We went all over to find help planning our kitchen. The cabinet factory outlet helped us so much in planning the new cabinets,choosing colors for them and the counter tops along with the back splash. I now have a beautiful kitchen that really works for me. I wouldnt go anywhere else or recommend anyone else for this work. they were all so nice,pleasant and helpful. they answered all our questions no matter how often we called them. sweet and kind, a true pleasure. Gonzalo was our sales associate. He was very helpful. I did not feel rushed. He helped pull samples of flooring and placed them side by side for me to look at and walk on. I bought Tavern Oak Plank Flooring. I could not be more pleased He suggested Heck of a Floor to install and they also did a great job

My cabinets are well made I love them

We purchased a retirement home on April 3, 2020. Part of the contract was the original owner had paid to have a new kitchen installed through Cabinet Factory Outlet. He purchased this kitchen in March 2020. As of today( August 5, 2020) the kitchen is still not complete. I understand how everything is slowed down due to Covid but we are now into August and 2 cabinet fronts have not been completed. This seems exceedingly slow. Also quality of work in some places is subpar: can see seams in granite and some cabinet doors are warped. Also they installed dishwasher cabinet in wrong place( not as design drawings) and they had to come out and move everything. Every time I call to get an update I am stalled. The new manager Mark seems overwhelmed but at least he is polite. He stated on our last conversation( 2 weeks ago) that the cabinet facings were being shipped July 29th. When I called today- no information but once again said I’ll call you back. We were thinking of using this company for the two bathroom remodels but have decided to seek others. Price sometimes is not everything.

This Review will be lengthy and worthy of reading for all cabinet consumers. Right now it sits as a 1 star....How this transaction ends is to be determined. Lets just say that honesty still means a lot to consumers.

Ordered cabinets in June..from Mark at the Leesburg store as we live 2 min away..and would be convenient to pick up the unassembled cabinets as we were assembling & installing them ourselves..measurements confirmed a week later was told cabinets were being made in Orlando 3-5 weeks COVID may delay the order...6 wks in called for an update were told no word and that the store is closed and now located in Ocala..would have been nice for a phone call stating that they had move I must add that we were told that the cabinets are now coming out of New Jersey...today 8/24/20 went to the location in Ocala to get some answers...to no avail!! However we were told that the cabinets are now coming from CHINA ...do you think for one minute that if we were told that at the beginning would we have ordered from CFO??!! NO WAY! Asked to speak with the store manager and was told there is no store manager..was given a business card to call Wednesday ...to be continued...8/25/20 received a call from CFO..thank you Brandy...CFO will uphold the original order with an upgraded product..at the same cost.. cabinets coming out of GA..7-10 days...we’ll see....Thanks Brandy we have received our full order and a replacement front that got chipped in shipping. They look good and went together easily. A long road but Cabinet Factory Outlet made the problem right.

Very friendly staff. Sales person did everything right. Purchased cabinets and counter top. Cabinets came as planned and timely. They are made in CHINA!!! I assembled and installed myself. Assembly was relatively simple.Purchased counter top that was on sale, big mistake, was not same color. Installers did job as described. Could not finish job same day because someone measured incorrectly. Been 2 days waiting for them to return maybe today???UPDATE They made it back and finished job. Looks great. Our kitchen looks really good.

Excellent customer service! Wanted to update this review since last comments 2 months ago. Carpet and pad product is superb and installation services are excellent, top notch! When looking for flooring products in the future, this is the go to place. Strongly recommend anyone looking for flooring and installation services to go here first; or, go here last and compare what youve seen elsewhere with the quality and savings youll receive here. It really is true! Whole kitchen for less than 9000.00. big box store, that was price for just cabinets! Got granite, sink, hardware too. Service was great, no stress here 😎. Go, worth the trip.

Not a wide variety of products but the prices seem fair

I was greeted nicely. Permitted to walk around and look. When I was ready to speak with saleshelp I was treated respectful, timely, and was listened to.All my concerns were addressed and worked through. I will update as the work is completed. This was the fourth place I tried and the best so far.

We up-dated our master bathroom. We got our floor from Floor Factory and ordered our granite counter-top from Cabinet Factory. These two businesses are in the same building which is convenient.Kudos to Julie at Cabinet Factory, Jane at Earthrock Granite in Lady-Lake and extra kudos to the two super guys who installed our beautiful granite counter top...Carlos and Fabio. Excellent job!

They seem to have a good business model that provides good pricing.

These people are the worst to deal with. They said I would be able to have granite counters top on my existing cabinets using one of their recommended contractors. The contractor stated they can install them, due to mix up at store they sold me two slabs that were not enough, tried to say I would have to buy another after they originally said two would be enough. The store found another three slabs to replace the original two. The contractor ripped out my countertops and now cannot install the sink countertop because of the weight and now I have no countertop or sinks. They are a rip off do not use them!No one wants to take responsibility!

It took 11 months ( yes 11 months) to finish our project. A Hugh THANK YOU to Shane, Flooring, Tom & Carol, Cabinets,and Carlito, Granite. A special thanks to Carlito who solved a big granite mess that was installed by The Cabinet Factory Outlets first choice in a granite fabricator. Would we deal with The Cabinet Factory Outlet and Mike again? Never in our lifetime.

Bought the Fabuwood flat-pack DIY cabinets and could not be happier. A quality, easy to assemble product. Nicole did a great job in designing the layout to our specs. The granite installer made two mistakes. 1st the slabs picked out from the granite yard were not used and 2nd the edge treatment received was a 45 angle and not the pencil edge we chose. This was on the fabricators, not the Cabinet Factory Outlet. When the first piece of granite was brought in we noticed the problem and contacted Jane, the installers boss. We had 2 ways to solve the problem . We could send it all back and wait another 2 weeks for the new granite to be fabricated or negotiate a price reduction for their mistake. Rather than do without a sink and dishwasher and counters for two more weeks since we had company coming within the next two days, we negotiated a price reduction. Cabinet Factory withheld payment to the fabricators until the problem was resolved. Most people would not give 5 stars unless everything went perfect I gave 5 stars because although it didnt, the problem was fixed to my satisfaction. The cabinets and Factory Cabinet Outlet in Ocala get 5 stars without a doubt.Mark & Beth D.

We started our kitchen redo right after Thankgsgiving. As of today we are still waiting for a cabinet to be completed. Along the way, delayed countertop, wrong cut on countertop, wait again for new countertop. Went more than 2 weeks without sink in kitchen. Along with all the delays, customer service was poor, calls not returned, no follow through, promises to call with no calls. The cabinets are beautiful, the installers great, but we are very frustrated with the length of time it has taken and the very poor customer service.Be sure everything is there before you allow them to start.
