I have never had service like I got from this group. I bought a boat sight unseen and had all kind of logistical hurdles. They literally crushed it. We started boat shopping, as you are well aware they are hard to find. We filled out the form and Larry from the Seminole dealership called. We decided to go to the Ocala store to look at the SeaFox, they didn’t have a pre-owned in our length range. Larry called us again to tell us he had gotten in a trade so we rushed down to see. Larry was very informative and has been selling boats for over 50 years. We bought the boat to be delivered the following week so it could be detailed. They brought the boat to the Ocala store where we dealt with Jeremiah, extremely friend and knowledgeable about our new boat. He gave us a quick lesson on everything, help my husband hook it up to the truck and off we went. We will have to review the actual boat later but the sales transaction was easy and fast.

They sat down with me and wrote up a work order and kept me in the loop of how it was going while my boat was in their care. I always detail my boat before a service. If you are looking for a great place with a huge selection of nice boats and professional staff, you have found it!! I just purchased a 34’ fountain from black label and from the moment I walked in the door to the minute I drove away with this boat I haven’t felt more comfortable with a large purchase. Jeramiah and John both went way above expectations to make sure this boat would be exactly what I was expecting. John personally took us out on the water for a test run to go over the entire boat and answer any questions or concerns. Great place, glad to be a part of the Black Label Family!!

My wife and I were at the tack shack shopping for the horses. We walk outside and notice a food truck and a Black Label Dodge Ram, truck number 11, I think. So we notice the driver and passenger drink a few beers sitting next to the truck, then the driver goes to the food truck and my wife watches the passenger get out and go to the drivers side open the doors and proceeds to take a piss right there in the parking lot. Come on guys really ?

Purchased a 2020 SeaFox 288 Commander as a combo family fun and serious salt water fishing boat for my avid outdoorsman hubby. The staff at Black Label Marine made the experience so easy and fun. This place made the process a real pleasure which is a first for me. Their sales rep Will did an amazing job and was great to work with. Very informative, no high pressure sales, and on top of everything. when It came time to have my trade in reviewed I wasn’t expecting to water year the boat I was interested in. Their Owner / CEO John had just pulled in from a meeting - greeted my son and I and said if you’d like to test her out - I’ll take you myself. John was very informative and also super easy to deal with. You could tell the culture there was very much the same with everyone. Lester from the Ocala store joined us and we had a great ride on what was to become our new boat. I had financing set up but John was able to get me a better rate which surprised me after I shopped several institutions. Then I sat with their CFO Jeremiah and the process was the easiest I’ve been involved in. This is my 4th boat and by far the best buying experience. Blown away by the inventory of high end boats. The staff is all friendly and welcoming. Very knowledgeable team with lots of good things to come. Best marine store for hundreds of miles.

They are quite dishonest. Traded in a truck for another with this company. They had three weeks to pay off the truck traded in before the payment was due/late. Supposedly, the payment was sent, but returned for some unknown reason. Im thinking they were hoping to sell the traded truck before paying it off to not come off any money. Eventually they sent the pay off check, however, they sent it so late that we were charged a late fee. Provided them with the invoice of us being charged the late fee, and Ive yet to see any form of payment for that, that was clearly their fault. While the entire time, I was in constant contact, and provided the same run around. Nice people, but would not recommend them as they are shady to do business with. I will be happy to change this review to a better one, if they so choose to rectify.

Those of you looking to purchase from this dealer need to know some facts to give you a idea of who your giving your money too, first of all my family was the G in GT Marine my father in law was 66 2/3 of this company and he also guaranteed all of our floor plans personally on his credit (btw he’s 70 yrs old) Donny Testa was a 33 1/3 partner and Jeremiah Swett was the COO. Now to the story my family found out in December our floor plans were SOT (sold out of trust) well the only 2 that were in charge of that was Donny and Jeremiah and they were not paying boats off and giving us fake financials also we have learned they had a back door business too selling our trades, not to mention them not putting cash down payments on invoices along with fake invoices and things added to invoices etc etc. very dirty now on to black Label well John was a GT customer and has a lot of money and always has wanted in the marine industry well he gets what he wants and well with Jeremiah and Donny this was possible, Jeremiah and Donny took a company that was just about number 1 for all the boat lines they sold and ripped it apart and left my family holding the bag in December Donny jumped on a plane with John on a ski trip and drained the rest of the accounts after we took him off of them he logged on under the banks floor plans and paid boats off and yep those boats that were paid down ended up on their lot! Jeremiah was the brains in this with his accounting background, and we believe things went bad when we wouldn’t give him 9 percent of our company and well Donny not the smart one was already dipping in the cash we have found for years so this planned worked in his favor, these 2 are part of Black Label and they are waiting for the dust to clear before they claim their ownership. These 3 men will get what they have coming soon we will battle this out in court but know this if your considering this company to purchase a boat from they are liars and thieves, many companies like power pole and bethel marine will not even sell to them because they have done them wrong. And yes there is more to the story but this is just short review, and yes I can be contacted if you have questions. Thanks

This is Adam Frisbie and my wife Connie. We are from Jacksonville Fl and have been looking for a used particular brand of pontoon boat with a particular configuration. Not knowing BLMG from Adams house cat, I called them about a used toon they were selling. Between talking with Will for over a week and arranging a trip down to Ocala and meeting Jeramiah, we came home with the toon we wanted at a vary fair price. From David taking us out on a demo to negotiations with Jeramiah we had the best experience buying a boat. They treated us as if we were one of their own.
