Usually a car dealership doesn’t earn 5 stars from me because of the games they play but my experience at this dealership was different.First, they didn’t swarm us when we went to look for a truck. That was something we appreciated.Our Sales guy Graham Lee was a pleasure to work with. He was very nice and polite.I highly recommend this dealership!

Helen Freeland is by far the best service advisor I have had the pleasure of working with. She’s honest, courteous, efficient, pleasant and professional. She is the the reason I have continued to bring my Ford F150 to Ford of Ocala over the past six years.This particular time she received my truck after I had to have it towed there late afternoon, because the brake caliper locked on the rotor. Helen had my truck checked in, diagnosed, and back to me the next day. Her service team replaced two front rotors turned two rear rotors, replaced brakes all around, and completed an oil service. The Ford service team is top notch, and with Helen I never worry that I’m going to receive anything less than the best advice, best service, and best pricing. Her dedication and genuine concern for her clients is so refreshing.Thanks again Helen!!

I like the new fast lane, I spent a lot less time than using the regular service lanes. Everyone was very nice, proficient and explained everything to us. They were very busy today but we were in and out in a 1 1/2 hrs, with oil change, tire rotation, 45 000 mile inspection, new battery and car wash, Id say thats pretty good 👍

Mike J. Was an absolute blast for the 5 hours we were there upgrading our mustang!! We traded our ecoboost for a GT and couldnt be happier, even with the shortage of chips, they had the one we wanted delivered day of so we could test drive and hear the roar! He made the whole process painless and it didnt seem long at all. I HIGHLY recommend him, very knowledgeable and knows what you want before you want it! I needed some RV repairs (it is built on a Ford E450 chassis). Dealers with a commercial vehicle center are few and far between, and if you can find one they are very busy with work. John Geremia at Ocala Ford Service Center made sure our unit was worked into the mix and repaired as promptly as possible. John followed up with us routinely and kept us informed of the progress while it was in the shop. The repairs were done very well and as cost effective as possible. We were very pleased with our experience and give John Geremia and his team the highest recommendation.

Worse customer service, if u can avoid this place avoid. Service advisor Helen Freelance not good at all. Took car in for 2 recalls HCU and driver side air bag. 6 hours to replace a cap an brake fluid change, then receipt only had Performed HCU but not driver side airbag recall. Called back took another 1/2 of my day to get her on the phone so that she can tell me it was done so dont worry. Alway get a receipt for any job performed on ur vehicle from dealership for any legal purposes. So now I have to waste another hour + to go get receipt.Avoid avoid avoid.Update:I was contacted by my friend this morning, an we come to find out air bag recall was not performed (after we were told it was performed dont worry)I dont think they know the seriousness of this recall.Recall consequenceAn inflator explosion may result in sharp metal fragments striking the driver or other occupants, resulting in serious injury or death.Recall action

I recently brought my vehicle into Ford for an issue and had the best experience by far with any dealership or car repair shop.I brought my car in on a Tuesday where I encountered John Geremia who quickly had a service manager take my car for a test.John explained that as soon as a loaner car was available he would call me asap, I fully expected to wait a few weeks. The VERY next day John called me to come in to get a loaner vehicle.I wasnt in town and explained to John that I would be there by the end of day, he said no dont rush were here for you. I came very late and although it was the end of day, John moved quickly to help me because I needed to leave. He had a big smile the whole time while helping me transition from my car to the loaner car, answered all my questions and set my expectations about the length of time it could take for my car to be fixed.I fully expected to wait a few weeks to get my car back, however two days later I got a call from Ashley (also super helpful) that my vehicle was done. I was BLOWN away at how quickly my car was fixed. Thank you for taking such good care of my vehicle.I received a follow up call from John to check on my vehicle.This was first class service from every part of my time with Ford of Ocala.Thank you Ford and John for giving me a seamless experience.

If I could give them a zero I would. This was the worst experience. We saw a truck we liked online so we called about it. We wanted to get everything taken care of before we drove 2 hours for nothing. So we called on Wednesday spoke to a sales rep who said they would run the pre approval application and call us back. Well 6 hours go by and no phone call so we call them only to find out our sales rep went home and that no one knows what is going on with our application. Next day we call still no sales rep and no one can seem to help anyone. (who needs teamwork anyway) Again we are promised a call back and again nothing. Late afternoon we call to talk to a manager (which does not exist according to the receptionist because they will not let you talk to them) but now all of a sudden they are going to work on our application. Day 3 I call still no managers available to talk to so I get to talk to the original sales rep. She informs me they have never run my credit (I checked it has been run) so now I know she is a liar. Then i inform her that the price of the truck we looked at 3 days ago has gone up $4000.00 and I want it for the original price that we talked about 3 days earlier. To which i am told they can increase the price at anytime and that is the price of the truck. I will gladly be taking my business elsewhere.

Great experience with these folks. Came two hours each way and was never treated like a one and done customer. Even during this inventory shortage when a lot of places are not honoring employee discounts and upcharging msrp, I found this dealer to be fair, up front, and worked for a mutually beneficial outcome. Sales staff and management were informative, flexible and patient. Finance was honest and thorough. Been in the car business a long time and not only do I recommend them, I will be returning in the future despite the distance.

Helen Freeland and the rest of the Service Department saved my family vacation! We were driving from Michigan to central Florida for a family vacation and had an issue with our Flex that wouldnt allow us to drive the remainder of the trip. After spending an hour on the phone to various dealerships in the area (including this one) and hearing that all bays and technicians were slammed at the various dealerships, we were concerned about what to do with 6 people and associated luggage now stuck where we were. During those calls, I was told by another dealership to be sure I spoke to Helen if I called back to Ford of Ocala again, so I took a chance. I reached her directly and explained that we were stuck with a fully loaded car that couldnt drive the remaining one and a half hours to drive to our destination. I also shared that I was told by the other dealership that the parts required to fix the likely issue were not available for another 5 days and there were no loaners or rentals available anywhere of any size to accommodate us. However, Helen and the Service team at Ford of Ocala were able to find another Flex as a loaner and at least get us on our way at least for that day. Helen then called first thing the next morning with some great news that they had located the parts needed and that the repair could be done later that same day! Sure enough, Helen understood the urgency of our situation and worked her magic to not only get us to our destination that first day, but have our car repaired less than 24 hours later and save our vacation. A huge thank you to Helen and the Service team for all of that!

What a difference one man can make.Friday, January 22, my wife and I left to go to the Florida Keys in our brand new Fleetwood Fortis RV. This was our second major trip and we were looking forward to getting to warm weather. Tuesday night we spent the night in a very nice RV Park in Gainesville. When we got up Wednesday morning, the check engine light was flashing and the engine sounded like it was running on 5 cylinders. The exhaust had a very rich fuel smell. I checked the manual and it said to take it to a dealer. We promptly found the local Ford Dealer, Parks Lincoln Ford, in Gainesville and took the RV to the dealership. Without an appointment I walked into the service department of Parks Lincoln Ford and spoke with the service advisor that is directly in front of the door, ( I now regret not getting his name). He barely even acknowledged me. i told him the problem and asked if he could help. He said we could leave the RV there and it would take at least a week. Ive got another one in the back thats been here for 2 weeks. In short, he could not have cared less and did nothing to help in this situation. We would have been stranded in Gainesville with 3 dogs and had to cancel all of our plans.Now comes the good part. I went back to my car and called Ford Lincoln of Ocala. I spoke with a young woman and told her the situation. She asked me to hold and transferred me to John Geremia, Service Advisor. I told him and he told me that it was not safe to drive - for far - that it could do additional damage to the engine, catalytic converter and maybe the transmission. He told me that he thought he knew what the problem was and to get to his dealership, 30 miles away, ASAP. Upon arrival, he immediately got his tech, hooked up to the computer and properly diagnosed the problem. The spark plug wires were defective and Ford had issued a service advisory to replace. Unfortunately the did not have any. He immediately got on the phone with Ford in Michigan, and ordered a set with emergency delivery. We went to a convenient campground directly behind the Ford Dealer. He called me a 11AM on Thursday. The parts had arrived. I brought the RV in, he repaired it per the Ford service advisory and also suggested that we get our first oil change, which we did. By 2 PM we were on the road and headed to our finally destination, Key West.John did not have to jump through a hoop for someone that he will likely never see again, but he did. Props to him and to Ford/Lincoln of Ocala for having such a dedicated team. Parks Ford in Gainesville should fire the other service advisor. He is endemic of the reason that so many dealerships have a bad reputation.I promise that I will tell everyone I know about both of these experiences and I just want John Geremia to know that our trip was successful and we had a great time because of his attitude and diligence. Thank you John.

My daughter and I stopped here to look for cars under 10000 and the young lady that helped us was a wonderful help even though it was only a few minutes from closing time on a Saturday. My daughter ended up purchasing a little used Honda car from them. Her first purchase from a dealership.

No good once again 70.000 truck maybe up to 12.000 discount. And they still make a killing off of customers. They talk about big discount but youll never find it.
