Bri is BEYOND AWESOME!!! Ive been to hundreds of Starbucks and this is beyond the best service Ive ever received! The store was extremely busy, clearly understaffed, and that did not deter her from having an amazing attitude as well as awesome work ethic!! Would highly recommend this store to anybody who wants delicious coffee coffee and excellent service!

This has to be the worst-managed Starbucks in the world. Constantly changing hours. Closes for the day on a whim.There are other Starbucks stores in the city and none of them have these problems. If youre driving to this store to get a coffee just be aware that they may or may not be open. Roll your dice and see what comes up.

Ordered the apple crisp macchiato with skim milk, thats my new favorite drink, now overly sweet and still has the coffee flavor.

I am a Starbucks fan, love their coffee and the atmosphere of the cafes. But was very disappointed with this store. I have never experienced a Starbucks so poorly kept. The counters had spilled coffee & sugar everywhere. The bathroom felt like what youd find at a gas station with dirty sink & floor and old pipes laying on the floor under the sink as if a repair had been done but never cleaned up. Boxes torn open with supplies littered the counters. This manager should be ashamed of their store. Not any Starbucks Ive ever seen! 😠

This Starbucks needs to be shut down!! They are constantly OUT OF EVERYTHING. You don’t even find out until you get to the speaker after waiting in a 30 min line! DO NOT recommend this location.

Horrible service! They were three teens too busy texting todo two easy drinks that shouldn’t have taken that long. Then apologized saying they were understaffed. Could have done the drinks if they were texting or chatting and flirting.

Got 2 vinti iced coffees with 5 caramel pumps. Little almond milk. Caramel drizzle and ribbon crunchs on bottom and then on top with whip cream.Did a very good job. Friendly.I normally get this with cold brew but unfortunately they were out. Multiple Starbucks are out of different things lately. Hopefully that will change soon.Would recommend.

Amazing coffee as always cant get enough

Service is usually slow, but understandable since they are pretty busy. Last few times they messed the order up, like making hot drinks instead of iced and then it tasted like they just added ice instead of making it right. Would rather drive to another location if I have time.

Bad experience at this starbuck the girls were not friendly and practically pushed my drink over the counter, thought it was going to fall off the counter! They acted like they are not getting payed! If you dont like your job stay home! No garbage can outside the store.

If their was a 0 star option I would put that. I am a starbucks fan and supporter but this place was terrible! I literally ordered a venti cold brew with 2 shots of syrup and it took 20min and the 3 people after me got their drinks before. My drink sat on the counter while the barista made 3 other drinks. That is terrible service and time management.

How this place is even still running?…. They are constantly closed on random days and at random times. I’ve never seen any business do this. How is it even happening or allowed with management? Absolutely ridiculous

Wonderful things about regular Starbucks experience but a much smaller breakfast crowd, faster surface and less traffic than the downtown Ocala Starbucks. Even though this Starbucks lacks a drive-thru theres ample parking in the front parking area and easy access. Does a nice patio to the right outside to enjoy your coffee in the Florida breezes. Unlike the downtown Starbucks which slings things into the microwave and serves them half Baked this Starbucks did an excellent job preparing my gluten-free Canadian bacon and egg breakfast sandwich. The staff was friendly efficient and effective.

This is the worst Starbucks in Ocala. They struggle to get the simplest orders correct and the place is almost always filthy and the bathrooms always seem to have a strong oder. As a local, we try very hard to avoid this location, I would recommend the same for anyone passing through.

Trying to relocate to Ocala... 2 days in a row I come to this location as its convenient to our hotel. They are heavily understaffed. Only 2 associates and the dine in is closed... starbucks you need to hire more people. Theyre so busy trying to stay afloat that they cant take an order correctly either from lack of concern or not listening. 3 stars since after the hassle my orders were correct and tasted great.

When the other stores in the region are closed, this is the to go Starbucks. VERY busy!

This is a New, Big, Standalone Starbucks with a drive thru . There some seating outside too. The Barista, Jaime was very nice. My chai latte was perfect!

Half hour plus wait in drive thru. Over 20 cars in line and they were averaging 5 minutes or more per car. out of stock of most items. .

This location allows mobile orders but for some reason on the weekends they won’t let you come in to pick up your drinks. You have to wait in line. After waiting more than 20 min for my order that was placed by mobile everything was cold. I along with another customer who had done the same thing - knocked on the front door and they just told us we had to go through the drive through. Hey Management, Don’t allow mobile orders to be placed then!!

Good Starbucks but sadly lacking in many items during this time.

This place is probably much better for drive through and online orders than in person purchases. The young lady who took my order did not deduct from my rewards balance but instead from my gold card so I had to wait around for 15-20 minutes to get that credited and have the rewards points redeemed. ☹️

Bizarre rules. Can’t use my refillable cup. Rules the opposite of all other Starbucks. Restrooms filthy and disgusting.

Used to go all the time, nice crowd friendly staff... now, TERRIBLE!!! Seems like hours of operation are changed daily. See its open one day go by the next to get coffee and its closed... very VERY frustrating. The staff are no longer as friendly, almost as if hurried and there is no customer service only a buck. I highly recommend everyone to drive past in route to the another Starbucks. Help it go out of business!!!

So normally this location is great, but tonight was pretty horrible. I know it gets busy and you have to multitask multiple drinks, but please focus on one drink at a time, in the time of ordered. Waited over 20 mins for 2 drinks (got drink 1 in 5 mins, the 2nd drink after 20 mins), and 3 drinks after our order was made first. My order is listed and shown below, as well as the final drinks made.Vanilla Frap: made with milk (asked for heavy cream so it could taste more like a milkshake), no caramel syrup, no caramel drizzle that was charged extra.Java Chip: Forgot the mocha drizzle, so she glopped a pump of it on the whip that wasnt suppose to be there at all.I easily could of been that person, but i saw the 2 baristas were stressed out, running everywhere, 1 girl was just ringing up orders to get the line down, one order before us was completely forgotten. Their drink order was waiting close to 30 mins more, and they kept making drive through order firsts.I didnt bother to complain or ask for both drinks to be remade or ask for money back, not worth the hassel. Just please do better for the next customer.

The drink I order is $10. But its not that hard. The lady even said it would take a minute. After they were done they gave me the plainest drink. Not mine. I was so mad. But in a hurry to get back on the road after waiting 25 mins on line!!!

I ordered through the mobile app for this store i didn’t get anything at all what i wanted the drink i did get was all cinnamon powder like they dumped the whole container it tasted like dirty dish water

Drive through is terrible at this location. I’ve only moved up 2 cars in 10 minutes, and that’s because 2 cars jumped out of line because they were tired of waiting.Then... after a half hour in line, they start making my drink when I get to the window, only to make it wrong. I asked for a refund and left.

Drive thru is typically order then drive to window, get drink, then they take the next cars order. Not normal for a starbucks with a wrap around drive thru, faster to go inside than the drive thru. Drink consistency pretty good though!

Worst Starbucks on earth hands down. If you want to wait 25mins in line for an incorrectly made drink just to wait another 15mins for them to redo it, go for it. My last straw is when i waited 35mins in line in the drive-thru with only 3 cars ahead of me at right at 6:01 they said sorry we are closed and there is nothing I can do. I never cursed so much in my life in public.

It is incredible how slow the drive through line is at this location. This observation is not based on an isolated event, this is a recurring problem that is definitely making me second guess even going at all.I arrived at the drive through line at 4:20 and didn’t leave the line until 4:58. I was about 5 cars behind the ordering screen when I arrived.When I finally reached the window to pay, they immediately handed me my first drink. 1..2..3..4..5 minutes later I finally received my second drink. During these five minutes it was painful watching what was going on inside. At any given time, there was at least two employees standing by the window leaning or talking to one another. A couple times they took orders but most of that time was spent doing nothing because they take so long so they have to wait to take the next order. You think they’d help speed up the process by making drinks, but no.At one point there were three employees huddled talking to each other by the window. A fourth employee brought my iced drink to the counter by the window and one of the three conversing turns around, reads the sticker, AND SETS THE DRINK BACK DOWN. It never occurred to her that MAYBE THAT WAS MY DRINK or to even ask. After the huddle dispersed a few minutes later a fifth employee walks up to my drink, turns to me, and asks if I’m waiting on this.Aside from this, I know this is not the employees’ fault, but the parking lot is a disaster. The afternoon delivery truck severely blocks traffic and the line is already so backed up that you can get trapped just trying to get out.Think I’ve had enough of this place, I’ll just make my own coffee 🤷🏼‍♀️

Would give 4 stars but the wait in line always 15 minutes or longer, so if you are in a hurry don’t come here! The employees are always friendly and my drink is always made correctly, just wish the line would move faster.

Ordered Cold Brew w/Irish Cream, very good. Ordered 12:08 pm, received cold brew 12:40 pm. More focus on drive thru orders, will do drive thru instead of instore. 32 mins wait should not happen.

Really need to have something for mobile orders. Sitting in a drive thru line for 30 minutes is ridiculous. Could have just ordered when I got here. Drinks were nasty because of this wait! And dont bother calling. They dont answer the phone.

I like how convenient this Starbucks is from my house but it never fails. I ALWAYS end up waiting 10, 15 sometimes 20 minutes for a Iced Coffee... I think I’m gonna just risk it’s and go to Paddock Mall’s Starbucks so I don’t have to wait so long anymore. DO NOT go to this location if you are about to go to work because you WILL be late!

Drive through u have to asked for napkins,stirrers, and not to mentioned, if you dont asked for those things u drive off with nothing to stir u coffee or to dry up u coffee if it spills,not getting a cardboard holder to drive with

The line is always super long for the drive thru and the hours have been cut so its a little disappointing when a pick me up is needed and especially on a time crunch. The staff is a mix of nice and not so nice. Coffee is made as requested 95% of the time.

I love this location the staffs wonderful. This morning there was a gentleman that took my order and a lady that was at the window they were so sweet !!! Also I didn’t know what drink to get and the guy that took my order picked a pineapple drink it was so good !

The drive-through lane has a difficult left turn after the window if you are in a larger vehicle such as a pickup truck. Swing wide but watch for parked cars in the same swing area! Otherwise, a nice Starbucks.

Extremely slow. The drive thru lines are astronomical and the wait is over 20 minutes. Is rather drive down to the one by Dillards which is out of the way, because theres no line. When you get your drink its wrong and you have to wait some more. Extremely incompetent workers.

Every Starbucks in this district seems to make every effort to be closed as often as possible. I understand yeah COVID right but no other store closes as often as every Starbucks in Ocala. I go to Clermont, the Villages, anywhere but this district the stores are open so one of two things is happeningEither the management is absolute garbageOr the employees are dirty nasty people who get sick more than any employees at any other store. Regionally we have the lowest rates of infection compared to other areas I’ve mentioned. My opninion? They should fire the district manager and find somebody who wants to keep stores open so these locations stay profitable. Either way it’s absolutely unacceptable how Starbucks has handled the epidemic in this district and I’ve been having a hard time staying a customer. Let people make their own decisions and stop find reasons to close your stores it’s pathetic And they sell out of snowman cookies way too fast every year it’s a real problem I try and get snowman cookies I want to give them my money but they just don’t want my money they just want to see the look of disappointment in my eyes when I hear that they’ve sold out of the snowman cookies again

I come to this Starbucks all the time. I order for friends, family and myself. The quality of their products are perfectly defined by the phrase “hit or miss”. Just today I got a Medicine Ball tea, something I order fairly often, and it seemed as if the tea bags ripped open and spilled all the tea leaves in the drink. The beginning of the drink was okay with only occasional leaves, but I couldn’t even finish the second half because I was getting a mouth full of leaves with every sip. They should’ve remade the drink. Handing out a product like this is really unacceptable when comparing the prices of Starbucks products.

The new Starbucks is just as good as the old one if not better. Obviously it has a drive through and its own parking lot which makes it better already. The inside is nicely decorated and the staff have been super nice and friendly. If you havent been in awhile or ever, go check it out and enjoy the inviting and relaxing atmosphere.
