Ken really knows his trade! Experience and value of service are just two of the reasons I go to this mechanic. Trustworthy.

Would give 5 stars, but I personally havent done business with them. My friend did however, and as far as I can tell,they fixed his car, and so far so good. He had an alternator and motor mount replaced, and the bill was over 850$. But most vehicle repairs today aint cheap. So I guess if you can find a reliable mechanic that knows what theyre doing,then youre doing ok.Ken Davis seems to be just that.

Very honest and professional. Ken was able to diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle accurately and in a reasonable amount of time on short notice even though they were very busy. Ken spoke directly to me and was very knowledgeable and informative. I would trust Ken with my vehicle anytime and in the future will have him evaluate any vehicle before I buy it. I am just happy to find a shop that I can trust.

All my questions were answered in detail.I was unable to get the problem my car had repaired even at the local dealership. in fact, the dealership gave me an incorrect response to the part my car needed. Ken Davis and his technician found the problem and now my car is running perfectly again.

Both of our cars had issues on the same night a couple of weeks ago. Ken, as usual, got us up and running with one car, and the 2nd car a couple of days later. Our vehicles are a Dodge and a Honda, and his guys no their way around both- we’ve been using them for years and the service hasn’t changed. Highly recommend him!

Ken is a long time shop owner. Wish says a lot about his business. I called for help for my daughter car. And he was more than fair with his quote. She went a different way and had her husband do the work. I highly recommend Kens shop.

We were driving into Ocala as tourists and our trucks breaks started to act up. The Ken Davis Auto Repair shop happened to be one mile away from where we decided to search for auto mechanics on Google Maps. They took us in right away and went above and beyond in their service. The owners wife gave us phone numbers for local delivery pizza as we waited with our children for the truck to be repaired. We made it back home - a nine-hour drive - safely after they fixed our trucks breaks.

I have been using this garage for 12 years now and to me he is Daddy Davis. He is thorough in everything up to calling u and telling u how much and does he go ahead or wait. The guys that work for him r sweet and nice and talk to u just list a customer but u dont see them all the time..

Ken has always done a good job keeping my vehicles running. He has the expertise to fix the not so obvious problems. He also does a full inspection to let me know when something needs repair or if it should be monitored. I recommend him to my friends for auto repair service.

I enjoyed Ken and how he and his mechanic took the time to explain and map out the issues with my car. He printed out a diagram and pointed out everything in lame terms and made the news of the sad condition it was in a much more settling experience versus unsettling as it truly is. They took apart and replaced several gears in my rear differential, and after putting it all back together it still had the same noise and problem that it had when I brought it in. That did not stop them from charging me full price of the repair ($1000) and sending me off telling me it was a possible transmission issue. After bringing it to several shops everyone agreed it was not a transmission issue and I ended up getting the car fixed 1100 miles away in Chicago. Amazing my rear differential didnt blow up during the long road trip. I would not bring my car back here again.

He is fair and prices are reasonable.. as a woman I dont trust mechanics. When I moved here my son recommended him and talked with him on the phone. Inspects my whole car. Does not suggest uneccessary repairs. I trust him to keep my Caron the road and he does. Any woman looking for a trust worthy be mechanic he is one I recommend

In June of 2017, this repair shop replaced an air shock on the left side (passenger) of my 2006 Ford Expedition XLT, which failed just shy of a year. I understand air shocks/suspension should last at least 10 years. This was not the case. This shop also delayed my return to Miami, requiring a rental car. This repair job was close to $ 900 when in Miami it was only $ 600. Yeah, explain that one! So, $ 900 + the rental car of $ 100. This job was approximately $ 1000, which is a lot of money to have to be replaced just shy of a year later. Based on the information above, a recommendation is not warranted.

I had work done on my 2003 Chevy Monte Carlo at ken Davis auto repair . His diagnosis of the problem was on point ! I couldnt ask for more, Ken is fair and honest with explaining when explaining issues I had with my car . I have delt with alot of auto repair shops in the ocala area that were less then honest with there work . You can tell alot from a mechanic, when they take the time to explain to a customer what is the problem with their vehicle . In part, I highly recommend this auto repair shop to everyone !!!!

These guys are honest and down to earth . Ive been trying to trace a wiring issue for a while now and he patiently took the time to explain a safe diagnostic procedure to avoid me having to pay a rediculous amount of money. I would recommend my mother to this place, confident theyd be honest and through.

Highway robbery pretty much, they want to charge 200$ to install a brake line that is two bolts that doesnt involve master cylinder. Its one part, and this if their price to install the part even if you have it and know where the leak is. Oh, this doesnt include a tow by the way.-DIY Mechanic, save yourself money, do your research.
