Let me start off by saying no one likes to have car issues let alone the cost that may come with it. But after the care and professional concern that Gabriel Ramos showed me it was defiantly worth it. I have had several issue with my car and each time he has showed great personal concern to keep me on the road. I thank him and his knowledge of maintaining my cars life. Good looking out. Keep doin what you do.

First off Francisco aka Pancho is great and tries hard. This place is way overpriced. I needed a coil replaced and paid 160$ for them to check the car and confirm the failed part. They removed the coil and spark plug to see if they needed replacing (this is part of the 160$ that goes towards the repair). They wanted 700$ (105$ for the part and 595$ Labor) to put a new coil - because that’s what the book says. Instead I told them to put the faulty coil back and took it to Coastal Foreign in Encinitas. Honest people that charged 500$ less. Even the Infinity dealer in San Diego was going to charge 300$ less.Well my daughters 350z is purring like a kitten and will never be going back there again. Either Coastal Foreign or Precision Z in LA.

Spectacular service by Larry, the Fleet Sales Manager!! We were having an extremely difficult time trying to get new vans for our business, and Larry came to our rescue, finding us 2 NV200s within a week. He went out of his way to pull them from the network of Mossy stores so that we could get both at the same time and made sure they were exactly what we were looking for. On another note, I have spent many days in dealerships buying cars, and there always ends up being a contentious back and forth with the pricing, rate, expectations, etc. Not here. Larry and the team were very straight forward and easy to work with and it was the best vehicle buying experience I have had. Go check them out with confidence!

Akim was our salesman and he was thorough and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions and more. I would definitely buy another car from him. The only issue I had was the trade-in value of my car - had fewer than the allowed miles and the car was in very good condition but still had to come up with another $600+ to pay it off.

Im giving the parts department a 5 star because the employees are friendly and professional. As with all dealerships, prices are outrageous. Not the fault of the employees. However the service department was totally the opposite. I paid $14.00 for a rubber plug and promptly lost it.. I pulled into service thinking they could do it while I waited. Nope! A 2.5 hour wait to do a 5 minute job that required no tools. And that same rubber plug was now over $20.00. I went back to parts got another plug and went to a local auto repair facility who did it for free!

We are currently on our honeymoon when our nissans brake sensor stopped working making it impossible to start our car. Our insurance towed us to this Nissan. At first we were told that they could take our vehicle that day but they were so backed up they probably wouldn’t be able to get to it till tomorrow and then with our warranty it could take up to three days to process everything but after we explained to Jose that we were on our honeymoon he instantly started looking for solutions for us and actually found out our problem was caused by a recalled part. He was able to get us out with our car working perfectly within 3 hrs!!!!!! They were so incredible and understanding!! We would definitely recommend this Nissan to anyone on our travels!! Jose really helped us out and we appreciate him greatly. He’s a great person.

Julio was great in keeping me informed as to status of maintenance. Only issue is that I had to leave my Leaf overnight to wait for a new FOB from LA dealer. FOB was under warranty, so could not pick up car until the new FOB arrived the next day. Not sure why I could not pick up the car and come back the next day for the new FOB, but in order to get it covered under warranty, it had to stay there until the new FOB was in? Somewhat of a hassle leaving the car overnight, but Julio was very communicative and it was in the first thing the next morning.

I love Pancho and will only get my car serviced if hes there to take care of me since he explains everything to me in simple to understand language

I had some repairs done that were covered by my warranty. Pancho got it all sorted out. He is a real asset working in Mossy service. With a hassle free loaner any inconvenience was eliminated.

Sales men was super professional and the finance guy was super down to earth. Everyone was great top to bottom.

Overall a good experience. Love the car itself. I felt a bit deceived when going through the rebates for my EV. I was told by the more than one person that there was not a wait list for the $2000 CA rebate because I was buying a Nissan. That is not true.

I am very unhappy with this dealership. A friend needed to do a lease buyout so I went with her to pay off her lease. The dealer would not accept my check so she had to return. The dealer then charged her fees he should not have including sales tax and a documentation fee. We still dont have a title,and were told by AAA that she would have to get the car smogged because the dealer had treated this as a used car sale. Apparently their Certified sales people have not been certified in the right things.

Julio is pretty legit then it comes to customer service. Thats why I always choose him as my go to guy. He might be young but his charismatic charm is what makes me come to the dealership. Hes not pushy and always points out the necessary bullet points.

They had my 350Z convertible for four days charged me $ 150 dollars and told it would be at least another $ 500 to tell what the problem was.They never did tell my what it might be or what I could do to fix my car. Just give them $ 500 more dollars and they might figure it out. I have bought a new car from you within the last two years so has my daughter. I was looking to get my car fixed and planed to look at new cars with my daughter when I picked it up. Well that didnt happen. If you cant tell me whats wrong with my car please tell me up front and not have for four days then tell me Well if you give me $ 500 we might be able to tell you whats wrong. Called Pacific Nissan and they said they would look at the Z for free and gladly show me and my daughter the new cars on the lot. The entire time wasted at Oceanside Mossy Nissan was a big disappointment.Bob Boon

Went for an oil change. They informed me they were not washing vehicles at this time unfortunately. I was called before my quoted wait time and to my surprise when I arrived my car was sparkling clean like new!! The gentleman taking care of my service informed me he did it himself. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! PJ will lie to you and tell you the car has been thoroughly inspected for issues before it is ever put on the lot. I promise that is not the case. I just bought a $22k car from them and there are ALL kinds of issues. Why are car salesmen so sleazy and dishonest? Do not buy a car from them. Go to a different Mossey or somewhere else that sells the car you’re looking for. Don’t give your money to people who have no problem looking you in the face and lying. These are your stereotypical car salesmen.

Steven Amador is absolutely 100% the salesman you want to go to every time. As long as he is working there i will 1000% return every time i need A new or used car or truck.

Noting but issues so far. From paperwork to still waiting on answers with incomplete installation we are becoming frustrated. At this point it is becoming a headache and we have not even started using the vehicle as a daily driver. It has been parked or at Nissan since purchasing. The most mileage it has traveled is literally from the trips to the dealer then home. Our previous purchases were fine but this time has been a nightmare of excuses and reasons.

Jairo listened patiently to our expressed needs, and proceeded to excitedly guide us to the absolutely perfect new vehicle. Then, he made sure we became familiar with all its new features, and made us feel like valued customers. We were Infiniti customers since the first model debuted in the US, but Jairo expertly sold us on the Nissan Rogue, which has all the features we wanted, plus more. I brought in my 370Z to Mossy Nissan in Oceanside after making an appointment online for an oil change. That process was fast and easy. I was checked in right away for my appointment upon arrival the very next day and my service advisor Robyn was very kind and professional! She was easy to work with and had a great vibe. If we could give more stars we would. They gave us a good deal months ago and because we no longer will fit in our current vehicle they are doing everything they can to get us into one that we can fit in that has all our need in it. Even on the financial side they are trying so hard to get us where we need to be. Great workers there and customer service is off the charts!!

My service agent was really helpful, informative and kept me up to date on a timely fashion. My lat experience was that I had to call multiple times to find out whats going on with my car and this time I didnt. When I came in a few months ago for repairs there ware scratches left above my steering wheel and i asked to get them buffed out and still didnt.

The Oceanside Mossy is absolutely terrible. I traded in my vehicle from out of state back in November and the DMV from the other state was never sent the paperwork, long story short this is screwing with my driving record. I have called countless times, left countless voicemails and not a single rep from that dealership will give me a call back. I simply asked for a letter from the dealership confirming I had traded in the vehicle and I guess that that request just way too difficult for this clearly incompetent staff to provide since no one can even have the decency to return a phone call. Who is running this place?! Quick to sell you a car but guess what, if there are problems after that you are screwed because they will absolutely not provide you with the tiniest bit of customer service. This certainly isn’t the last they will be hearing from me, that’s for sure!

I took my car in to have the washer fixed and Carlos arranged a full inspection of the vehicle at no extra cost. The car is still under warranty from Nissan so the washer was fixed free of charge as well a free call back software update.
