I purchased my Duracell RV/Marine battery online and picked it up the next day. The store salesperson, I believe her name was Crystal, was super nice and even carried the battery out to my car. It was an extremely easy and pleasant purchase. I have no reason anymore to go to anywhere else.

They charge my lithium 12 v battery. It did not fully charge cause I hooked cells together poorly. But they tried to help me and if you need a 12 v battery charged they can charge it

Every order I make at Batteries Plus I do on-line for the percentage savings which is a bonus. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. This last visit we needed a car battery while driving through the area and the store rep installed it for us and even though he was the only one in the store, took the time needed to help us. Two thumbs up!

Dissatisfied...sold me a battery that I really did not need but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I wont go back for a refund since it was only 1.57 plus tax. I would waste more gas and my time for such a refund. They need better experience employees.

We tried to order the battery for our phone, but it wasnt one of the selections there, so we called and made an appt that way. The woman that answered the phone said that the battery was at the store and created the appt for us. When we arrived for our appt, they said that it wasnt in the system. We left our phone only to find out that the store didnt actually have the battery. They promised to order the battery, and give us an additional discount when the battery came in. We left the store, only to find out that the phone wasnt working, and they had forgotten to put in the chip and sim card. We came in for our appt, left our phone again. I asked what the price was, and the quoted price didnt included the promised discount for our troubles. When we came back to get the phone, we were told that the ordered battery wasnt working. We decided that it wasnt worth continuing trying to work with this company. We were also disappointed that a manager didnt even attempt to call us to apologize for all of the trouble that we went through. We wont ever recommend this store.

At least one employee in this store has a very odd approach to the old notion that the customer is always right. I walked in with an unusual battery in my hand and told the employee I was hoping for two of them. Without batting an eyelash, as I was standing there with the exact battery I was asking for in my hand, she very firmly and curtly informed me that battery doesnt exist I re-read the battery in my hand and said are you sure? I then got a lecture about how this person has been in batteries for 20 years and knew for a fact the battery I was holding in my hand right there in front of her did not exist. Well, Ive been an electrical engineer for more than 35 years, and can attest that the battery I was seeking most certainly does exist. I immediately left the store and ordered the battery from Amazon. I truly do want to support local businesses. I was hoping to become a loyal customer of this one and spend lots of money there for years to come. After the treatment I got there that day, Ill never go back.

What a great place!! My Prius Vs keyless entry fob battery died. These folks installed a new one and had me done in one minute! Great service and speed to get me on my way back home.Definitely will recommend them. Then have even replaced computer backup systems batteries for my family these past several years.

Prices are a little on the high side and not all personnel are up to date on product knowledge. They always have a battery or bulb that no one else has in stock and even though there is some product knowledge lacking, personnel are friendly and helpful. Very convenient if you do not want to shop around for a deal.

I called looking for a specific charger which they didn’t have. They did have an alternate solution though that they told me about. I got Thomas on the phone (district manager in Florida) who shared the alternate solution with me and then called the store nearest to me to have them set it aside for me. I was lucky enough to get Joey in the Ocala store who actually set everything up for me and got me going quickly. Both of them we more than helpful, so pleasant to work with, and went above and beyond. Thomas even have me directions on how to get to the store.Customer service is not what it used to be EXCEPT for Batteries Plus. Thanks for de-stressing my day and the service with a smile! Carry hard to find batteries from hearing aid up to auto (will install for free)/ marine and rv/ golf cart (will install at your residence) they have great warranties on those types of batteries.They change watch and key fob batteries. Can even cut and program keys and fobs. They repair cell phones and rebuild most types of drill packs. This is a one stop shop for all your needs.Employees are knowledgeable and friendly and will help you with things even if you dont purchase something.

My go to battery store has been Advanced Auto Parts for years but no longer. Advanced power sport battery warranty is 90 day unlike your 2 year warranty. Batteries fail as mine did but 1yr 12 days in and it was replaced fast and fuss free getting me back up and going thank you and you have proven you are a better choice for automotive batteries

It was an overall excellent shopping experience. I made my purchase online and was notified when it was ready to be picked up. I brought in the core battery to trade in and was refunded the core charge. I was in and out in five minutes. I will be back in the future for sure.

I bought akey here it took 2 weeks to come in. 2 people tried to program the key and werent able to do it. I was told to come back during the week so they could call the manufacturer. I cant get the time off. 179.00 down the drain.

Exceptional Service!Visited this location August 3rd to buy and replace the battery in my Jeep. I ordered my battery online and went to the location for installation. Smooth Transaction! I bought online, and drove an hour to get there, my product was placed in my hand by the clerk. He then asked me what Im using it for, and as I answer, he proceeds to snatch it back out of my hand and say Im sorry I cant legally sell this to you for that. Its not intended for that. Knowing that I had purchased the same item last year, for the same purpose, and that the battery originally in the equipment was also the same exact battery, model number and everything, I asked him why, and he said some of those use high capacity batteries, so I cant. I explained that it was the same exact battery and it didnt require any high capacity or special battery. Then had wait to get my money back, and disappoint my mother, for whom the battery was intended.

These are good people to deal with when you are looking for special batteries or lighting items.

Overall satisfaction is excellent. Very friendly staff, they were more than willing to get me all set. The reason I didnt rate them 5 stars was because they didnt have proper tools to do the free installation of my truck battery. After several trips in and out of the store, the salesman finally just brought out the entire tool box. He still could not find the proper size socket. I had to take the battery home with me and install it with my own tools. Now I have to make another trip to the store to turn in the old battery for my core charge refund. A small issue, just inconvenient.

Battery replacement on Pixel 2 within a short time after of picking up my phone the screen started having small colored blemishes on it. By the end of the evening my entire screen was a blob of colors and unable to use my phone at all.

I thought my 3 year old iphone 6 plus had a dying screen and battery, and at the store they recommended replacing just the battery first, and of course this not only corrected the screen problem but now the phone acts as if it were brand new...fast, bright screen, long battery life and no issues. This repair literally saved me having to spend a grand on a new phone. Service was very fast.
