I am a bit biased because I work at auto zone. But whenever I needed something I was always shown something that could do the same thing but not break the bank. They also gave me does and donts before tackling it myself. So far theyve been right on the money.

I was helped by two young men..I dont remember the ones name, but Hubert was the other guy and they went out of their way to help me use a siphon to get extra transmission fluid removed. Great guys

We called a few of auto part stores they had the part in stock for 271.00. The representative behind the counter was extremely helpful to us. Not only did he give me information about the part and warranty he told me that they would do a price match if I found it cheaper well to my surprise we did. Alot cheaper for 124.95 online with the same warranty he went over and beyond to help us and we appreciate that so much. Very friendly people. Store manager is very helpful. People here are always very knowledgeable, and helpful. If your car needs a battery, they will install it (unless its a hybrid car). They also install wiper blades! Will highly recommended this Auto zone.

The Latina female employee remarked to her coworker, in front of me, that the lady she just took care of was the queen of price comparisons with a heckled laugh.This is no attitude and employee of AutoZone should ever exhibit towards customers!

Dwight in management assisted me from my initial phone call to my visit to the store to replace a recently purchased battery from another state in my van. Thomas installed it while Dwight worked successfully on a computer glitch. Clean everything here: trash bins, floors, windows, ladies room. Theres a beautiful big tree in the pkg lot and a soda machine inside. 😀
