Being a retired used car manager for 40plus years in the business I was very surprised and satisfied with my visit. Trent was very polite and professional. Very beautiful and clean dealer. Water, drinks coffee donuts etc while you wait. Even a library. Will be back when need. Very happy!
John Geremia provided great customer service! We recently moved to Ocala and needed a place to service our RV (oil change, multi-point inspection, etc.). We contacted Ford Lincoln of Ocala and spoke to John Geremia, who we were told could help us with our needs. We called on a Wednesday and were able to get in the next day or that Friday—we chose first thing Friday. When we arrived we were greeted with friendly demeanor and spoke to John. He took our information and went to our RV to get pertinent information and we departed for a bit. When we returned, John greeted us and said our RV was nearly ready, so we sat down while they finished up. John got us when the vehicle was ready and walked us out to the RV and explained everything they had done with our vehicle. All-in-all, we had a great experience both with John and with the Ford Lincoln of Ocala. We were in and out in less than two hours. Additionally, everyone we interacted with was very friendly, including John and we received great service.
We were returning to Georgia from vacationing in Kissimmee when our F-150 start running rough on I-75. We went to Ford of Ocala and were pleasantly greeted by Bobby who took us to our service advisor Allison Huilker. She worked us in and along with the service technician they got us back on the road in record time. The truck is driving great!Thanks again Allison for answering all our questions and providing AMAZING customer service!
So I decided to get a Engine cooling leak looked at and was told it may take a week to diagnose. By the time they did it had been 3 weeks by the time I finally got a call about it and that’s after me hounding them. This also happened to be the one thing my warranty had not covered so I just wanted my car back I called the day before to confirm my pick up at a time we agreed on. When I arrived I was told the car was still taken apart and that it was going to be hours before it would be put back together. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Mechanic and a Dealer should be way ahead in professional Courtesy and have accurate time tables on I have had to miss work and lose money from just total incompetence!
Allison, in the service department, was very helpful and professional. Had some warranty work done and it looks great now! 💯🤩
Its okay. If you want any major service done, good luck. I was told I could leave my car there for 2 weeks and maybe they would get to it. Ridiculous!
