My wife was searching FOR MONTHS for shoes she would like. Came here once and found shoes within 15 minutes.Shoes are so expensive (or are cheap and fall apart) so we take the time to really like a pair before buying.A month later we go back to find shoes for her costume for work. We do!Not only did we, but they also had a BOGO sale so she got shoes for later as well!!

They Have Some Very Nice Shoes And Not Too Expensive Either Like Other Stores. The People Were Nice.

Customer service was absolutely terrible. All the employees were doing was talking to each other and not paying attention to anyone else. I was in there for over an hour and not one person talked to me and when I had a question I had to interrupt their conversation because even with me standing their they didn’t pay attention to me. I would highly suggest going elsewhere if you need any kind of help.

They carry shoes but they say why they dont carry my size is because they call it unique, I say thats a blah, blah, blah. Shoe stores should carry a wide width regardless the size. As many shoes I have ordered on line only to return by mail, to be charged a restocking fee i could of had a nice pair of shoes.

Nobody helped us, they were busy socializing with each other. They are extremely limited on womens large sizes. 11w

Tons of shoes. But I cant find any that fit. Really arent many mens wide shoes. Every time Im there I see other guys all looking for shoes that look decent and are wide. Not just grandpa shoes. BUT if you have a skinny foot, this will work for you fantastic. Tons of shoes.

Very Limited On Shoes. Most Shoes For Women Only Go Up To Size 6 in Store. They Prefer You Order Online if Bigger than a Size 6 or 6.5.

We were on vacation and my daughter needed sandals so we ran to this store to grab her a pair. Dian was such an amazing help, super friendly and sweet.

I havent been to this shoe store in nearly two years. I walked in to make a shoe purchasebought two pairs of sneakers one for myself one for my daughter and they double-charged me I had two charges for $106.99. they charged me twice assistant managersaid to me that he there was nothing he can do about it I needed to wait for a manager because he doesnt know how to fix things like that I had to walk out of the store with a double charge.when I called and spoke to the manager he told me I had to wait for the charge to drop off no one knew what to do or how to fix the situation it was so disappointing. I remember having a similar incident two years ago.

They were Great. I tried to find a pair of shoes that I liked in my size. (13- 4E). When I talked to the young lady at the Cash Register I asked if she could order the correct size for me. She did without any problems. Im waiting for my shoes to arrive in a few Days.

The store in Ocala was very clean. I have a bigfoot not bragging but its big. I know what size I needed but the store only had slippers that would fit me. We went in also looking for something for my wife to wear and they had no half sizes she has small feat how ironic is that they didnt have them in half sizes.

Horrible online sales. According to their website if you place an order before 12 noon, they ship the following day. Here it is day 3 and no shipping yet. And i paid for overnight shipping. Tried using their online chat several times but no representative ever answered. Called their customer service number and talked to someone named Vince who made things up as he went along. I told him several times i paid for overnight shipping but kept trying to tell me that the free shipping takes 3 - 5 business days to ship. I could barely understand him as he kept talking over me like he was reading a script. His final advice was to call back tomorrow. He also told me fedex had my packages when a customer service rep today said they haven’t even packaged my shipment for delivery. This is why Amazon is putting places like this out of business. Dont waste your time shopping online or paying for overnight.

I ordered shoes online and it’s been about 2 weeks since I got the email saying they were shipped. The tracking numbers I got were worthless because they didn’t have any info to give me when I would check. I called the 1800 number and could never reach anyone and also emailed twice with no response. I finally called our local office and a manager named James got on the phone. He was planning on passing the info onto his general manger and giving me a cb in a day or two. Not even an hour later he called me back saying he was able to find out where my shoes were. James went over and beyond to help me. I really appreciate that because all I wanted was someone to speak to me and tell me something!! Thank you James!!

Good experience, employee was very helpful. Went in to find new shoes for my 10 year old son. Not a huge selection but the prices are decent and they always have the buy 1 get 1 1/2 half deal going. They didnt have his size so we ordered them and hopefully they will be here in 3 - 10 business days. I have 2 weeks after I get them to take advantage of the 1/2 off deal. All and all not a bad experience.

Great selection, good sales... Always some promotion going on to save money. Staff are helpful and will help make the sale. I also enjoy the shoe perks program to earn rewards.. They have online shopping too which is nice and good coupons online alot of times.

I was in need of summer sandals. I found a pair of shoes that were only $20.00. About to check out but the cashier ask if I needed anything else. I told her I was looking for sandals I saw online which were Shekchers. She showed me where the Sketchers were. I found a pair of Sketcherssandals on sale and got both pairs of shoes.

I ordered online 3 pairs of Crocs. They proceeded to take $85.00 out of my account. I received an email confirmation about my purchase and I received only one pair of the shoes I ordered. I then looked at my bank statements and seen that they charged an additional $85.00 to my account after only receiving one of the shoes already and the other two pairs was being shipped. When I called and asked shoe carnival customer service department they told me it was just a hold and they didn’t take the payment when I ordered, when clearly twice they took the $85 dollars out of my account. I was told the money will be back on my account. Never received back the money and now I’m disputing it with my bank which will take 10 business days 😡 I will never order from here again!!!
