Saw a car getting broken into in the parking lot and the staff seemed not to mind at all. Did not seem like a bad neighborhood but would hope that if it was my car the staff would at least call the police.

I made an appointment for a Covid test, arrived 10 minutes early and they told me they already ran out. I got 3 confirmation emails and texts when I made the appt but they couldnt send one telling me not to bother? It was pouring rain, a warning would have been nice. What a farce.

My experience was ok, there was an issue with my medication and the pharmacist found the need to fuss with my husband instead of trying to explain why I couldnt get my medicine on this date. Im not saying my husband is innocent because he was giving it right back. But I was there to get my meds the doctor had just sent over for me but instead these two hot heads got my nerves all tore up.

Great environment, great staff. Only downside is the local bums like to pop a squat in front of the Store a lot to ask for change.

Johnathan is the best pharmacist we have ever had...his knowledge, concern and empathy surpass any pharmacist we have ever had. He is always concerned about our special needs sister and asking how she is doing/feeling. He gives this city store a small town pharmacy feel!

Dont try calling the pharmacy they never answer. I was on hold for 41 mins at 10pm on a Friday night. I never got a hold of a live person to check on a refill. Yes I did try to check on my script with my phone number but apparently it wasnt in the system. So other than staying on hold to see if my script is ready I guess I have no choice but to go up there and find out if they have it and if its been filled. WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL THE PHARMACY.

The staff at the front counter and photo are usually very friendly and honest, and I appreciate honesty in customer service. The pharmacy is pretty good, I get several medications a month, and Ive never had any issues with time. One time I came in and they just received the doctors prescription electronically, and they filled it within 5 minutes while I was waiting, pretty cool of them. They should get one more person to work the window, the woman with the glasses is overworked, she has to man the drive through window, the pharmacy counter, and input and check orders on the computer, as well as stock filled prescriptions. But the one lady pharmacist I dealt with at night was really cool and friendly, she went out of her way to find me a discount since my insurance wouldnt cover something, like she checked 5 different discounts to see which one was best, really cool of her. She also gave me extra of it, since they had to special order it for me and no one else needed it, they gave me a whole 3 month supply for the price of 1 month since the minimum size they could order was a 3 month supply. Wicked cool! So I would just get more people to work in the pharmacy at peak hours, and pay slightly more attention and be more prompt so customers arent standing and waiting at front counter in store with no one there.

By far the worst Walgreens pharmacy Ive used. The staff shoved their hands through the drive through slot, didnt use the phone/speaker system so I couldnt hear half of what they were saying. As a person who already has hearing issues this was a awful experience. They told me itd be about 30 minutes at first and it took them about two hours as I waited. The parking lot near the back of the pharmacy is absolutely trashed. If I have to go to this pharmacy again Id choose somewhere else. Long waits, rude pharmacy staff, disgusting building and parking lot, and overall a awful experience.
