Absolutely amazing! After totaling my car they walked me through the process to getting that car taken car of so I could get a new car. They literally broke brown what I needed and needed to do to get it done. When the time came to actually sitting down to getting the car Daniel and the manager did everything in their power to get me in the car I wanted and did so for an amazing price. I will just say the staff from door to door here was amazing. I was frustrated this morning because I was sick and late, that didnt seem to matter with this crew, their hospitality was above standard. It was quick and easy coffee and smiles plus a car wash. You just dont find that type of personal professional hospitality anymore and I was very well pleased.. when youre going to recall for my 2016 outlander for the rear brakes but to my surprise the hospitality was over and above normal thanks guys. Albert Carter if I new how to give you a 10 I would give your attitude, patients and hospitality a 11.5.

This place was great! It is a family owned shop and Jacob provided great customer experience! Two shops in Gainesville could not figure out what was wrong with my lancer and I took it to RC Hill and they found the problem and fixed it for cheaper than I anticipated. After they fixed my car they also washed the outside and cleaned the inside without me having to ask. Great service ! 11/5 star!Always hear about people getting hosed at the dealership, but not these guys! They will go above and beyond for the customer experience!

The Mrs and I had been looking for something with more seats to haul around the grandkids when I stumbled across the 22 Outlander on their website. We decided to take a look. Admittedly, we went to the dealership in a buying mood, but the entire process from the first handshake to handing us the keys clocked in right at 2 hours. Scott was friendly, personable and answered all of our questions without any of the evasiveness that one sees so often these days. You all know it when you see it. We didnt pay the extra $15k to $20k ALL other dealers wanted for a comparable vehicle nor did we pay a market adjustment, which every other dealer was tacking on to their price. On this particular visit they performed an oil and filter change plus a transmission fluid change. As a retired auto mechanic and vehicle builder who now does airport transportation my vehicle is my living. CVT automatics (as well as conventional automatic transmissions) are very finicky about having clean transmission fluid. For those of you who don’t know anything about cars when the service department at R C Hill Mitsubishi tells you something needs to be done you can bet the farm it’s the truth! Washing and vacuuming the vehicle after services performed is a nice touch! Especially for an airport driver who hast to maintain a professional appearance.
