They were about 30 minutes late & made me wait longer for the set up. I said I needed an oil change. He told me that I needed the $19+ oil change & walked by me to get my car. I was thinking that for the $20, they would check my fluids & Id get a top up where needed. No such luck I found out the hard way when I needed my washer fluid & it was dry! Now I need to beg someone to check my fluids & add washer fluid. Not happy!

I usually go here for the decent pricing for high-milage oil change. I wont go here again, however because it is twice now that they marked several things on my receipt as completed or filled and it wasnt done. This made me wonder what else wasnt being done. If I cant trust a service, I will NOT use it.

I ordered two tires didnt have my reservation for that day finally they were in front no body at front desk when I came there waited 20 mins walked away took over three hrs to put two tires on when it was finished had bill ready walked away again didnt find slip. Did know about nothing put different charges on bill I order them on - line no I shall charges never go back again.

The older gentleman at service area was rude when I went to ask him how it worked at this walmart then never even came back so after doing what he said and waited for him to come back 20 mins later some other guy came to help

Great customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and manager, Dusty. Definitely short staffed. Walmart corporate is aware but thinks the location is overstaffed. Was quoted two hours for an oil change and two tire changes. Took a little over three hours. Other customers did arrive after me and were served before me. Did not have the tires I needed; ended up getting what was available. Got car vacuumed for free 🙂

First person to get an oil change, nobody came outside so I parked car went inside to them I said I want oil change, then they went outside, they stated to take care of everybody else . So I left went to( take 5 oil change) it was $5.00 more, but i was out of there in 15-20 minutes well worth it. I paid $ 24.95 for oil change

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Took my chrome caps for my valve stems and left me with none, after telling them my window was broken and not to touch it, they rolled it all the way down and now I can’t it to roll up. Tried on a few occasions to talk to a manager and was told that they would give me plastic caps. Horrible customer service!

Horrible service here. No one seems to know anything about whats going on. Took my work van in to get 4 new tires just due to wear and tear prior to that I discovered a leak in the front tires and the two back ones (this is what initiated new tires)was told it would be three hours which was more like 6.5 hrs. Got a call from one of the employees telling me they had a mess up and that there was only 3 tires of the 4 I needed. Cool I understand. End result was replace the back 2 and patch both front tires. (The back really needed to be replaced the front not so much but was gonna do em all to be safe). Now after 6.5 hrs I get a call saying the job is complete. Went to pick up the van paid and said thankyou. Got out to the van and in plain site is a SCREW sticking out of the front driver side tire.talked to one of the employees who said sorry nothing we can do because were busy. But yall werent to busy when it came time for taking my money. Ended up talking to a manager and making a complaint about that fact that no one even bothered to tell me they didnt bother patching the front tires even though they were going to do it at no charge because of not having all 4 tires. (One of the employees accidentally mentioned it and realized he shouldnt have said it and tried to take it back) at this point I was highly irritated because not only was my time wasted I felt like my money was wasted too. Manager was cool about the whole situation and ended up ordering me 2 new tires that cost twice as much as what I actually paid for them because it was originally supposed to be all 4 and they gave them to me for the same price as the first 2. Now mind you I had to waste more time going back a second time which was another 6 hours of my time! Honestly I still dont feel like the service was sufficient and even though the manager kind of made up for it I did not feel like my business even mattered and from here forward I will no longer spend my money on the auto services at walmart!

5 and a half hour wait to have a tire put on is beyond ridiculous

Though thier website said that they did, Im not giving it a 1☆ review just because they didnt have my tire size in stock. Im giving it a low review because the techs excuse was that my tires were an odd size and thats probably why they didnt have them. Um, dude... Its a standard Honda Civic tire. How much less than odd can you get? 😂

No one answers the phone.... we were riding on a spare...We were calling and calling for over an 1hr getting hung up on etc... get there because we have to work etc... they didnt have the tires for my car😡 customer service was poor on that end

You have to get there early, otherwise you will wait for hours. Front staff is very professional and polite. Some of the tire technicians have difficulty in understanding simple written instructions, so be prepared to explain to them 3 or more times which tire needs changing. 5 stars on price, 5 stars for front staff, 2 stars for the technicians.

Didnt have what i needed and not very friendly

Ive never had a bad experience here. Associates are really helpful. The only thing you have to keep in mind is its not a 5 minute lube shop, I would plan on about an hour for an oil change, that being said if you have some light shopping to do the time frame works out perfectly (almost sounds like a corporate plan 😁). All and all I will continue to use them for service and tires because of price and convenience. Thank you for the great service so far.

Did what we needed but not completely knowledgeable on products available when we checked into entrance area. My wife wouldnt let me point out there being incorrectly informed about there products. Lol

They take way too long to do basic oil change. They work too slow even when its not busy. Do not recommend this place at all! Save your time and money!!!

I shouldve known better. I tried to get a tire while shopping to save time. The tire was of reasonable price, but a 4-5 hour wait to put a tire on completely negates the cheap price.

Came here for an oil change. Had one person in front of me when I arrived. 2 hours later my oil change still is not done. After 2 hours of waiting, when I asked about it, they said another 20 minutes. 2 1/2 hours for an oil change? Would have understood if there was a line in front of me or something?? Ridiculous.

Has very disappointed in this particular Walmart I had a flat in my truck tire I pulled in it was an easy flat fixed I understand they were busy they said it was going to be over three hours before they could look at it and then another hour to fix it and they were moving so slow you can just tell these people going through the motions I went down the street on Baseline to a new garage that was very busy caught me right in cuz I understand a flat slowing me down fixed it right away

This is the worst one I have ever been to with slow customer service and management that do not care. It is worth the drive to the Villages. Avoid Shores Walmart Auto Care Service Department!

Still waiting, dropped of around 12 and was told it would take about 2 hours . I can back 3 hours later, it’s still not ready, only to watch them just pull in my car. Ok, was told to wait another 30 mins, went food shopping, came back and was told again .. it’s not ready it will be another 30 mins, as my food melts . No one cares horrible service . Not worth saving a few bucks are I lost a entire day .

Went there to exchange a battery that was still under warrantee. After waiting 15 minutes with no one in sight. I believe her was Donna that showed up to take care of me . She found the replacement battery but it was a 1 year replacement instead of the 5 year I was exchanging she was not sure how to do the exchange and called for the Automotive manager I didnt get his name but he was very helpful an apologised about the wait and stated they were short staffed . He found the right battery for the exchange and I was on my way . I commend both on thier great customer service even being short staffed and a line of customers for auto service they kept thier cool and were very Professional . This Definitely is a Walmart That is customer service oriented .

Wasnt as satisfied with my service at this new Wal-Mart as Ive been at the one in Summerfield and Ive been there a few times and ALWAYS received really good service at THAT location!! Maybe its because theyre new and the staff is new(inexperienced)?? Was nothing really wrong, just NOT the same attention to detail,...it was closing time so maybe they were rushed??

Theres a weed eater on my basic oil change Tire rotate and balance I was told it would only take 1 hour decided to do a little little shopping finished shopping came back to it desk in the TLC Department ended up just sitting there for another two more hours long story short

Called at 5pm they said i could come before 6pm, i got there at 5:30pm and a employee of Auto Care named David said they couldnt help me today, so he called his manager Stephen of auto care which was very disrespectful about it, told me if i wanted it in a rush cause there about to close that it would be in a rush, that he wouldnt do his car in a rush cause something could go wrong, when i asked again WHAT DID U SAY, he said Nothing.I gave 1 star cause its the minimum you can give, customer service is terrible at the auto care, i come here every week and have never had a problem but first time to auto care and they both ars disrespectful, they even blamed a Juan guy of not know what he told me about 6pm, when they close at 7pm at it was 5:30pm when i arrived, they ended up doing it cause i argued a point i had, but they took 2 hours also for only 2 tires i bought and had them install them, I dont even know how they have managers and employees like them here, and i mean the auto care area, the rest of walmart ive had good experiences, under will be picture of both disrespectful employee that have NO customer service experience.

Well location, is about location with all auto service it seems like, I had use service from many different places, pep B, tire K, Discount T, etc they are all slow or worst that a turtle pooping with sloth trying to smack the turtle for pooping, No kidding I had to wait 2 hours for a simple one tire change purchase and I was the 2nd car inline when they open at 7am .. ( at least I spend walking the store and watch people of walmart shopping ) so if you did not mind and have my time management, then good luck on how long they will take for any other service, and understand this, they only do tire and oil... go figure....

Horrible experience lady in tire dept march the 3rd at 3:00, I buy a lot of tires for my business i just happened to buy a set of tires online and had them shipped to the store.I went to have tires changed on my trailer and the guy at the outside tire booth said they cant change trailer tires. Walmart must not have a legitimate tire service not to invest into a floor jack and extended air hoses, To get back to what i was saying the attendant told me only way we can do it was to take tires off trailer and bring back we can do it, so i did then when i went back within the hour waited for someone to come out at the tire building for 5 min went inside only to be told hatefully from the lady behind the register i am the one the one to wait on you and i am busy there is a 3 or 4 hour wait.So i quess i wont be buying tires for my fleet of auto and trailers from walmart again they lost my business. Evidently walmart has their employees stressed and so thin on man hours they cant get it done.

Showed up at 9 am with only one other vehicle in the garage to replace one tire its almost 10:30 am and Im still waiting they have 4 ppl working in the back so why does it take almost an hour and a half to change one tire? Inverness walmart took 25 min to take care of me last week.

They said Battery testing machine was stolen ( all they checked was load). This is bs. My battery is under warranty!!

Went in thinking I had to replace the battery but instead of just removing and replacing if they checked out the system discovered it was merely a loose connection. They didnt charge me anything
