This place has a pretty fantastic boot selection! Im on the road a good bit and need boots quite regularly for work. That means I stopped in different boot barns all over the southeast. This place has one of the best selections of new inventory as well as old favorites. The staff is attentive, informed and friendly. They also offer military discounts. Its worth mentioning because theres not enough businesses in the area that do.

This is a great place for average size people but I cant buy anything there.

This bright young man Hunter helped me out with a new set of boots belt and nice Stetson for the summer farm duties. Place was super clean very helpful staff Ill definitely come back for everything I need there for sure. Hunter good luck to you in the military brotha! Semper fi from and old retired Marine. Great friendly customer service Good selection of western wear

Everything from the boots, to the hats, and even accessories were very nicely made. I didnt get to look at everything since all I wanted was a good quality pair of work boots, but I found them and they are excellent on my feet right from the store. Some might be turned away, but the quality is there for the money you spend.

I always get top-notch service when I visit Boot Barn. The people are so helpful! The lady that flattened the brim did an excellent job! They have a great selection of western wear. I will be going back! You should check the out!

Stopped at Boot Barn to return a pair of Boots from my Birthday that my Husband bought me online, but were too small. So Walked in & Wandered the Store. Greeted many times & asked if I needed help. After trying on tons of Spectacular Awesome Boots ended up Leaving with Two pairs. Winning! Then my Husband wanted to look for some Boots. Hunter a Sales Associate approached us & totally made us feel Comfortable. Love this Store! Employees are Fantastic!!

Would give no stars if possible. Staff only spoke to us when it was 12 minutes till closing. They would be happy help us if we came back tomorrow! I guess they dont need business, so they wont miss me!

Went for motorcycle riding boots. My husband found a pair in Mens section. Nothing for women. I did buy a nice pair of slouch boots. Fit great. Got home and then read the tag. Made in China and not leather, rubber boots that look, smell like leather. Mostly a Country Western store.

Very disappointed went to this boot barn recently as my husband was hoping that Boot Barn in Ocala would have Lucchese as their sign outside the building indicates. But there were none and the salesperson looked at us with a blank stare when we asked about the name brand. Then we decided to call the Boot Barn in The Villages and they had only 1 pair. Very disappointed but oh well. We found a nice pair at a different boot store, when we went to Las Vegas a week later.

Found everything we came for. All of the associates were very helpful and Tiffany is an amazing employee, so glad she was able to help us with everything we needed today. Definitely recommend this store!

Very very good helpful salespeople very competitive but I think we were little at fault with that too we didnt realize what was going on that I guess they work on commission but they straightened it out between each other

Amazing customer service. First time in this store and the young gentle men who works there was awesome! I wish I remembered his name. He has some pink spots in his hair. He helped me get what I was looking for and showed us some alternatives. This store was very nice and clean. The staff there was friendly as well.

I go to Boot Barn quite often but my most recent experience was just as positive as the rest have been. I have been buying clothes and boots from here since long before it was what it is now and I thought maybe it was time to give credit where its due. Whether you just have to buy some clothes or you need assistance with a product that has an issue they are ready to help. If they dont have something in stock they are eager to order it for you in a reasonable time as well. Great job!

Prices are a bit high. The layout is really nice and the selection is awesome. They even had pants in my size 32x38! Only reason for 4 stars is cause boot prices are not very competitive with others like Tractor Supply or Boot Factory Outlet. But for clothes this is the place to go!

Now this place is funny and why I say that is I went in to buy tickets for a show and they would not take a debit card so I had to drive approximately 10 15 miles round trip to a bank and while I was in there I saw a young man by far boots and the guy at the counter says do you want to buy the box to I dont like what the hell they come in overpriced the people that work there theyre nice is this the way the store is laid out I dont know how they do business but it must be foreigners Im just saying want to charge a man for the box with the boots came in now thats messed up

One star for giving me something towards my money back. I purchased a pair of shoes online. My husband wore them outside to try them out. He informed me they were big & his feet moved around too much. I looked them in to ocala store & was informed that I couldnt get my money back or exchange. After speaking with the mgr she then said Ill allow you to exchange for another pair only. Now this store isnt cheap at all. She said we tell customers not to go outside but to walk around inside. How will you be able to try them out for comfort in the house? I had to purchase shoes from elsewhere before I brought these back today. Thats why I wanted my money back bc they werent worth the money or fit. I will never come back into this establishment again!

We just dropped by to buy some tickets for the upcoming rodeo. It was a great store and the gentlemen behind the counter was in fact helpful and very courteous. Actually, i will be back there to shop soon.

Way over priced for quality of items but good selection!

I was there last week with my sister from South Florida getting her boots. This week I decided to get a spare pair of the ones I like that Boot Barn sells.

People are nice but they never have what my wife or I want in our size. Its always we will order more boots in a couple days so come back and se if we get any in. Not what I want to here when I need/want them. If my size and style sell that fast then u should order more of them not keep having me check back. Just saying that how u keep business. So I ended up driving to troy to Dons Western World to get what I wanted. Boot barn your lost.

I found what I was looking for, a new belt, I guess thats the main thing. But the sales associate on the floor was a little pushy, and kept asking me over and over if I could find what I was looking for. When I went to pay, they didnt even know how to use Samsung pay app and also stated that their credit card machine doesnt even have a chip. Three stars because they have a good selection.

Got in and out in a hury trying to slip into something more presentable and surprise my hubby when I arrived at dinner for our date. Customer service was dawning my boots and jewelry for me at the counter after helping me find what I needed and wanted in a rush. Even got me bogo on my dress and jewelry which were already discounted. Super pleased. They saved me.
