Ive been to EZ Andys several times, most recently to purchase two tires from them. About two weeks after doing this, one of the tires busted a radial and needed to be replaced, again. I went back up there on a Saturday morning, and explained what happened. He had a new tire on my vehicle within twenty minutes, no questions asked, despite the fact that I was a tad outside of their return policy. A lot of establishments wouldnt have done that. Its gestures like that one that will ensure ill be back next time I need tires. Thank you!

Went there to get a drive shaft fixed, turned out was the axel. They were timely and got it fixed. My issue is I didnt have my truck back 24 hours and my engine started knocking....5.7 hemi....knocking. This engine never gave me an issue since I owned this vehicle and all of the sudden I now have an engine problem one that quite literally blew up out of proportion. Dont go youll have more problems then you started with.

Man i love this mechanic shop, they do good work for very reasonable prices and are willing to work with you when possible if your a good mechanic I believe he is looking for one because they are over worked at the moment, the owner is a great guy, great attitude and honest.

I had work done there,Andy did a great job and I will always take my Vehicles back there to be repaired. I was an Automotive Technician and KNOW FAIR & HONEST work when I see it! I would TOTALLY DISREGARD the review from alisonstr2 !! I am sure that this person has nothing to do but complain when people dont totally cater to them. I KNOW HOW HARD AUTO REPAIR IS & IF a person knew how to do it they would NOT need Great people like Andy,So how can you criticize an auto repair facility if you dont know anything about automotive repair and what causes your car to break down. I took my vehicle there yesterday very first experience and I’m not happy with the mechanics attitude he called me I answered with a positive attitude. I was very nice and kind he sounded as if he was upset and dragging so I was like ok sir he said to me get something to write down the problems which I did I started writing them down and he was telling me what was wrong but saying maybe, So I’m like I bring the car there to find out the problems I mean when I brought it I’m saying maybe you should be saying what the problems are I’m so confused at this point and can’t wait to speak to the owner. Ion know about bringing my vehicle here all I wanted was an all over check to see what was the problem not to mention he didn’t even say why the check engine light is on skipped over that now I’m not saying it’s a bad place but with the mechanic whom will be working on the vehicle I’m not so sure. I’m blown away.

I called this guy when I was sitting on the side of I 75 and I told him my car had overheated and a tow truck was on the way. He immediately told me I had a blown head gasket and talked to me as if I was an imbecile. There’s no way you could diagnose a problem without having ever looked at a vehicle. Shady and opportunistic. Stay away!

Why 5 stars? Because there arent 6 available. While traveling down to Orlando on a Friday night, with a scheduled stop in Ocala my battery light came on after 11 pm. about 15 Great... figured it was an alternator but a. how was I going to find a mechanic on a Saturday morning and b. not get ripped of in the process? Google!EZ Andys was the highest rated mechanic in the area and for good reason!!!! I showed up at 745 (posted time was 800 am open) and they were there opening the shop. I explained I had to be in Orlando for an appointment by noon and could they possibly help me? ANSWER: YES.... Short version. By 9 am... thats right... about 1 hour later, the alternator was repaired, I paid a fair price and have made new friends. They were fast (obviously), competent and fair.... My wife and I feel so fortunate that we found EZ Andys... it couldnt have been any better. BOTTOM LINE: IF I LIVED IN THE AREA I WOULD HAVE A NEW PERSONAL MECHANIC. Stuck and in need of repair, dont hesitate.. go here!Thanks guys...youre the best!!!!!

This place is a joke got a tire couple of weeks ago and the belt split so I went back to show them and the young man cusses at me very rude so they go to out another one on and put it on the wrong tire. There very rude and nasty
