I swear something goes wrong every time I go in this place. I’ve made multiple kinds of purchases (paid over phone, ordered from store to house, just plain ole in store) and not one of them, except maybe my very first purchase, have gone smoothly (some, not all, rude staff, out of stock items, order canceled without informing me, rang up wrong item so price ended up way higher than told over the phone). I’d definitely advise looking into other locations.

My first time in this store and I didn’t like the way the lady answer me was kind of gross she was stoking product and I asked she keep stoking the shelf and I asked her again and anwer me if I didn’t noticed that she was very busy working she have to go to the back to check when she came back was sarcastic telling that they have I don’t remember the the amount like hundreds in the warehouse and 0 at the store .Because I’m a educated person I apologize my self with her if I was imprudent when I asked twice. I hope I have a better experience on my 2nd visit.

Customer service its horrible . They take your information down to call you back as soon as the merchandise arrive and you actually have to show up three days later on to realize that never once bothered to call you and they get all rude about it. Rather continue visiting the Orlando store.
