Its horrible. They charged me an entire month but my gate code wouldnt work. Then I forgot it was due (my fault entirely) so I had to pay an additional $100 for 4 days of being late contract reinstatement fee yea once my stuff is out Ill never rent there again and WOULD NOT recommend it to anyone

Very professional operation with attentive manager. Efficient and easy to use systems for entry, exit and payments. Clean and well-maintained facility on main highway. I rent a 10 x 30 unit and its easy to unload and load into it. Very good value.

I met some really nice people there. They were very helpful to me. I really love the service here. The employees are two very pleasant ladies. God bless

I have been with neighborhood storage for a year. After recently loosening my keys to the unit I made 2 calls to the call center and didnt get a clear idea of of what I needed to do. After the 3rd call Rodney the assistant manager at 6741 hwy 40 made it very clear what needed to be done. He was very polite, well mannered and exstreamly helpful. Keep up the good work Rodney and thank you for all of your help in resolving this matter.

I have to Give Rodney the credit for running this storage company ! He is one of the Most Polite and Respectful person that I have dealt with in finding a storage unit!
