The charge was $125.00 to change one blown fuse for the trailer light hook-up. I think that was very excessive. $125.00 for a $5.00 fuse which took the tech all of 5 minutes to lift the hood and check and replace the blown fuse. I would think the service department would have taken the incentive to say; lets adjust that charge as a good customer relations policy, but they did not. I purchased my 2015 GMC Canyon new from Sullivan, and have trusted them to do the service on this vehicle. Now, after this excessive charge, I must consider having any future service work done at another place, and also for any future vehicle purchases which Im currently considering.Charles WilliamsOcala, Florida

Unbelievable experience this morning. Found vehicle I wanted, called and confirmed it was on lot. Then I get a call from dealership informing me that the general manager, in his infinite wisdom, has raised the price of the vehicle by $10k! Apparently demand for the GMC truck is such that the dealership thought it would be a good idea to place a $10k premium on a $80k truck. Spoke to dealer and learned that the mastermind, price gouger behind the decision is Jamie Myers. Clearly a dealership that will take advantage of the customer if they feel like they have the upper hand.
The best thing I can say about my regular service visit is..... I have no complaints!!Service was good and very fast!
Received an email to get up to 120% of trade in value. Checked the lot out and there were 0 new cars so was interested in maybe a buy out, submitted an inquiry online and the amount wasn’t high enough so figured that would be that. A sales person called to go over the buy out price and said the KBB value was not the final price and to come in and do an inspection to see what else they could do. Went in and the person said KBB was the only buy out price possible and that he didn’t know why the person on the phone would say otherwise. Also had no idea about the email of up to 120% trade in price and didn’t even want to see it. Complete waste of time and left a bad taste in my mouth. Don’t make promises you can’t/don’t intend to keep.

I called in about a truck and spoke with a sales gentleman by the name of Nick. After a slight miscommunication initially, Mike reached out to help resolve the issue. Both Nick and Mike acted in in timely manner to send all requested photos and information. A deal was made and both Nick and Mike have been great to work with. Thanks for a great experience of buying a truck remotely. Also thanks to Jeff the delivery guy who waited patiently while I looked the truck over when it arrived at my home. Arrived at 7:25am for a 7:30am scheduled appointment. Very first vehicle in line. There for oil change and tire rotation. Shop pulled a vehicle that arrived about a half an hour after me in before my vehicle...actually had to pull it around mine! I didnt leave there until 9:00am when my truck was finally finished!Not only that, I was quoted 70.00 for the services and ended up being charged almost twice that! Would have been twice if not for the 10.00 off...then acted like he was doing me a huge favor after doubling the price and after assuring me my vehicle would be the very first into the shop!I was not very happy when I left your dealership to say the least!
Sean was everything youd want a sales rep to be. He listened very well and attempted to see that we were able to get as close to what we wanted as possible. He is a very good ambassador for Sullivan. The facility is very clean and inviting and the personnel is friendly and accommodating.

First and foremost the service foreman was very friendly. My vehicle was serviced in a timely matter. I also had a issue with my A/C the technician wasn’t able to detect the noise that I would hear occasionally. The service Forman (very concerned) asked, when I hear the noise again to bring my vehicle in immediately so that they can detect where the noise is coming from . I was very grateful, thankful and much appreciative for his concerns regarding my vehicle. Very pleased with the service rendered.

The service department doesnt want to honor warranty service. I have brought my Terrain in twice for the same issues. Jim advised me after the first visit if the service parking break light came on again they would replace the part. I took it again in April because the service parking break ligh came on again. Mark called me within an hour of dropping it off to come get it because they found nothing wrong with the vehicle. I go to pick the vehicle up and the first thing it says is service parking break which I made Mark come look at. He assured me that Jim would call me to get a rental to get this taken care of. Two weeks later no phone call to help get the issue fixed. It seems like Sullivan GMC doesnt honor the manufacturers warranty and doesnt want to be bothered to help. This dealership is horrible.
I have a 2020 GMC conversion van by Explorer. Every time I take it to Sullivan I get an answer that because it’s a conversion, they will either not look at it or charge hundreds of dollars just to look. They didn’t even want to deal with a noisy transmission that had nothing to do with Explorer.I had a check airbag light on and they wanted $700 to even look. I went to Rivard in Tampa and it was a 20 minute simple fix. Rivard did the transmission too. No cost under warrantyYou tell me. What should I say to people about Sullivan ?

Arrived at service department, albeit I didn’t have an appt. but walked in and had to just stand there a good 10min before anyone even asked if I had been helped. Tried to tell one of the 5 guys talking amongst themselves what I was there for but was told someone would be with me later. I understand service dept are busy but it doesn’t take too much to ask what I was there for! Eventually was told the service manager would be out to address my problem, they paged him he never came! Customer service at this dealership is horrible they is not the first time I’ve had issues here! Would not recommend anyone here

My wife has had warranty issues with her car she got from here. They keep blowing her off and telling her nothing is wrong with the car when there is we can prove it. We just called chevy themselves on you. How dare you blow off a woman, an obvious pregnant woman btw. I believe if I was there with her it would be fixed. Next time call someone back and fix their car when you say you are. They even saw it wasnt fixed after they said it was fixed and told her we will have someone call you. That was ten days ago.
I made a service appointment on line for 10:30 on Tuesday 6-1-21. I arrived at 10:15 and was told I didnt have a appointment but they would change my oil anyway. I was told that if I made it online that it never got pasted to the service dept. and next time that I should call. I waited 1hr and 15 min. for an oil change that I though I had made an appointment for. I consider that unsatisfactory when I can get it changed other places in less than 10 min.

I was struck by the lack of communication among the sales and finance departments. Erica was the only team member who showed genuine courtesy during our entire purchase experience, and she wasnt our official sales person. We were treated with indifference and borderline neglect.We were told the dealership would not accept a wire of funds, to discover later that they do, its just kind of a pain. That delayed the delivery of the vehicle to us.If time had not been an issue in finding a new car to purchase, I am not sure we would have continued our final purchase with this dealership.

Absolutely the best car buying experience Ive ever had. Nick was the perfect salesman and got me into a truck I wanted. The financial department was quick and we did not end up spending HOURS just to do paperwork. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.
I called ahead for a quote for new brakes, gave the VIN number so I could get an accurate quote. $1550. Found a day that I could be without my truck, dropped it off first thing in the morning. Got a call around noon that the repair would be $3k instead -- that it needed calipers. And, it wouldnt be ready for another day. The mechanic hadnt even looked at the calipers to see if they needed to be replaced. Its a 2017 with 60k. According to other mechanics, they REALLY shouldnt need to be replaced. If they did, they brakes would be squealing. They arent. I guess Ill find it when I take my business elsewhere. REALLY disappointed in the local GMC dealer!

Dishonest, rude, mean, and they do not care about their customers!!! On Sunday, November 8, 2020 my wife and I inquired about a 2021 Yukon XL AT4. We were immediately emailed with a response from Victoria that stated YESSSSS the vehicle is available. We then proceeded to text and have phone conversations immediately. My wife really loved the color of this vehicle because it matches my GMC Denali 2500 truck. We went all the way to give Victoria all of our credit card information to put down a $500 deposit that they asked for to hold the Yukon and then they sent us the credit app in which we both filled out. Once the credit app was filled they did not run my credit card but they did run our credit, then we received a call from a guy name Rich that stated there was a couple there filling out paperwork for the Yukon we were going to buy!!! They knew not to run my credit card for the deposit because of the other couple BUT THEY STILL RAN OUR CREDIT!!!!!!!! For those who do not know where inquiry is placed on your credit report it goes against you for two years! We don’t just give our credit info out to be ran for the heck of it, we did it because we knew what we wanted and we we’re positive the Yukon was going to be our but they sold it out from under us! The following business day Monday, November 9, 2020 I called and spoke with a guy name James because Rich was not in on Mondays, James stated on the phone during a few minute conversation that I was an idiot and then he hung up on me!! They do not care about their customers and they affected my credit for the next two years!!My wife and I are extremely unhappy and disappointed with Sullivan Buick GMC!!!

I bought my 2013 GMC Terrain here two months ago: low miles, beautiful condition, rides comfortably. No pressure. Both Bobbi and Charlie were pleasant to work with and listened to my needs so I got the right car at a decent price. I bought a Pontiac Vibe from this dealership in 2005. For 11 years I had it serviced here. The service department kept me up and running well and cost effectively. I have always found the customer service to be very good at this dealership. I hope to repeat it with this car.

Had to make two trips as wrong part was ordered. After waiting a month I called and found part sitting on shelf in parts room. How long it would have set there if I hadnt called is unknown. Then it was the wrong part. Right part was ordered and I was notified when part arrived. Second trip was successful and I now have a complete car. Took 9 months to make al repairs. Not a good record.

Typical dealership, nothing but lies. Advised Rachael more than 4 times that I had negative in my trade, poor credit, and no money to put down. She said “no problem, we have approved financing, will take care of the negative in your trade, and you don’t have to put any money down. No shocker that when I arrive to the dealership they tell me I need at least $2500 down in order to get any of their new cars, even the most inexpensive car. No shocker also, Rachael told me I’d get a mid level SUV and not their smallest and least expensive SUV. Unless you have a credit score of 700+ and a few thousand to put down, avoid this place and their false advertising. But again, this is typical dealership moves. I wish I could share the texts between me and Rachael, but unfortunately google won’t allow.

Made the appt online.get there and go inside svc area.should have left then . 5 or 6 guys in this small room and no masks.told guy I had an appt, but he couldnt find it. He asked if I made the appt online,I said yes.told that never works.then he came out to look at car and when I told him it was a Chrysler he asked why I did not take it to the dodge dealer. I told him this place was closer.then I showed him a coupon and was told that was for gm cars only and they would have to order a oil filter which would take awhile.i just said forget it and left.

The service department do not value your time or business. Check engine light issue, first time it cost me $700 to fix. Engine light came on a week later. Took vehicle in and they could not tell me what was wrong, but recommend a $300+ job, which I paid for. Three days later, check engine light came on. Took me 11 days to get an appointment. Third time, I waited 2 and a half hour and they couldn’t tell me what was wrong. Instead told me to make an appointment for a different day. They don’t know what they are doing.
On time for my appointment and was taken in right away. Fast service.
