Went in looking for a pair of shoes and since they always have a pretty good sale I decided to stop by. Found a pair of Nikes on sale went to examine the insoles to see if they came out or the ones that stayed it so stuck my hand in the shoe to feel. Noticed they are the glue in style so put them down and went to the next pair . Shortly after heard someone say dont do thats your just trying to damage the shoes. So I turn around ready to explain myself to who I thought was just a random other customer. Turns out its a man named Harold a employee to be exact. Instead of saying hello or asking me if I needed help just a hey dont do that. Explained I was just trying to feel them and they are the display ones anyways. I wear a different style of insoles do to feet problems so its nice to know if the new ones come out. So he picks up the shoes I tried prior and starts shoving the insoles back on. One pair I did have trouble putting back in but it was the pair I was going to purchase so I figured someone up front could just help me. So after that we told him we are going somewhere else and under his breath he says yes maybe you should . So all in all Harold is very unruly and pretty horrible all I wanted to do was check insoles on a pair of 40$ shoes wont be going back to this location . I will say the other employees are great I have purchased shoes here many times.

Went in looking for some vans . Found a few nice pairs and some good sales . I wear orthopedics so I was looking for a pair with removable inserts. Found a nice red pair in my size went to see if the insoles came out and luckily they did. As I was trying to put the insoles back in a employee named Harold came over and very abruptly told me put those back in youll damage the shoe . Didnt even start with a hi how are you can I help you. Grabbed the shoe and started to put the insoles back in so I decided to go somewhere else and told him that. As I said that he spoke under his breath yes go somewhere else then . Not sure why he was so upset I wasnt damaging the shoe vans makes soles that come out as you can switch out depending on skating preference. Very bad experience and they lost a sale do to Harold.

Harold gave the the absolute worst customer services I have ever had. I came in looking for shoes for work and wanted to get some ideas on what was the best deal for my dollar,I went to ask him for help and he brushed me off at first like he didn’t wanna help after a couple of try’s he finally acknowledged me, but that’s when things turned for the worst he was so rude gave me no information and just looked like he could care less about what i was looking for. Y’all really need to look for better help in your stores you guys have great deals but I will not be shopping at this location ever again.

I work in food service and wear my shoes out very quickly.So i come to rack room to buy comfortable skechers regularly and will often buy another pair of sneakers with the work shoes because of their bogo 1/2 deal. Been buying shoes there around 3 years now.I dont know what business marketing genius decided to remove ALL skechers work shoe models and replace them with one single model of the same cheap-looking hideous skechers hiking shoes but they should be congratulated for permanently losing my business.If your company continues to lose business like this, you might have to fire the customers favorite employee: Harold to make ends meet.That would be a shame. 😄

I recently visited this business with the goal of finding a sweet pair of kicks. Despite my arrival being so near closing time, to my surprise, all staff members were friendly, courteous, helpful and super patient! A nice sales associate, Lia, approached me and offered her assistance. At my request, she helped me to find several pairs of Nikes available in a size 14. As I tried each different style/color shoe on, I remarked my specific likes and dislikes regarding it, and clearly the options presented were increasingly tailored to suit my individual tastes, which I greatly appreciated. I sought her opinion to aid in making my final decision and I bought two pairs to take advantage of their year-round bogo50%off deal.
