup was great. We had to get a front grille that would have been shipped via freight. Being able to pick-up saved is a lot of money. They were out of a couple items at this location so they will ship to home from another branch for free! Great experience!

A circus of people not communicating with each other. They gladly took my money but I had to be on top for them to ship my parts. Everyone just blame someone else. I still don’t have my parts.

Always a good experience! If your looking for Mustang or Chevy truck parts it a good place to stop. Good parts and fair prices. The don’t have a big showroom but they do have a clearance room and always have a few nice cars on display.

Just called to ask where l where I could find The magazines for national parts Depot as I am over an hour away it’s not come out to the location to get any and thankfully these people are amazing and when ahead and took my address promptly did not ask any questions or any payment just took my information and they’re sending me a magazine as soon as possible just want to say thank you so much because I’ve been trying to find one of these for months now

Have used them on multiple occasions. Unfortunately the last experience was dreadful. I purchased front window gasket for my classic truck. Notwithstanding the detailed part description, the part was mislabeled and not as advertised. This was discovered during the glass and gasket install. Upon calling NPD I was told I was out of luck and best thing they could do was send me the same incorrect gasket. To add further insult to injury the gasket was professionally installed and leaks. So much for quality parts and customer service. With multiple classic trucks I have no choice but to consider alternatives. Very disappointing.

I dont know what discriminatory practices are going on here but I called to see if they could stay open a minute after they close to make a return and the gentleman asked for my phone number and then told me no. I think there was a better way he could’ve told me besides asking my phone number and wasting more of my time after I already waited on hold for about 20 minutes. Spend your money elsewhere. Most of the parts here are are stock and very inferior so you’re better off at Summit anyway with way better customer service and knowledgeable staff.

I build and restore cars for a living, so I deal with the aftermarket daily. I can tell you that these guys are not the best. I ordered a bronco seat cover set. Says it takes 1-8 weeks for delivery...9 weeks before I received it. I could have had my upholster make me one in that time frame. I finally received it and low and behold one of the retainers is sewn on backwards...had to take it to my upholsterer and have it taken off and sewn on the right way.Next order...I ordered an ABS headliner for an 80-86 bronco. What I received was a side panel for a 66-76 bronco. Called them and explained the situation. The guy says, ok, all your info isnt current, give me your credit card number.. Later I checked my bank account, yep they billed me for another one without actually saying they were going to. A week later I get my new headliner and guess what...ITS FOR A 78-79, NOT AN 80-86!!! Absolutely ridiculous... UPDATE. National parts depot contacted me and has done their best to make this situation right. I appreciate that and am bumping them up a star.

None of the hundreds of dollars worth of parts 8 have bought have been quality or fit. The worst of which was a interior screw kit for my car. The screws were all too long doing 10 thousand dollars worth of paint damage and body repair. Spend your money elsewhere.

Honestly, we were there yesterday, my husband bought a lot from them over the years, and still buying.Yesterday, was the first time we decided to go personally, the building is huge, but the people that are there needs to be trained more, to be friendly will add to their business, the guy that we dealt with, seemed like dont want to do the extra mile, no greetings and no thank you either, he asked my husband if he was just looking and not buying, it took more than an hour to get things together, I was watching him and looking at my watch how long it took for him to get back on the floor, there was a time that he was doodling his pen on paper, the lack of pleasant treatment always not a good thing, lacking good customer service. We spend a nice good amount yesterday, that should at least get a thank you, but I did not hear it!

Drove all the way from North Carolina and arrived at 5:26pm. Apparently they close at 5pm. The lady was really nice and told us to call to see what we needed. We explained to her that due to several accidents on our way we were slightly delayed but we needed some parts from them. She told us to hold on and she would see what they could do. Then she put us on the phone with a man named JC who informed us that we could not get parts and kept interrupting my husband while he was trying to explain what was going on. He told him he was to busy answering calls to help and that he would not go into the warehouse to pull parts because he was too busy answering the calls for the whole nation to help. He also informed us there were only two of them as we were looking in the front door where you could see three people. My husband asked if he could buy the parts on the phone with a credit card and then have them just push the parts out of the door and that could not happen either. This trip made to buy from them was a waste of time. And then JC was very rude to top it off.

Weve been doing business with NPD for twenty years and have always received good service and quality products.

Gave me a radiator with a hole in it. Assumed it was just a small nick in the fins but discovered it was a hole upon installation of course. Told me there wasn’t any damages to the box so there’s nothing they could do. So I should hav put a couple scratches and holes in the box? Paid for someone else’s mistake. Thanks npd.

Ordered a system for one of our customers, had problems with pressures and no cooling. Customer support no help, tells us to put more Freon in it and pour water on condenser. Left message no return call. Turned out to be a defective receiver/dryer and super heat adjustment on expansion valve not set right. Seems all they are interested in is selling you parts.
