I went to Fix Auto Oceanside to get my front bumper fixed and repainted. They made is look brand new and blended the paint to match the rest of my car. They fixed my car within a week. They also vacuumed and cleaned my car from the inside and washed it from the outside. Would highly recommend coming here

Fix Auto did an excellent job. My lift gate of my Tesla had to be replaced due to an accident and they were able to replace this and fix my bumper ahead of schedule. It looks brand new and I cant say enough of the quality job performed. Tina Perez, in particular, was very communicative, detailed and professional throughout the experience which helped as I didnt have my car for 1.5 weeks. I would definitely come back to Fix Auto again (but hopefully will never need to)!

Great customer service. I came in with a keyed passenger door. Tommy kept a great line of communication with me during the process. They fixed not only the door, but was able to replace some of the latches, and seals as well. Best thing is that the repairs only took a day. My only complaint was the parking, but that goes to show they are busy. I recommend this location for any body work repairs you need.

Wish I could give no stars place is absolutely terrible don’t know if it was just the worker that was working on my vehicle but they just keep making more and more damage to my vehicle then just having it done in one go had to take it back multiple times and it was very stressful Because I have a very busy life and I will not be recommending this to anyone and I advise anyone who goes to be very observant of there vehicle, it might look good from a distance but they definitely cut corners

Fix Auto Shop in Oceanside, CA were amazing. They communicate through the entire process. I took my car there last Thursday due to an accident and they estimated a week for repairs. I got my car back 3 days early. Very professional. My car looks brand new. They also detail the outside of your car once their work is complete. Would highly recommend if you want things done quickly, affordable, efficiently and on time!

They stayed past their closing hours just to return my car (I asked if they were able to wait). They really didn’t have to do that, but it was so kind of them and they even washed my car. The initial estimate to do repairs on the damage visible was increased to 3 times after discovering the AC condenser tubing was damaged.Although the front bumper and AC was fixed the shop did not bother to make sure the front bumper was fitted properly on both sides!On the right side it was not installed properly due to so called prior damage!The measure of good service was to exceed expectations and make sure it was installed properly considering the amount charged to the insurance!

I had an insurance claim from someone backing into my rear drivers side door. It was a GEICO claim, and they set me up at Fix Auto Oceanside. Olivia was fast, courteous, and personable. My rental was on site, waiting for us, and the shop had my car completed within the week, when they gave me an estimate of ten days. There was a small issue with my door light switch that was still acting up as I was about to leave, and their tech had it researched and fixed in 15 minutes. My car looks fantastic. Very nice work!

I would highly recommend Fix Auto Collision! My Estimator Elizabeth was knowledgeable, professional and understood my desire for quality, guaranteed work at a reasonable price. She kept me updated with voice messages or texts as to where my car was in the repair process. My car was finished to my satisfaction and a day earlier than originally estimated.

Place is shady. Gives low estimates to save liable party’s insurance money or stipulate you to fix them add on supplement to ensure they make money after you accepted the low estimate. Asked to speak to regional manager they don’t have one I was told but they’re located nationwide....., asked for persons name on the phone they refused.... their manager Andre said even there would be a supplemental report but couldn’t put the damage on original estimate 🤷🏼‍♂️. Then he goes from general manager to proprietor. Another Farmers place advised as to what they were doing by using the supplemental estimate to get more money after committing to get car fixed. The other shop who’s Farmers said they did a poor job on the original estimate.

7E3A22: I scratched my car’s spoiler and was recommended by Tesla as one of their authorized body shop. My whole experience with them was great. They completed the repair just in one day and my car looks brand new again. Their price was also very reasonable. The service adviser, Tina was great. She and the body shop delivered on what they promised me and more.

I hit a deer on the way back from work which crushed the left side of my 350Z. Through my insurance, Fix Auto kept me updated at every step of the repair and were incredibly helpful and pleasant. I usually do not leave reviews, negative or positive, but I felt inclined to leave a positive review for Fix auto based on my experience repairing some body damage on my Tesla model S. After my insurance company sent me to a repair shop that does not fix Tesla’s I found fix auto on my own. Tina and her team were very helpful working with Tesla and my insurance company to make the necessary repairs. She was also very communicative during the process which was much appreciated. I will definitely be using them again for future repairs, but hopefully will not need to!
